JC.M Interior Design stood out from its competitor as the designer in-charge is an experienced and resourceful lady, Lilian Fu, capable of answering every single questions I have in mind, providing insights on relevant ideas, concepts and alternative perspective as to how the unit can be overhauled, prior to providing an itemised quotation with reasonable pricing, and most importantly, having workmanship exceeded my expectations on the final deliverables with realistic timeline. The journey with JC.M Interior Design has also debunked one of the urban legend, where female are not as good when it comes to hard lifting in renovation, a feat Lilian has proven wrong. Not only does Lilian knows her trade from sales and design perspective, Lilian is capable of walking the talk and getting her hands dirty to ensure work is completed on time without compromising on the agreed timeline. A second quotation is currently in the works, at the time of writing, for my parent's unit.

During the period of our renovation, our contractor Lilian has provided us with an extremely satisfactory service. Through the course of our renovation, she does not fail to give us helpful and frequent updates on the progress of the renovation, as well as taking into consideration our preferences towards certain issues that occurred. Overall, we would like to commend Lilian for her outstanding performance, and would like to recommend her for any future renovations of similar nature.

I am very pleased with the service, designs and workmanship from Lilian. The price she quoted is very reasonable and she is not the type of designer that will max out your budget. She listens to the needs and wants and designs and quotes accordingly. She is friendly, responsive and manage her projects very well. Personally, I will recommend her to all my friends who need an ID for their renovations.

Reason why we engaged Lillian was because she was really patient and not-pushy during our first meet-up. She’s not the first and only ID that we met. She demonstrated her knowledge on small details and potrays a good image. My wife and I decided to engage her services almost immediately (assuming her rates are reasonable) Overall it went well, however it would be good if the ID can pay more attention to small details and be proactive in engaging home owners. ID tends to instruct the renovation staff on our requirements but it would be good if the ID can check on the work done if it meets what was discussed with the home-owners.

We have met up with few IDs and decided to engage with Lillian was because of her professionalism and competitive pricing. She is responsible and her response was also very prompt. The design that she designed for us met our expectations and the workmanship of the renovation is also top-notch. I have also referred her to my other friends and they also engaged her service. The most outstanding of Lillian's quality is she listens to her customers' needs and based on their needs to quote. It is very different from other firms that we met because their quotes were as close to our budget while Lillian's quote was reasonable. This all shows that she is a trustyworthy person.
