To be frank, I am an indecisive and demanding client, lol. I met Jacky at SP Homes @ The Heeren. He was the retail manager assigned to take over my renovation and storage platform with a height-adjustable table (tatami fixture) design project. He was able to understand my design considerations and meet my high expectations. Jacky manages our expectations very well and we feel confident with his team. I was recommended to SP HOMES via a Friend. They had a great showroom at Hereen Orchard and the finishing is amazing. Jacky is a designer who is willing to go the extra mile. As first-time owners, we are constantly concerned during the planning and renovation process and Jacky always assures us and advises us on the budget. I am very satisfied with the finishing and final product SP HOMES has done for my family, They accommodated our needs and exceeded our expectations. I just had my house renovated by SP HOMES. The wood they use is a density fiberboard material which is excellent and so much sturdy especially when I compare it to the material used by my neighbour ID. Throughout the renovation process, the design and installation teams were very responsible and quick to address any issues. Yujie was attentive, patient, and reassuring throughout the process. He assisted us in deciding what features we might want and provided us with creative space-planning ideas. We're really pleased with how our renovations turned out, and we spent a little bit more than we'd planned. However, we were pre-empted and the proposed additional work was worth it. SP HOMES has provided excellent service.

At first, I found a renovation company to help me with all the renovation and carpentry work but the problem is they are unable to design and make what I wanted. I have changed to SP HOMES at Audio House which solves the problem and makes my home look wonderful. SP HOMES did a good job for my living room TV console, space-saving Tatami, bedroom wardrobe (this is the best part which the previous company couldn’t make the round rack at the side but SP HOMES can) and a special design for my common room. Joshua and the team are very patient and make the whole renovation process fuss-free. There were inevitably hiccups along the way and Joshua’s team built a good rapport and ensured that they were resolved. Not to mention that their worker workmanship is very good. Joshua and the team had a lot of pride in their work and we knew we could trust them to do a good job.

My wife and I enlisted Jacky from SP HOMES for my 4 RM BTO renovation. Jacky and the team provided lots of advice & suggestions along the process, answered our queries patiently, and helped us with the project co-ordinations esp on to the overall planning of the space, down to overseeing the actual renovation itself. He also offers tips in many aspects, including lighting, furniture and other electronic appliances, looking at the big picture as well as the minute details Our experience is great with SP HOMES and we will recommend Jacky to our friends.
