Ashley was one of the first few IDs that came to our house without hesitation even though nothing was confirmed at that point of time. I first found Adroit on Qanvast and their projects reflected a lot that I had in mind for my new house. We went through the designs and had the same thought processes on the MUJI inspired theme that I wanted for the house. Ashley added on more of her personal touch and ideas to the house and work within our budget. Whenever we need rectification, she will try to resolve it to her level best. Easy to communicate, friendly and more like a friend now! Thanks to all of that we now live happily everyday in our home that gets a lot of compliments when visited! Thank you Ashley for making the renovation process not as stressful as I thought it would be 💕

We came across Adroit Interior while browsing for the latest design ideas online. Kandy was our ID and we felt she was trustworthy based on several positive reviews we found while doing our background research. As our home is a resale HDB unit, we had an extremely tight schedule for the renovations due to the deadline for us to move out of our old unit. Nonetheless, Kandy was able to commit resources and time to start and complete the works as planned. Kandy is very meticulous in matching colours, designs, and ideas. She has been able to provide valuable inputs and share her expertise in building our dream home. Kandy is very responsive and able to coordinate works with all her contractors very well. We are so thankful we chose Adroit to design our home. Kandy and Xavier understood what we wanted from the beginning, and worked hard to make our vision come to life. They offered excellent advice, suggested great design elements, and were really meticulous about ensuring we had everything we needed to make decisions for our home. Let me start by saying that we plan to sell our HDB flat in 5 years, to upgrade to either a landed or private condo. We will DEFINITELY, 100% engage the services of Kandy and Adroit ID. Kandy is a person who clearly understands her client's needs and how to work as part of a team. She is straight and direct right from the beginning, which are paramount, as it helps manage expectations and helps with the budget. She has the edge in terms of interior design, is modern and makes real effort to look after her clients. She is very devoted and reassuring, brilliant with details, and extremely practical and user friendly. She demonstrates an invaluable affinity for interior design and will be, if not already, a leading force in that sector. Renovation and work were completed on schedule and post moving in services, to fix or rectify little problems, have been really good. We have an amazingly beautiful home, thanks to Kandy. Recently, as part of an initiative by a certain ministry, a film-maker was keen to use our home for a short film and made us an offer accordingly. We strongly recommend Kandy and Adroit ID. We miss her ideas, jokes, and always positive and cheerful attitude. She becomes like family in that few months. Her assistant Xavier is another superstar.

We had just sold our first home and looking to upgrade to a bigger unit at a Mature Estate. While we were finalising the sale and acquisition of our homes, we decided to try out Qanvast to source out for potential ID companies. They came back to us and several companies came and meet us with their concept and ideas. Ashley. What can I say. She has been amazing. Patient with our ever changing demands and fickle mindedness. She was really the person who juggle my wife s erratic ideas and my nonchalant attitude. In the end she design and build the perfect home for my family. I have nothing but words of appreciation to her dedication and her commitment to ensure that our renovation journey was smooth and delightful. It was a smooth process working with Ashley, who took time to understand our needs and preferences to tailor the design of our home to us. Communication with her was also great and comfortable, and often it felt like we were just chatting with a friend. Ashley would candidly share the pros and cons of different ideas with us, and brainstormed together on how best to achieve certain look and feel of the home while trying to keep within our budget. We were really pleased with how the renovation turned out, and received many good comments from family and friends who came over. One of our friends who’s trained in architecture even said that the workmanship of our renovation is of top quality! Highly recommended to anyone looking to do up a beautiful home that combines both form and function, yet also uniquely reflects the owners’ preferences.

Kandy has a bright and sincere personality which makes working with her very easy. Her design ideas won us over because they are smart and different from typical template designs; and always keeps our budget in mind. She always thinks from a home owner's perspective, whether a particular design is practical and will stay classic aesthetically. She's always on the ball despite juggling a few projects at the same time. She has a good relationship with her contractors so problems were rectified promptly. Perhaps one area to work on, is to present a task timeline so as to avoid questions from the clients all the time, since parts of it may be forgotten. Overall, I will recommend Kandy (in fact I have been) to people in need of an interior designer.

Ashley was really helpful in my renovation journey! We approached about 5 IDs and Ashley stood out as she had plenty of ideas/advice to share in the first meeting, unlike other IDs we approached. During the renovation process, my hubby and I were rather undecided on many things and Ashley was able to give us a lot of guidance/advice to help us. I also love her infectious personality. During tile-shopping, she had many ideas on how to make the floors POP (in terms of style) and we really had fun choosing the tiles with her. She was also very prompt to react whenever we highlighted issues/problems to her. In addition, her after-completion follow-ups were great and a great plus point: she was able to keep to our budget! All in all, I really appreciate having her as my ID.

Qanvast helped narrow down some IDs for us and we met them all, but felt that Kandy from Adriot ID was the most sincere and interested in our project. We also felt like we were on the same page as her in terms of style and design. She was amazing in translating the rough ideas we told her we had for our home, into reality. For some of the wilder or more unrealistic ideas we had (especially for our budget), she was able to let us know respectfully to re-consider those ideas, or gave us alternatives. She also suggested cool additions we could consider. When we saw her 3D drawings, we knew we had made the right choice, and knew we could trust her to deliver our vision - as we felt our tastes were aligned. She created a whataspp group chat where she updated us with photos during the renovation, gave us good advice on what type of accessories/furniture to buy, gave us good tips on places to check out or things we could look at to clean/improve/maintain our home, and also responded very quickly when we had queries. Whenever we met Kandy, she was always polite and cheerful. If we had any concerns or noticed any defects along the way, she would follow up really quickly with her team to get it rectified - it was so seamless for us. Time-wise, we were not in a rush, but gave her a date we needed the home by, and we got it on time. The end product was perfect - we achieved the look we wanted, and everything such as electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, flooring, tiling overlay was in good quality. Even after the renovation, she would text us periodically to check if all was well and would arrange for her team to come by if we noticed any minor issues. Kandy has an eye for detail, has a clean, simple taste, and is warm and friendly - I would recommend her and her firm to anyone looking to renovate their home!

It is our first time engaging an ID for the renovation of our place and it was through Qanvast that we got to know Adroit. The ID assigned to us was Kandy. We had a very good first meeting together and could felt that she was really sincere in taking up the project. We had a pretty tight timeline but she gave us her assurance that she will be able to complete the project on time. She kept us frequently updated via WhatsApp with photos and videos, which was really helpful as we were able to get the latest updates of the renovation progress without going down on site. Kandy really takes pride in her work and often went the extra mile during the renovation. She will propose various suggestions and ideas on what she feels is the best for our place and the results turned out great. Our place was completed without much hiccups and handed over on time. Even after the handover, she still made the effort to check back with us, making sure that everything is in order and letting us know that we could always feel free to approach her if anything crops up. Overall, the whole renovation process went very smoothly and we had a great time working together with Kandy and Adroit.

We engaged Kandy as our ID after meeting her because she was able to present a design that married our different ideas together. Kandy clearly enjoys designing, as evident from the fact that she painstakingly came up with a unique design instead of presenting a generic version. She also ensured that the designs and fittings we got were functional eg ensuring that our bathroom mirror came with a little ledge for storing items and checking the height of the taps we ordered. When we needed some minor fixes done post-renovation, she quickly arranged for these. Kandy will definitely be our first point of contact the next time we need to get any renovation done.

As my old resale unit needed a major renovation, I begin to look for interior designer and this is where I get to know Ashley through Qanvast. She has a pleasant personality and customer-oriented. Throughout the renovation process, she was able to help and resolve any issues that arise and professional in dealing with my changing demands in order to fit my needs within the budget. Several months after the renovation, she is able to help me with some minor follow-up matters, so thumbs-up for the after sales service. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome of the renovation.
