- Out of the four renovations I have had so far, this was the worst experience and most distressful. - Poor workmanship, poor quality of work - Designer has lack of knowledge and experience, not able to give sound advice - denied responsibility of work that was done incorrectly because of his wrong judgement and asked me to pay for the rectifications which I did not agree. - Work done so sloppy and seems to have rushed through so in the end, a lot of work needs to be rectified which some still could not be resolved after a year. - Table top cracked, both sides of bedroom wardroom are opening apart, chipped kitchen top, tv console, all sides of platform bed and wall are all cracking, built-up partition wall is cracking.

I started searching for an ID long before I could collect my key. I would send request for quotation from social media. Many responded and some just don't be bothered. Choosing the right ID is not an easy task. Much like dating, finding a suitable ID involves finding someone you can trust and communicate well with. After all, you will be working together extensively. It's not lost on me how incredibly lucky to find such an outstanding and reliable ID in Wayne Huang from Interior Times. I was taken in with his cozy but classic designs which I always wanted for my dream home. After meeting a few IDs, I decided to engage Wayne as he was able to work within my budgets and gave practical advices to the design house. To my surprise, the house is unexpectedly beautiful, cozy and classic. Wanted to give props to Wayne as his work attitude was nothing short of amazing, always going the extra miles. He displayed a remarkable level of helpfulness. With his tight schedule of work, he would make time to accompany me to buy kitchen & bathrooms accessories, furniture, lights etc and knowing that I cannot handle many stuff alone, he would liaise with the suppliers to arrange for the delivery which left me at ease. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for his thoughtfulness. Throughout the whole renovation process, Wayne would give me regular updates and therefore, I was only at the site once or twice in total. I fully trusted Wayne with my house and he has done a great job with it. Moreover, Wayne's responsiveness didn't end with the completion of the project. He promptly addressed any minor issues that arose, show casing a commitment to client satisfaction even after the job was done. I would highly recommend Wayne Huang from Interior Times, especially if you are as clueless as me and wish to leave everything in the hands of the professional! Thank you Wayne from the bottom of my heart for being such a wonderful ID and gave me my dream home! Appreciate all the helps that he had given me.

I first met Wayne in early 2022 through a recommendation by a friend who's renovation was done by him. After meeting a number of IDs, I felt that Wayne is rather accommodating in terms of pricing and understand his stuff well as compared to others, hence proceeded with Interior Times. Angela assisted Wayne thereafter during the renovation in mid 2023. I am glad that Wayne and Angela are clear with their communication, hence there were no miscomm during the reno. As with all renovation, there were minor issues during the renovation, however Wayne and Angela are responsible people who provided solutions to resolve the issues at the earliest time. After hearing so much horror stories about irresponsible IDs, I am highly appreciative of their responsible attitude towards the project. Overall, I am pleased with the renovation process and outcome with Wayne and Angela, and would recommend them to my friends.

Was glad to have chosen Joey Goh to work on my renovation. He listens to my concerns and is open to new suggestions/ideas. He updates me on the daily status and inform me of the work to be done on the following week. When I inform him of defects, he will check on it and after liaising with the contractors, he will update me on how they are going to rectify the defects. Was overall very pleased with the service provided by Joey Goh.

Share why you engaged your designer: We engaged Hafeez from Interior Times as we had a good impression of him the very first time we met him at Toh Guan Showroom. He ensured us that it was a non-obligatory consultation at the start and that made us feel at ease and comfortable. He started asking us for our ideas and concepts however we have nothing in mind. He then looked through our floor plan and started shared with great passion, patience, and sincerity. The consultation lasted for a good three hours and by the end of it we were very pleased with the ideas he shared, the vibe he gave us and we stopped our search for other ID’s and decided to engage him. Hafeez is a genuine ID who will give his honest advices to ensure that your ideas are practical and especially in ensuring that the entire concept flows. This is one of the many aspect we appreciate of him as we are very blinded by ideas we see online and would love to have everything but to have Hafeez to keep us grounded helped us tremendously. Describe your experience working with your designer: Working with Hafeez has been the greatest pleasure, fun, exciting and it has never been a dull moment. We fostered a great relationship working alongside him that we have great faith and trust in him. The trust builds on when he addresses to our every query and needs with great patience and promptly. We note that he have other ongoing projects however he never once left us unattended. He takes the extra effort to drop us a text or call to check in on us even prior to the renovation. Before the renovation began, he came down to our place to finalise certain information and even at that point we requested for some changes and add-ons to be made and he did so without questioning. He assured us that his team will carry out the project meticulously and he will check in the progress and keep us updated as we go along. Indeed, we received updates from him every other day. This shows how much responsibility he takes in for the project and knowing that he have several others and doing the same it really gave us the assurance that our home is in the right hand. During the renovation, there were some slight changes that needs to be done and Hafeez always ensures that he checks in on us before proceeding. Once he realised that our master bathroom niche will look a little odd at the place he proposed, he called in on us to show and share his suggestions and gave us time to decide. This is something that we truly appreciate because not everyone is willing to go the extra mile to give a different suggestion when you already have a plan to follow. Another is when our master bathroom glass panel, to separate the wet and dry area could create a small illusion of the bathroom, he suggested that we removed it so that we have space and that it will not look too cluttered. This is another way of him going the extra mile in ensuring that his client’s day-to-day routines are not affected from the small space or impractical designs. Again, with some they may just build it on as it is what was planned but not for Hafeez. This shows his honesty and sincerity in executing his project well. Throughout the entire renovation, he provides is with timely updates on the progress and follow up with us before proceeding with it. For example, he reconfirms with us on the positioning of our Vinyl flooring before getting his man to work on it. He also reconfirms with us the grouting of our living room’s tiles. As for our walk-in wardrobe, Hafeez met up with us prior to fabricating to finalise the designs with us despite having the plan on hand. At that stage, we do have new ideas and he did accommodate to us for that and even provided us with better opinions. For each time we popped by to visit our home, we are very pleased with the progress. There were a few occasions where we feedback to him on certain matters, Hafeez listened and rectified the matter promptly and gave us an update. Throughout the entire renovation journey, Hafeez was there with us and we are blessed to have engaged him. Nearing the end of the journey, we were not able to decide on the paint colour for our home and we leave it to Hafeez to choose the best out of the few options we selected. He did a great job in understanding our concept and make it into a reality. On the day of completion, we were in disbelief on how our home has turned out to be. It was a jaw-drop moment and we knew we spent our renovation money well. We were amazed and satisfied with the overall outlook of the entire home. Families, friends, and neighbours who came and walk past our home complimented on its outlook and we could not be happier. This is indeed our dream home and Hafeez has made it into a reality. Thank you, Hafeez for your greatest effort! Did your designer communicate clearly and respond promptly? Hafeez communicates with us very clearly and he don’t mind repeating himself and indeed show examples if we don’t understand. He ensures that we understand everything especially when it comes to the financing part. He was there with us every step of the way ensuring that we understand and do not commit to something we don’t like. He always checks in with us before the renovation, during the renovation and even after the renovation. During the renovation, as and when we pop by the home and shared some things for his man to rectify, he responded to us as soon as he could through phone call or video call. The very next day, he will go to our home to check and confirm with us before rectifying it. This happened several times and never once he made us feel rejected. To err is human and for us, communication is key. Overall, Hafeez showed great communication skill which is an important factor as an Interior Designer. We do have sharing from friends and families who have had negative experiences with their own designer as they do not receive updates, they need to approach them or their queries were never address. Thus, we are blessed and thankful to have cross path with Hafeez and he made this journey a fun one for us. How was the service and workmanship quality? The service rendered by Hafeez and his contractors is TIP TOP and commendable. All of the contractors are very friendly and have good work ethics which we appreciate it very much. Whenever we pop by, they always greet and smiles at us despite what they are doing. Hafeez’s customer service is beyond expectation and that is the icing on top. The workmanship quality is great. Everything at home is done meticulously and Hafeez ensures his man gives a perfect job and he communicates with us should there be anything that needs to be rectified. Our flooring was done superbly and we received great feedback from families and friends on how good the workmanship is. Hearing this feedback from others really assures us that the workmanship is good. Knowing Hafeez’s attention to details, we know our home is in good hands. He shares how he will look in to fine details and this was also observed when he shared with us the plans through our floor plan or during the home visit. Overall, we are very satisfied with how Hafeez and his team deliver their services and we truly appreciate their effort in ensuring that our home is done with great quality. He is capable to break the ice for you and making sure that you are comfortable from the very beginning. He upholds his integrity and ensures that he is transparent with us in everything that he shared from the products to quotation up until the project is completed. Honestly, we were sad when the project comes to an end as we won’t be hearing from him as much as we did during the project. This only means that he has been a great designer turned friend. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my friendly and efficient ID Alan Quek from Interior Times for making my humble home such a beautiful one. Whole theme, design and workmanship were fantastic! Throughout the whole renovation process, Alan Quek walked through with us, we're very comfortable working hand in hand with him, he is patient, professional, knowledgeable, honest, passionate and took pride in his work. He understand our needs and always gave the best advise, tips and recommendation. He continuously shared his input to enhance the design phase and even into the renovation works. Any rectifications along the way were promptly followed up. The handover was smooth and heartwarming. I'm truly happy with the end result, I'm glad we chose Interior Times for our renovation.

Jackson and Elvin have done a wonderful job each time they have done work on my home. Their workers are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. It was a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. I’ve had my house remodeled and they offered me a very reasonable quote, the end result, exceeded my expectations. Thank you for everything!

I engaged hafeez from interior times to renovate my flat within a week as I was in a tight schedule. Hafeez and his team managed to move mountains to get the house done within my timeframe which was a week and did a miracle. They are affordable with great service. Hafeez kept checking up with us if we hard any concerns and did his level best to fulfil every of our requests. For any changes or rectifications Hafeez was open to them and did everything as per our request. Excellent service and would definitely recommend them for renovation services.

We were very lucky to meet up Reeve of Interior Times to renovate our BTO. This is our 1st time doing renovation and was not familiar with the whole process. When we first met up with Reeve, he patiently explained and drew up an initial plan for our flat, we like it and followed by a rough 3D drawing. All approved and he organised the whole project. He coordinated very well and we are not stressful as we knew what's to be done. We have now moved into our comfortable home, thanks to Reeve who has done a good and smooth transition for us. Thanks Reeve for a good job.

Came across Interior Times after viewing some project on Youtube that was aligned to the theme we wanted. Went ahead to engage them in August 2022, with actual renovation starting in mid-November 2022. The interaction with the designer went well during discussion, but communication towards the renovation timeline could be conveyed better while the renovation is ongoing. Finally got everything to come into place and managed to move in during early April. The house is quite similar to what was rendered and provided by the ID, and we are happy with how the house turned out.

Elvin and Jackson did a wonderful job co-ordinating and managing the project well,allowing us to move back in on schedule. Both had been very responsive to our request and effective in the communications with us. They took numerous photo and explained in detail and made it a point to ensure that all our requests for rectification were attended to. Ivan Chiang is a responsible Interior Designer who follows up closely and is able to provide suggestions and advice to his client. The room has been transformed from a dark and stuffy looking room into a bright and pleasant place for my daughter to study and rest. He is always looking out for the customer and checking on the worksmanship of the contractors. Thanks Ivan! My daughter loves the new look of the room!
