I would like to say an awesome awesome thanks to Jermyn! We met him through some platform 2 years ago. Back then we haven even gotten our home yet especially with Covid, our keys were delayed. But jermyn stood out for his sincerity and honesty, making multiple trips just to speak to us about the plans, ideas. Our keys were delayed for half a year so we only booked with him after 3/4 a year of discussion ! He was patient throughout. The real magic happened the moment we got our keys.. Being a family of 3, not having our own home was tough. In view of that, I could tell that jermyn did his very best to expedite whatever he could, even going out of the box to make sure that all processes were streamlined and fast so that we get our house FAST!!!! His guys also came in very fast (thank goodness for that as a few weeks later, govt announced manpower lockdown that affected the construction sector very badly). We are also a couple with specific needs and Jermyn went to great lengths to get that. I even recall choosing the kitchen laminate was tough because I wanted a specific blue which he went through mountain and sea to get it hahahahah. Our home was done quickly and we moved in. Understandably so as we rushed the deadline so even after 2 weeks there were still contractors coming in and out to touch up but we had a common understanding so it was fine. Jermyn is very trustworthy and reliable, you can count on him. Practical and yet stylish, he gave us a unqiue L-shape wardrobe with LOTS of space and alot of friends said its so unique (bonus cos our room got evenmore space to walk) Also for a beautiful kitchen that I love to spend so much time in there! You can also count on him for post -renovation repair works. He will get in his guys quickly to help you amend. Thank you Jermyn for being part of our journey in building our 1st home. People say that it doesn't look like a BTO at all. You have done a great job and I wish you all the best. HUAT AH!

Got to know of Renolux through recommendation from a friend. We clicked with Jermyn from the beginning as he understood what we wanted and gave good suggestions to improve on our ideas. He takes our ideas and improves on them without trying to impose his style on us and we found that to be very important as he was trying to help us achieve our vision of the house. He was very patient with our indecisiveness and puts in a lot of effort to satisfy us. Over the course of the renovation we felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than an ID. We could see that he genuinely wanted us to achieve our dream design as much as possible within our budget. The process was smooth with less on-site monitoring required. He was also quick to answer/rectify any feedbacks/issues. Overall we are more than happy to recommend his services to anyone. Truly excellent service 👍🏻

Highly recommend Renolux Interior. Jermyn Ng did an awesome job with our place working well with our budget. There's ain't no job too small for them. Our place was an EC and all we needed was some carpentry, lighting and some other minor works and still Jermyn was fully dedicated. He was hardworking and very customer oriented, providing insights and designs that intertwine with our ideas, enhancing them and yet helped us create a home that feel and looks different and something unique that we call ours.

RenoluxInterior provides excellent customer service and ensures that all our expectations are met. The designer is responsible, reliable and makes sure that all issues were solved even after the keys were handed over. During the renovation process, the designer would constantly update us on the status with pictures and videos even without our request. I remember a couple of occasions where the designer would be at the flat late at night to check on the job progress. We decided to go with Jeremyn after discussions with several IDs for his sincerity and earnestness. We felt comfortable with him right from the start. Jermyn did a great job on the renovation for our apartment. He was details oriented, patient and was able to accommodate our busy schedule. He even spent weekends to accompany us shopping. The workmanship was great. He made lots of suggestions throughout the process which turned out really nice. The entire renovation was completed on time and on budget. We are very happy with our apartment reno with Jermyn.
