We first engaged Jianbao because he is a trustworthy and helpful senior of mine from our polytechnic days. Everything was smooth throughout the renovation and Jianbao was very helpful and always available to answer our questions during the renovation period. He also goes the extra mile to help us whenever we have little requests here and there and is always willing to help us whenever he can. Jianbao was also able to deliver what we needed during the stipulated time frame and is always able to accommodate to our busy schedules especially when we needed to choose our renovation materials. All in all, we really enjoyed the process and we are even happier to see the end product of our renovation. We are truly satisfied with the final looks of the renovation and they are definitely as beautiful as they are seen in the pictures!

Ben and Patricia have been an amazing and delightful pair to work with! They were meticulous and very attentive to my exact reno requirements for my new home and were transparent with their work processes and costing. The best part of their service is that they are very responsive to quickly address my concerns, minor requests and keeping me constantly updated about even the smallest changes to my original design. Even if there were any changes required, they were flexible and happy to work with me together to find a suitable alternative. Overall their level of service is unprecedented and it's what makes them stand out from the rest of interior design companies out there. At the end of the day, our reno was completed on schedule and my wife and I were extremely impressed with the reno outcome, workmanship and after-support provided. Met up with Rachel Sim from Tradehub. She is attentive towards our requirement on how and what we need for our reno. She would also give suggestions and idea on what's to be done and what not advisable. Overall experience was a pleasant one. Highly recommend anyone who wants to reno ur home to engage her.

This ID was among some of the recommendations from one of the many reno hubs and we were introduced to a lady named Jermine. Jermine is very attentive in listening to our requirements and demands and we must say that she somehow managed our ideas into place. Of all the many IDs we went to (we went like over 40+), she managed to be one final three shortlisted ID mainly due to her wits in tackling our problem and constraints, and of course very engaging and responsive despite her busy and tight schedule. She is also very professional in presenting her work and she not afraid to try out new ideas or concept. Other IDs would shun off our ideas and propose the same mundane design but not her. It was a very hard decision for us to pick which company to engage with our house renovation but atlast we decided to go with another. Although despite not picking her as our ID, Jermine still wish us the best and even wish to visit our house once it is completed. For that, I definitely recommend anyone to try to engage her to discuss on your house renovation and please don't be afraid to be Frank on your requirements and ideas as she will do all of her might to make your plan a reality. I will definitely engage her on my next project without going thru the hassle of quoting another. :) For those TL:DR - Professional, responsive, engaging, pricing wise is fair. Highly recommend both Ben & Nicholas. They really put in a lot of time and effort to cater for our many requests and they both gave us valuable input and are always giving us a lot of ideas based on their experiences. They will go the extra mile to look for reasonable priced & good alternative materials so as to work around our budget. They were both very easy going and very responsive. They even responded to our random question despite it being late at night. Would definitely recommend them!

Super satisfied with our home reno! Even with all the covid delays and uncertainties, the Sozo team has been incredibly reliable and professional in their delivery. The quality of work is excellent. We love the design that gives our home a overall warm feeling while still being an open concept. And the storage/shelving workmanship is seamless. My dad is a great cook so he loves the wet and dry kitchen which was a complete redesign from the original kitchen. The Sozo team met the timeline and budget that my family asked for, and this was in spite of all the challenges and uncertainties from Covid. We are so grateful because we had to temporarily stay elsewhere until our home was renovated. The team has really surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend Jian Bao and his team!

Excellent floor and carpentry work from Jian Bao and his team! With abundance of choices in colours and designs to select from, Jian Bao and Rachel were very patient in answering our endless questions and provided useful inputs to help us narrow down to our preferred options. They were also accommodating on various changes, even when we changed our minds a few times. Overall, an easy- going team to work with to make your renovation experience a pleasant one!

I worked with Bart from Sozo Concept Studio to renovate my new apartment. From the beginning he was easy to work with and generous with his advice. The team was very professional and made my first renovation experience a lot less intimidating and enjoyable than I expected it to be. He was also very accommodating in working with us to accomplish as much as he could within our admittedly tight timeline. Even after we've moved in and the house has been handed over, the team has gone above and beyond with any questions and help we need. Definitely would recommend looking for Bart and his team if you need someone who is approachable, professional and willing to work with you to create your perfect home.

After comparing various quotations from different ID, they gave the most reasonable rates that could be offered. I have worked with Bart and Jermine for my new BTO flat. Post Covid and they managed to deliver the renovation without much delay. Weekly work schedule had been kept in line, no hidden cost, and thus by far one of the most trustworthy people I had worked with.

Jermine was my interior designer from Sozo Concept. The thing that captured my attention the most: her dedication to making my dream house come true. She sought to constantly understand what I want, and she worked hard to make sure it happens. At times when something is impossible, she will very tactfully inform me why, and how she has already tried all ways to do it. She also has a very high standard with her own work, as seen from how she coordinates with her contractors. With this, I could trust the whole process to her, literally without worrying at all. Even though every reno will have hiccups (and Jermine rectified them all) I am very very satisfied with the end result. Highly recommend her services with 2 thumbs up 👍👍👍

We wanted to have a floor to ceiling mirror (3metre length) for our living room. Thank you Jian Bao and team for the professional and efficient installation of the mirror. The process was very smooth, from communication of our ideal design to the actual installation itself. He provided timely and practical advice, given our budget and needs. For example, we discovered our wall is not perfectly straight, meaning that if we had installed the mirror on our own, it would be slanted and in danger of falling. Good thing Jian Bao, with his experience, informed us and provided a work around solution that was practical and affordable. Will definitely recommend him and his team for a smooth and professional renovation experience!
