After researching and interviewing various interior designers, we finally found Zack of Livinci Interiors, who reached out to us via Qanvast. We liked Zack because he listened carefully and understood what we were trying to accomplish while being personable and genuine. He was sensitive to our needs and was able to translate our ideas and budget into a realistic plan. Throughout the process Zack made sure our plans followed through, and updated us regularly when we were unable to visit the site due to work commitments. He was also able to recommend us useful and better alternatives when needed. This we appreciated a lot because we do not have much knowledge on interior design. We are very happy with our new home and thank Zack and his team for a job well done!

Renovation completed about 6 months ago. Some parts of Vinyl flooring started oozing brown liquid when stepped on. Some of the vinyl strips have started curling upwards. I have to walk around the bedroom with this mysterious brown liquid flowing out with each step I take. I have Whatsapp ID Ng Yong Ser a few times, I have not gotten any reply. Very disappointed with the work quality. After-sales service is Poor. Hopefully this company Livinci Interior (Baywoods Construction) honours it's warranty.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the ID Daniel and Amanda. Overall, long story short, I find them very unprofessional, both in terms of knowledge and customer handling. There were lack of initiative and communication. They were not meticulous enough and there were a lot of mistakes on my project. Yet, they like to say “no point argue who’s right who’s wrong. “ but u think it’s basic courtesy and integrity which they hav neither, to even own up to their mistakes. Although they were willing to rectify it, it was at the expanse of our time. Juz to give an idea, the cabinet base gonna redo 3 times, the vinyl flooring leveling need to do again, the tiles at my foyer area redo, carpentry come wrong dimension need remake hence delay again, cleaning incomplete hence need come and do again when I shifted in. Many times I had to be the one chasing them for updates. If you decided to go for ID cos u wanted to hav a peace of mind, I would not recommend them.

Like any new home owners who are looking to renovate their first home, I am highly excited about creating my dream home but yet at the same time, extremely worried about choosing the wrong ID firm to do it (too many horror stories I had been reading online) I decided to pick Alan because he was highly responsive and will go the extra mile (with great initiative and proactiveness) to ensure that things turn out to what I expect and more – as there are many things in renovation a layman like myself would not have anticipated in an old resale flat like mine (built in 1976) Also among all the ID firms I had spoken with, he and his team are the ones who are willing to listen to me, trying their best to realize my ideas and concepts and providing better alternative suggestions. I find this process highly important because I am not looking for a cookie cutter home renovation. My concept brief to them is that I wanted a gallery-like space where I can express my own individuality and not compete with my deco and soft-finishings and my bathroom area has to be the key focus of my entire home. And they brought everything to life (right from the first 3D drawings) I am glad that I had my renovation works done by him as I can assure you, the journey is definitely not smooth sailing (especially during COVID19 situation and just 2 months before CNY) and my gut instinct was right about Alan, he was always there and always assuring, he will ensure that problems are resolved and up to my expectation even after the full renovation is done and final payment is made. This is what separates him from the rest who only sees this as a job, instead he always says “I see this as my own home when I take on this job” and he meant every words he says. Engage their ID Addy for our new house renovation. He is meticulous and try working out our requirements according to our budget. He also provide suggestions and updates promptly. He is responsible by following up on any rectification needed with different contractors.Their job have completed within the timeline given without any delays. Despite there minor hiccups here and there, everything are solved smoothly. Good job done. Will recomend him to friends and family when renovation is needed. 👍

My husband and I chance upon Livinci when we were sourcing for IDs to renovate our BTO. We were glad to have Zack, Cheryl and his team to help with the designing of our home and we are very happy with the outcome! They managed to build our dream home from scratch and all of it, within our budget! Although the CB period caused a pause to all renovation works, Zack and his team did not forget to provide us updates and rest assured, all works were resumed as soon as they are able to. Firstly, I would like to thank my ID Zhi Hao and Zack especially during this pandemic period, as they do not have enough manpower, they are still able to complete the project on the expected date. I decided to engage Livinci as they provide good quality for the carpentry works, creative in their design and provide professional service. Zhi Hao was able to transform my house into a modern contemporary theme and cosy house that I wanted. Furthermore , they are able to design space saving solution for daughter bedroom by creating a platform bed with Japanese theme. Although during the entire renovation process, my husband had make some changes to the design , Zhi Hao and Zack are able to do the adjustment quickly and did a fantastic job in the end. Thank you Livinci , thank you Zhi Hao and Zack.

overall the renovation went very smoothly with zack constantly following up and update us on the renovation. even when the whole project ends he still constantly follow up on defect.Zack and Livinci is really amazing and please please engage zack for renovation and rest assured he will take care of ur renovation highly recommend him for renovation service

Our ID ALAN was professional at his job, He is also very responsible and responsive from the start till the end of the project. He was able to guide us well and propose a design that was within our budget. Alan also accompanied us to purchase our sofa, and other household items while providing guidance on the colours and items to purchase. The overall workmanship was good and the defects which we highlighted was quickly rectified before the hand-over of unit. Highly Recommended! Thank you Alan and Livinci Interior!

It wasn't easy to pick an interior designer to renovate our kitchen. It has been with us more than 10 years and much renovation needed to be done. There are plenty of interior designers to choose from online and we spoke to a few companies. Amanda was chosen. She stood out because of her honesty and willingness to accommodate our plans. In the end, she came up with a design we loved. The price for our renovation was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but it was good value. She did not play games with adding extra costs and was always trying her best to save cost for us. The end result was quite impressive If I were to need any renovation work again, I would certainly look for her. No renovation job is without hiccups, but those problems allow you to see the real character of your interior designer. She accommodated our request for amendments and improved on those ideas. In fact, since the renovation was last year, she can still be called upon to help with any works that needed to be done. We are very satisfied with the outcome of our kitchen renovation and give Amanda two thumbs up!

It all started with what supposed to be a simple update to our dated kitchen project that snowballed into almost a complete remodelling of our entire house. The journey began when we left our contact on the renovation portal on the FB and wah-lah... we are overwhelmed with 10+ ID firms that promised to be able to fulfil our project. After several meetings and preliminary proposals received from various IDs, we narrowed down to Livinci ID. Our IDs, Ms Jeoncy Ng & Hao Kuang from Livinci are both friendly and accommodating to almost all our requests... from a deviation of standard payment term down to out of the box work design on our remodelling project. Jeoncy’s team ranging from hacking to tiling, down to final paint work is simply superb. With special mention to the carpentry, electrical & AC team. Apart from meeting our requests/requirements, Jeoncy and her team has also gone the extra mile to make our requests better. Jeoncy also took the trouble to spend time to travel with us, North bound, to select on the various electrical & light fittings that best fit into our design theme, kudos to Jeoncy. To sum up... Jeoncy is a reliable ID (totally not a single bit of those horror stories that one had read on social media). She is responsible and deliver what she promised. She also make the remodelling project much fun and enjoyable. We would unreservedly recommend, Jeoncy (Livinci ID) to anyone who plan to embark on remodelling their house.

Extensive planning that the interior design firm had actually done prior to the start of our renovation, we were quite happy to be hands-off throughout the entire renovation process, because we fully trusted their capabilities to run the project on time and efficiently."We found a lot of other inspiration for the design of our restaurants as well.
