I sourced for 4-5 interior designers before deciding to engage Martin Teo from Buildwerkz Builders as he was the most prompt in quotation and most detailed in answering my questions. Throughout the renovation process I was very clear that I was on a strict budget. Martin was able to give me several suggestions and compromise between having nice designs within budget. He is always quick to respond to any questions I had and tried his best to make the entire process as stress free as possible. In every job there would definitely be a few minor issues with design and workmanship but what impressed me was his willingness to take responsibility and rectify any issues quickly. Overall i am satisfied with the service and quality of work and would definitely recommend Martin to any of my friends and relatives who are doing renovations in the future.

I engaged Martin teo fr buildwerkz builder to help my mum house w some minor home improvement at boon lay. Initially I thought the company of such scale won't entertain such project. But they did a great job replacing door knobs , replacing gates , cabinet repair , painting n some plumbing work all within a day . The price is also very reasonable .The project was well planned n well executed. In my opinion ,I think Martin is a helpful n responsible interior designer who is very experienced in this line and can provide us with the necessary advise . I would not hesitate to recommend Martin to anyone .

From tiles selection, paint color selections till the renovation starts we had a great experience with Buildwerkz Builders team. They help us to source for all the samples and material that we needs in order to match within our budget and job progress are always on time. They even advice us on mounted cabinets design and how to maximize the space of our small kitchen and design to meet our expectation. While pending on our decision on the material selection Victor always keep us update on the propose schedule and his patient to us are well appreciate. The finishing of our house are welly done up especially our kitchen cabinets and bathroom tiles. Definitely a 5 star trustworthy company and skillful team that we can rely on.

Martin is a experienced designer advising us not only on the outlook but as well as the usability of the various items in our new house. What we felt was that it was not easy to merge usability with good designs that do might not be practical in the long run. As usual, we went ahead to obtain a few quotes for our renovation to attain the average prices of renovation these days. Martin quotation did not come as the cheapest, however we took into account the reliability of the company as a whole given that there were so many scams exposed on social media. Martin was a recommendation from a friend. The renovation of my house was massive due to the age of the house. I asked Martin to recommend themes that are easy to maintain, modern and but not drastic. Tiles selection were very detailed recommended and match to what i preferred. My both toilets are very small, the details have to be as simple as possible so as not to compromise the space. A box up with tiles with modern style was proposed. As i specifically request for cove ceiling to hide the entire house electrical wiring, Martin put in alot of hard work sourcing for new LED strips to enhance the effect. Martin also put in hard work once the renovation started, frequent update was provided daily without fail. Overall i appreciate the design and also the timely coordination Martin and Buildwerkz Builders have put up. They are reasonably priced, and comitted.
