Thanks to Shiin designer, he can help us complete the decoration and move in before the New Year. This is undoubtedly a compact project and poses a great challenge to designers. Some unforeseen things inevitably happened during the process, but Shiin was very good at comforting us and solving the problems, with very good response skills. If I need to introduce friends in the future, I will definitely introduce Groove.

Groove provides extremely personalised approaches for each project. Jayden took the time to understand what I like and dislike, incorporating these elements into an exclusive design for my renovation. This personalised touch created a space that truly reflects my personality and meets my needs. He also gave many creative inputs that suited the design of my house and overall made my renovation a huge success.

Overall a great team from groove interior design, from our ID Benjamin and the teams who did the installations. The materials used are of better quality and workmanship is good. We did the reno during year end at the peak period, despite that our ID is able to complete within our timeline. Benjamin is experience and is able to advise us on the design and colour combination, he is friendly, approachable and easy to communicate with. We are happy with the final outcome, would recommend others who prefer quality work.

Shiin was the first ID we engaged during the initial enquiry stage, and we decided to proceed the reno with her because she can quickly understand our needs and the style we like. After talking to several IDs, we believe the ability to communicate smoothly is one of the most important factors for engaging with the ID. She has been agile in resolving issues when things went wrong, adjusting designs according to our requirements; and is very emotional -stable person. This is highly recommended to others! Overall she has delivered to our desired design.

We had a great time working with Groove Interior Design, led by designer Shiin. From initial concept discussions to handover, Shiin demonstrated an exceptional ability to not only master our expectations, but exceed them. Shiin's keen eye for detail and creative flair energized our vision, seamlessly blending functionality with aesthetics. Anyway I'm glad of this project, I love my new house so much, highly recommend Groove!

Shinn is a highly dedicated individual who went above and beyond in her role. Not only did she provide invaluable assistance with the design elements, but she also adeptly handled project management duties, coordinating the renovation process effectively. She offered thoughtful guidance on the selection of color tones, furniture, and overall design, ensuring each choice reflected our desired aesthetic. Her organizational skills and attention to detail made her an indispensable part of the project. The project manager acceded to my requests efficiently and he was helpful to all my questions and queries. I will recommend to friends and family. The quality of the furnishing and craftsmanship were acceptable and of a decent standard. The designer was recommended to me by my friend who said that he was good at his job and he was really of a great help to me. Cannot reiterate how well he done his job, 10/10.

The people doing the installations were highly skilled and they took extra precaution of my floor while moving the things around. I really liked how the kitchen looks like now. Prior to this I had no vision on how it should look like. However with the help of the designer, i had a rough idea. He was mindful with my concerns. He also tries to accomodate with my needs and wants for my kitchen and even putting in safety corners for my tabletop.

First of all, I would like to thanks to Michelle who handle renovation works for my house. She is a patient and good listener which will fulfill my requirements and propose me awesome ideas that make me and my husband surprise. The total renovation length takes around 4 weeks, everything is going smooth as Michelle had plan a good schedule, and we estimated the actual renovation period will take 2 months.... Appreciate that she and workers are done every well. 5 starts..!

Very thankful to have Benjamin as our ID. He was very patient and had great recommendations to us during the process from pre-renovation till the end. There was also very timely updates on the process of the renovation which made us feel assured that everything is on track. And Benjamin was also able to accommodate our request to complete the renovation earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend Groove Interior Design and Benjamin! Thank you very much!
