Vinc is the first designer I met, after whom I discussed with another 8 designers. He is very unique, asking about our lifestyle and focused on the functions of each room. Although the quotation was beyond our budget, we decided to take his proposal. He is very experienced and creative, unlike other designers who took the common method, every time when we raised our concern, he could immediately provide options of solutions. We can see the passion from his eyes, and also the profession he possesses. He is also very patient and answered many questions. We are very lucky to get the renovation done before COVID-19, although there is still some small amendments to be done, we have a comfortable place to stay.

Vinc was referred by a friend of mine which had him as his design consultant a while back. Without sharing much just asked me to speck to him. After the first meeting he is definitely gonna be within my top 3 choice. His process is collaborative, he would test me out without me evening knowing. And share his insights after and clearly demonstrates his years or experience. He runs a small studio which he can only take on a limited number of projects at a time which no more than 3 which i like for i know my project will get more attention. He make sure our aesthetic sensibilities are aligned through some small talk which i kind of notice in the end. His willingness is definitely a quality not to be overlook. He is different from other ID that i met or worked with. He doesn't hit and run. To quickly complete a project and move on is not his style. Adjusting his pace to match ours makes it a breeze. Although he has been in the industry for more than 10yrs he is still very updated. Research i did he was able to comprehend. If it wasn't for his service and workmanship i wouldn't be writing this review to give him more clients to choose. I will still choose to work with him on my next reno because i know he is constantly adding value. He is on his way to architecture. Who knows he might be one the next time i engage him.

After initial discussions, we decided to go with Lifestyle+ for our renovation and started collaborating with Vinc and his team on our home. We wanted to do up a complete interior overhaul to our bungalow as it was pretty old. My wife and I wanted a modern Scandinavian theme that was simple and elegant. However, Vinc and his team wowed us with their design concept and approach, looking into our lifestyle and creating unique experience instead of focusing on a theme. Through their well-presented proposal, suffice to say, Lifestyle+ delivered and we are happy with the entire process and results. Here are the some of the areas that we would like to especially commend them on: 1) The Design process and Visuals We had several rounds of meeting where Vinc and his team took us through his design process. They were attentive to our requirements and provided good suggestions and advice to us, striking a balance on aesthetics, practicality, while creating a unique experience based on our lifestyle and preferences. They were able to easily communicate with us their ideas. Both the 2d and 3d drawings provided were well done up and realistic, allowing us to better understand the design and technical specifications. 2) Project Supervision and Coordination Vinc did a fantastic job onsite working with his various contractors, and even coordinated with some external vendors that we engaged. He was thorough and detailed, and kept us updated on the renovation progress daily. He was also quick to respond to our concerns and would do his best to resolve any issues we encountered. His attitude, dedication and attention to detail really stood out. 3) Genuine and Transparency Through the journey from the start to handover, we felt really comfortable having to work with Vinc and his team. They were able to guide us through the process and created a wonderful experience for us, not just in our home, but on our interactions as well. They were all genuine, sincere and passionate about their work, making sure that the entire process was honest and transparent. Overall, we are pleased with our experience with Lifestyle+ Interior.

We were attracted to Lifestyle+ as their approach to designing is fresh, thoughtful while hinging on our experiences and lifestyle. They were able to bring across their proposal effectively through their visuals and plans. Commitment level of their designers were impressive, even before we have made our decision on the ID. We finally selected Lifestyle+ after comparing a few factors like design, materials, ease of communication and ability to understand our needs. They were able to conceptualize our vision of how we want our home to be and provided with counter proposals to our ideas where they think can be better. The entire experience was fuss-free and most importantly they were trustworthy. We were able to trust Vinc and his team to deliver what we want without much hiccups. The issues were all settled promptly with practical solutions and were well communicated with us. Our views and opinions were respected and we were totally involved in all decision making. We will definitely recommend Lifestyle+ to others because of their fresh design, approach and most important, we feel that they are all really genuine people who are sincere. Resale condo @ Trevista I was introduced to Lifestyle+ from a friend of mine and was impressed by his attention to details. He was different from the rest of the ID firms that I have met prior to meeting him. I was intrigued by his unique style of asking questions to our home, focusing on us and our lifestyle. They were able to get back to us within a week with a detailed proposal slides showing us how their design was conceptualized. They were bold in their approach and offered solutions to our problems with the house. We shared our ideas with them and they were able to one-up our requirements, which left us impressed. They were able to provide the quotation of the project subsequently once the design is firm and went through the items comprehensively and explained to us when needed. They were very knowledgeable when comes to the details and told us the differences between them and their peers. They also encourage us to find out more from other firms before committing to them, which ensured transparency in our exchange. The renovation phase was rather straightforward for us, providing us with regular updates. Even though there were unforeseen circumstances midway through, they were ready to react accordingly and provide solutions before getting back to us, which made our life easier. We were delighted to receive the house in a tip-top condition with only a few rectification works after handing over. Even though their pricing is slightly above the rest of the quotations we have received, we felt that the price was justifiable with their unique design proposal, clear communication and documentation, good workmanship and excellent problem solving skills. It was a delight having them as our IDs. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and to the readers here.

Dear readers, since collecting keys back in October 2018 to my brand new 840 sq ft, 2-bedroom condo, I was considering just to move in with loose furnitures with current fixtures n fittings. But we had just downsized from a 3-storey landed house in the East which posed a challenge with storage spaces. That’s when I decided to look for ID from my real estate agent’s contacts. Vinc happened to be the first I consulted. His design idea proposal definitely prioritise my needs to as much storage cabinets’ space as possible. I didn’t even proceed to consult other IDs. Spot on! I engaged him with a clear indicative budget. We both could work hand in hand to compliment the chandeliers n furnitures which I already bought prior to takeover of unit. Vinc’s first layout plan was quickly accepted followed by detailed 3D illustrations with exact dimensions of the built-in cabinets. His choices of renovation materials are to my liking n taste too. I am also happy with the smart lighting installation. The built-in cabinets of extra pantry space, wine fridge cabinet, shoe cabinet, TV console, extra wardrobe, bookselves are all of good workmanship and most importantly useful for my storage. He made the effort to do whatever he can to suit my request for a functional home rather than just aesthetic factor. Vinc even arranged the appointment deliveries of chandeliers, TVs n furnitures to make sure all items are well installed n placed at the right positions. He is resourceful, productive, helpful, understanding n truly put his passion into his job. Procrastination is not in his vocabulary. He gets things done! Dear Readers, Back in Early 2018, I am in search of a new resale unit and finally confirmed the deal back in March 18. I soon realised that it badly needed a renovation make over as the original owner, lived 40years in the unit, without much upgrade. It was smelly, dirty, old age renovation works and came with all sorts of problems. While trying to find ideas since the actual handover will be in End May 18, i stumbled upon a shop along Tanjong Katong area which provided bathroom fittings and accessories. From there, I got to know Vinc (The Saviour). Well of cos, being cost conscious, I also look around for other renovation firms and collected around 4 quotation and some proposed designs for the unit. Some required design payments which I gladly paid for the services. But things are made easy for me as the selection to engage the best company to work with became very obvious. I shall not reveal names here, but I have paid twice for designs which I dislike and wasted precious time and numerous meetings with those companies. Vinc on the other hand stood out from the competition mainly because: 1) He knows what he is doing 2) Design is not just practical and suits owner preference 3) Swift and Fast response. I cannot remember a time he cannot come out with a solution to a problem 4) Price conscious. He know where to spend, what to spend and what can be done to prevent budget overrun 5) Pricing details. All breakdown are clearly spelt, limitations are discussed and aligned Frankly, he is not the lowest among the possible selections, but gave a more proactive approach in producing good design direction. That is the first step of our engagement Second step after the confirmation with Vinc, then we look at the renovations. The details covered are: 1) Full demolition works 2) all fittings are changed 3) Finishings are changed Technically, everything is new... but no.. he knew what can be salvage, make good and reused. Some items are cleaned, repainted and reinstalled. The whole renovation came with a number challenges but was definitely dealt with professionally. What he has projected before the renovation, it was timely resolved and cleanly done. There is not a moment of hesitation that I have made a bad choice. He even spent time to review all proposed furnitures/appliances to be purchase and make recommendation down to even small fittings (which are not in his quotation) In short, I strongly recommend him for your renovation requirements. He is understanding, focus, and most importantly, get the job done! I extend most sincere gratitude to him and his team for supporting and complete our dream home! Thank you Vinc! JOB WELL DONE!!! Back in December 2017, we engaged Vinc's help to provide his services to design and renovate our house. Thanks to him, we were able to bounce ideas about the theme of our house. As a first time owner, it is important to engage the subject expert to help us. Vinc spent a lot of time discussing with us about the type of lifestyle we want and was accommodating to our requests over the span of renovation period. The outcome of the renovation is amazing, especially the customised dinning table with our open kitchen concept. The TV console was very innovative and yet able to meet our needs of being a minimalist. We are also pleased that he managed keep within our budget.

I'm the owner of a new BTO flat in the Canberra area. The renovation went smoothly, other than a few things which were the result of us not knowing exactly what we want and factors out of our control (shifting of building's foundation), everything went smoothly. Vinc tailored our specifications, regardless of how bare it was as my wife and I were first time homeowners and our requests were very rudimentary (more storage, just want clean designs, etc). Vinc came up with a design and colour palette which was soothing and functional, with almost all of our requests met. Quality of materials is top notch and workmanship is above average and his suggestions are all for our good (using cheaper materials to achieve the same effect or re-using existing fixtures instead of buying new, use of tiles and grinding it down to achieve the same smooth surface of granite/marble instead of going for the real thing, etc) Is very responsive and rectification of defects is fairly quick.

Had bought an old resale flat at Toa Payoh and frankly speaking, renovating a 40+ years old is quite daunting given that everything is old and replacing them would be costly. Hence budget wise is a major consideration. I would like to share on my personal experience with Lifestyle + Pte Ltd and their designer Vinc Loh and how he helped me and my wife navigate the entire renovation process till handling over. Firstly, after a few quotes received, we decided to opt for Lifestyle + Pte Ltd.’s quote because we see that they did not try to inflate the quotes by trying to upsell addition area of work here and there like what I received from some other IDs. It is strictly based on what I have communicated on my desired outcome. In fact he even help to eliminate unnecessary alteration works to help bring down the over cost to within my budget. Secondly, Vinc is professional in his dealings and knowledgeable and knows his trade well. He would share with you what are the potential down sides or constraints of certain features I wanted and based on his experience, recommended alternatives or workaround. He also offered his professional views on some of the colour matching etc. cause I am not really good at colours. Lastly, he value adds where possible such as pointing to me where to get the best deals for appliances like air-conditioners, lightings and other fixtures etc. No regrets engaging Lifestyle + Ple Ltd’s service and having Vinc to help us. Most happy with the kitchen and bathrooms and the taken down kitchen/living wall. Essentially re-did the entire kitchen and bathroom to nothing that looks like a 40+ years house. I would not hesitate to engage his service again(if I ever shift house again) or recommend to my friends. By Enzo Tan

Great follow up from start to finish. Always have solutions to last minute problems. Design wise very good. Always have out of the box non common designs proposals. Go the extra mile to attend to last minute requests and still be able to complete the work on schedule. Not the type who completes the job and run away. If need small requests he will also try his best to accomodate where possible. Thumbs up

Back in 2015, my parents decided to do a big makeover to our home, which have been untouched for 25 years since my parents bought it over. After shopping around and got a few quotations, our family eventually engaged Vinc Loh, from Lifestyle + Pte Ltd, as the interior designer for our 3-room HDB. It was a pleasant experience to work with Vinc because he knows what we wants and stepped in at times to give us suggestions whenever we were stuck between choices. I still remember the time where we were held up for hours during tiles shopping with my mum and sister because we were indecisive on what tiles (wall and floor) to choose for the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and corridor steps. He was just waiting patiently for us without any complaints and give us his word of advice on the pros and cons of our selection. One year after the renovation, we had to remove part of the in-built kitchen cabinet temporarily to replace our kitchen pipes (Home Improvement Programme). We contacted Vinc and he immediately agreed to help out. We are so grateful for the pleasant working relationship with our interior designer and keep up the good work Vinc!
