Hansel's team has very good lines of communication and forthcoming in ideas and options, to craft out the design I had in mind. Very good quality works, and they took care of the few minor rectifications needed. And on top of this, they completed the project on time like they promised. Strongly recommend Jac and the team for anyone looking for stylish yet functional designs for their homes.

We had a very nice experience with them. From the early discussion until the handover, everything was professionally and pleasantly handled. We could share our ideas while they were advising us and eventually make our dream place happen. We love our place and we keep getting compliments about the reno!

We engaged the services of Jac from Hansel Studio. Being first time home owners of a 4-room HDB flat, my wife and I had several ideas of how we wanted our home to look like. Jac certainly made it a very smooth-sailing and enjoyable process for us, especially in this pandemic! As we knew that we wanted to spend a bit more time in the kitchen, Jac helped us to conceptualise our kitchen and turned it into a configuration that would work for us while most definitely, making it look aesthetically pleasing. Jac was also very quick to entertain to our last minute queries about the home renovation process. She was prompt in updating us about the progress of the house and made us feel very comfortable during the collaborative process. There was also a great exchange of ideas from her! We were aware that there would bound to be some hiccups along the way, but we could confidently say that there weren’t any from this experience. We are so grateful to have worked with Hansel Studios to achieve our dream home.

Building a home is an exciting yet nervous journey, hence I surveyed 6 ID before making the final decision. Hansel was the first ID firm who contacted me, and the experience had been amazing from day 1. They even take care of the notice to the neighbor due to potential noise on be half of me, and became friends with the security guard :) I know a project like this would never be easy, however the experience with Hansel had been smooth and comfortable - when you know they are so dependable. We were immediately drawn to Jac’s design proposal because she understood and listened to our requirements and design wants. It was the best decision i made last year to choose Hansel as my ID. Super professional, very responsive, carpentry workshop did a great work too. I had a tide schedule start mid Dec and they managed to complete the work one week before CNY. My ID zhiying really took care of the whole project together with the team they delivered me a lovely home. Really appreciate their work, and highly recommended.
