From day one of meeting Sean, he was very very approachable, friendly and was unwearied with all my quiries. He professional knowledge & expertise in this area were really convincing. He listens to his customers wants & requests very well! Throughout the entire reno process, he keeps me updated as Im never there to watch the renovation works, but he was my eye, kept me well informed & updated at all times untill completion. Sean is a honest, professional & experienced ID, he will work to achieve the customers budget & dreams. Kudos to Sean & team!!

Our interior designer from Sean Ng from Design Identity. visited our almost fully decorated house yesterday. From the start, our experience with him has been delightful. He was attentive to our concerns and ideas during the initial phase of the renovation. The process, from finalizing the design and layout to selecting tiles, was fast-paced yet smooth. He went above and beyond to ensure our shower fitting in the ensuite bathroom was perfectly flush with the wall. Renovations often involve last-minute additions, and we decided to add a door to the entrance of our kitchen near the completion date. He handled this change with ease and professionalism. Overall, we are very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend him and his company to family and friends. We are thrilled with the outcome. 🏡 🛋

Renovation process is not easy and patience is the key to everything. An ID whom not only understand what I want but also able to explain the technical knowledge of the house to build a dream home, and yes Rayen definitely met the requirement. Rayen was also responsive to our various requests/queries and I felt the cared given about the home as much as myself.

We had using Design Identity for our resale flat renovation. During the entire renovation process, they provide appropriate recommendations be it in terms of visual design or practical needs. Post renovation was delivered promptly. Workmanship was excellent and is definitely one of the best that we had seen thus far.

We found Justina after meeting a few IDs shortlisted by Qanvast based on our preferred design. We hit it off well in our first meeting, and she responded well to our endless queries. She understood our brief, and really delivered in design practicality, aesthetic and price point. She is also proactive to do site visits and update us where needed. Jason is our ID and we have no regret engaging him for our new house renovation. we met about 6-7 IDs beforehand and what makes Jason stood out from the rest was his friendliness and willingness to listen to our ideas, which I find it very important to be able to communicate easily with your ID. Jason always provided us cost efficient suggestions based on our budget. he was never pushy and always respected our choices. there were some minor hiccups along the way but Jason was always quick to reply to our enquiries and rectify it ASAP. we rarely had to go down to check on the renovation works as Jason made it a point to update us the progress regularly. last but not least Jason did not over promise and delivered the works within the stipulated time frame. overall we are satisfied with the renovation and very happy to have chosen Jason as our ID.

Justina who is our ID, is overall responsive and helpful in managing the overall renovation process. The works are completed with minimal fuss where she is cognisant that both me and my wife are quite busy. Progressive updates were provided and questions were answered though sometimes our discussions may happen quite late at night and even over the weekends. Overall, her team is a professional outfit where the overall experience is very pleasant. Appreciated the support and if there is a future opportunity, we will work with her team again.

They claimed to be a HDB licensed contractor, but it turns out that they're not. They have also been doing the renovation work without applying for a HDB permit. I signed a contract with them because they are CASE Trust accredited. Then they use another company that is not CASE accredited to bill me. They also did not provide a performance bond (a CASE requirement for accredited companies) for the deposit that they took from me. I'm going to file a police report against them for fraud. 13 June 2022 Review Today is the 7th time they have missed their handover deadline since engaging them 1yr 3mths ago. False ceiling was done wrongly 3 times. Flooring materials were infested with bugs. All the work are passed to their sub-contractors. The ID hardly do any site visit to check on progress or the quality of the work done. Lots of nice sales talk before signing the contract. True colours are now revealed.
