We met with 2 other IDs before deciding to engage 9's interior who was recommended by a friend. We chose them out of the two IDs as the quoted price was reasonable and within our budget! The service provided by them was really impressive as they were very responsive to our requests and queries even after the renovation was done. My husband has always been the more particular one and he felt that some areas could have been done better. However, they were willing to fix any hiccups or problems along the way! If there is anything that they could improve on is to be firm and determined on their decision and not compromise to customer's requests too much. But that is how willingly they would go the extra mile for their customers.

I got to know 9’s Interior from a friend’s recommendation. We trusted our friend’s recommendations so we went ahead with Neo.. The renovation was done for the kitchen only. Neo is a responsive person and he had managed our project well! Especially on the things to be done and what we wanted from him, makes the renovation journey a satisfaction. Even with the slight delay, he was able to push manage and keep us updated on the progress. Awesome workmanship! I would have rated him excellent ! There is no area of improvement he can think of.

Other than that, our overall experience with them was very good and we will definitely recommend them to others who are seeking an ID company for their home reno!
