Engaged Linus to renovate my 5R HDB with a Japandi concept. Linus was open to ideas, helpful with suggestions and gives good suggestions. Project management-wise can be slightly improved with more on-site presence and better communications, but otherwise no major complaints and stayed within budget. Touch ups and rectifications were prompt. Give them a chance and speak to them. You might be pleasantly surprised. They are a real hidden gem.

Highly recommended! It has been a good renovation journey with Studio CS and our ID Linus Chin. We are very comfortable sharing our requirements with Linus. He's full of ideas, very friendly and patient. We are pleased with the completed carpentry and workmanship for our house. Despite the covid restrictions, the given renovation timeline is reasonable. Once again, we would like to thank Linus for the effort given in order to make our renovation successful.

Our house is about 2000sqft. We need to create an extra room for our parents and we brain storm with Huixin on the best way to do it. She was very forthcoming with her ideas, sharing with us her experience and drawing out the concepts to enable us to visualise the plan. The end result is aesthetically pleasing and yet functional. Huixin did a good job with all design and workmanship. She improvise our ideas and add on some ideas of her own to make the overall design something that we really like a lot. Response was swift and always manage to reply to the point of the question asked.

We met Terence by refering from one of our friend. His first impression on him was a friendly, and Out-Going guy. We do have our design in mind, but he is professional to advise us, the Pro & Con of the design we want. Not like others ID we found previously, he is meticulous with his job and comfortable to chat with, he listens to our requirements and carries it out perfectly while inputting his own advices. Definitely will refer anyone to studio CS and look for Terence.

My renovation experience has been a pleasant and relatively easy and smooth one, thanks to Hui Xin’s help. She is very talented and has lots of good design ideas to share (and I felt that she’s good at grasping the type of designs customers like so we don’t have to waste time!). Prices are reasonable too and overall I was happy with the outcome. She will stick to her schedule even when she is sick and will always reply my WhatsApp messages asking her which light/furniture to buy. Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work!

Engaged Studio CS ID Terence to recommend the kitchen cabinet replacement for my mother's 4 room HDB. Terence had recommended a thin table top made of quartz which we thought would not look as nice but it turn out unexpectedly sleek and beautiful. The workmanship of the cabinet exceed my expectation, it was done perfectly as what my mother has requested with the number of drawers and the depth of the drawers. The material that Terence has chosen for the cabinet doors were solid plywood and they are light wooden brown colour that matches the whole kitchen vibe. The colour has made the kitchen looks brighter and spacious. Terence was very helpful and professional during the whole process, from engaging him to the completion of renovation. In between the renovation, there was a slight error whereby the contractor had misplaced the opening side of the cabinet, upon informing Terence, he had arranged the contractor to fix it the next day without any delay. Comparing with other quotes I have gotten, the quotation of the cabinet replacement including hacking was very reasonable given the material used. The overall experience with Studio CS and Terence is definitely worth to give a 5/5. I would recommend Studio CS and their IDs to my friends and relative who need to renovate their new/old nest!
