Renovation is not an easy process, no matter how extensive it is. However, choosing a suitable Interior Design Firm and/or Contractor is half a battle won. We were glad to engage Ottotto Singapore for our Kitchen Remodel & Bathroom/WC Floor Tiles Replacement Project and was a pleasure to have Louis Lee as our ID. He understood our requirements and gave us his proposals and design ideas. We also gave our input and made some last-minute changes to the design layout and he willingly accommodated them. Louis and his team are both comfortable to work with. We could raise any issues or concerns any time and Louis would respond and tried to resolve them quickly. Although we faced some hiccups during the renovation process, Louis would able to address and resolve them promptly. Understanding times like COVID-19 where labour is fairly tight, workers and tilers with good workmanship are also hard to come by, Louis would try to source through his pool of contacts and booked their schedule earlier. This allowed him to deliver our brand-new kitchen with a fresh style, just a few days short of our expected handover timeline. Through the renovation process, we find Louis to be a friendly and helpful person. He also shows respect to the elderly people and attended to their special needs. He delivered what he promised and even spent his own time and effort to touch up some minor works. Even post-renovation stage, whenever there were minor works to be followed up, Louis didn’t hesitate to resolve them promptly. Roy Yeo has been helpful in the entire process of renovating my flat. From the initial meeting to discuss the designs to the viewing of the flat and discussing ideas ; the entire process was smooth. He gave a clear setup structure for the Reno and was able to follow through with it. He managed to complete it within the allocated time and was helpful with outstanding items despite the circuit breaker happening . He is a reliable person who did his work with professionalism.

Engage them pre covid 19, unfortunately there is CB and works has to be stopped. But once work can resume, they started immediately, no further delays! Very responsive and reliable! ID Roy has been very accommodating and responsive! Highly recommended 👍

Me and my Hubby have engaged Roy from OTTOTTO as my ID for my existing house. We did work on both our toilets entire flooring & revamp the master bedroom. Overall I am happy with my experience with Roy and OTTOTTO. Although there were hiccups along the way for the renovation, Roy has been responsible to follow up on the hiccups and resolve for us accordingly. He also ensure that things are done accordingly when we were away. Thank u!
