We bought a house at Punggol and we hire virve interior designers to make our house as a home. The team come out with the unique idea to make more space and look more brighter look as we wanted. Pen (ID) has shown us few of his designs and share his thoughts with us to make our home beautiful. Pen has done a very good job with his passion and love what he do. I will strongly recommend people to give him a Chance to make your house to a beautiful home 🏡

We signed up with Vivre because we liked Pen's design and workmanship of our home seems good to date. We're hoping that all goes well after we move in to our new home! We had to rush our ID quite a bit as we had a big lull period during CNY, and as we were renting a place, we wanted to quickly move into our new place to not pay so much rent on the side as well. Tip to new home owners: scout around for a few IDs, compare quotes, be sure that you feel comfortable with your ID before signing off your savings away!

Qanvast recommended 8 ID firms to me and ID Pen from Vivre Creative Design outshines all the others with his design. My son wanted a hotel room with open concept bathroom that comes with a dramatic, deliciously dark hues and warm lighting bedecked with his vibrant collection of model cars and evokes a sense of polished cosiness. I wanted a simple neat and spacious kitchen as for the common bathroom it got to be bright, easy accessible with settee and handbars for my hubby. I must say my son is a perfectionist and ID Pen was very patient and compromise with all his disagreement and tried his best to resolved to all the issues raised. ID Pen is a very humble, experienced and hard working guy despite being the director of the company. The whole team put in a lot of effort and excellent service on this project. We had chose to work with Pen after reviewing a few designers for our home. He is very detailed in his planning and meticulous. He will listen to our expectations and wishes and come up with proposals to meet our requirements. He is strong in his design and thinks out of the box! Due to space constraint he will come up with ideas to help us. Thanks to him that our dream home came true.

I had engaged Pen for the renovation of my new house based upon the 3D photos. I am glad to say that he did not disappoint me. He carried out the work professionally and met all my request with my full satisfaction even though i was fastidious and my expectation was high. We came across Pen Teoh from an Expo exhibition. We happened to walk past his booth and saw the display which showed his designs and works. As we already decided to engage our friend to do our renovation, we just spoke freely with Pen and he shared with is us impressive ideas and tips. We found him very knowledgeable and friendly when giving great ideas and assist us in with any inquiries! We began to discuss further with him and made a comparison with both IDs. Even though Pen's quote was slightly more, he explained on the price breakdown to make us understand more. As we were quite new on this and do not have any idea on what design we wanted, Pen managed to assure us that he is the right person for the project. We were happy that he managed the project well and thus the renovation went smoothly. He delivered what he has promised and was able to accommodate to our needs. We saw that he is passionate about his work and was happy that there were no hiccups!

We are very happy to engage Pen to renovate our shophouse. At first, we find it tough to find a right ID to renovate our shop. As a third generation going in to help out in the business, we wanted a nostalgic look to remind us & our customers about the good old days when our Grandfather first started 40 years ago. Pen had done the interiors for our apartment. We have had a pleasant experience in dealing with him right from the beginning. He is very good in bringing out designs as per our requirement. We were recommended to work with Pen Teoh on our renovation. Throughout the project, he showed a keen eye for detail and aesthetics while reliable and always mindful of cost. Pen is one of those rare ID consultants who is also a competent project manager. He can be counted upon to provide reliable advice while always being client-focussed, treating his clients as friends instead of clients per se. To this day we rely on Pen for advice on any ID issues/queries, attesting to his attitude to the projects that he undertakes. Pen renovated my apartment a few years ago. I was very satisfied with his work. A job well done Pen! I found Pen to be reliable. He delivered the job on time. He was creative. He listened and designed to meet my needs. He was honest about quality of material used and resourceful in sourcing material too. I was amazed that he could find skirting tiles to match the existing floor tiles of an apartment that was about 12 years old. Pen was very pleasant to work with. He did not mind making minor changes along the way. There was a minor defect a year after completion of the job and Pen attended to it immediately . I would not hesitate to nominate Pen as one of the reliable professional IDs.
