We were introduced to the Parallelogram team by one of my colleagues. We had been to her house, seen the work done by the Parallelogram team and we liked it. During our first meeting, they were able to get the design concept that we had in mind. Plus, we also liked the designs that were proposed in our subsequent meetings. I must say that we didnt regret our decision as the team was very helpful and approachable hroughout the entire reno process. They would provide us with suggestions on the type of furniture we should get to fit the design of the house and were also quick to reply to our messages even when we asked random questions like whether or not certain piece of furniture that we are looking at would suit the design of the house or which colour of a particular item would be a better match. Even after the whole reno was done and full payment has been made, Aloysius and his team would still promptly come over to do any touch-up/rectification work that we’ve requested. So, even though their pricing was slightly on the higher side, we think that it was worth the money as the whole Parallelogram team was helpful, prompt and polite. Quality of the work was great too. Overall, our entire reno process was a stress-free & enjoyable experience (definitely unlike plenty of the reno horror stories we’ve heard about).

AG was able to conceptualize the design that we had in mind and deliver a timeless design for our home. We could safely leave the renovation in his hands and he would religiously update us on the progress via group chat along with pictures. He was also patient with my incessant questions and explained thoroughly to ensure I understood. He was also willing to help us post renovation when we needed help in fixing our ad hoc fittings. Continue the good work!

Team PG has exceeded my expectation, they’ve demonstrated their dedication and passion in their work. I’m really pleased with the service rendered, they were able to patiently resolved all my queries and constantly provide an update! i would like to say thanks to wilson in advising us well and always assuring us throughout the whole renovation. i have heard many horror stories and i was quite skeptical about hiring an ID prior this but wilson assured everything is in order and answering the 101 questions that i have thrown him with confidence! he will always come back with updates of the whole renovation and also let us know what are the next following steps. furthermore, he advices on furniture pairing and also the lighting placement throughout the whole house as that was one of my requirement to have a well lit home which i know some of my friends ID didn’t do. thanks for making this whole renovation such a hassle free journey and it’s truly enjoyable! although the quotation is slightly above our intended budget but would totally recommend him to my friends and family! thanks again! wilson

after meeting up with a few ids, me and my husband decided to engage wilson in renovating our house. he was very detailed and sincere in understanding our needs and wants since me and my husband are of age. he also advise me on the practicality and let me know the good and bad. It was an amazing reno journey with Parallelogram Design & Co as they were able to deliver what we asked for and were prompt w their responses! Our friendly designer took time to understand our needs and wants and was patient with our endless questions. We were able to leave the work in his good hands and everything turned out just the way we wanted. Even the after sales experience was great! We are glad we chose to go with them out of the other ID firms we were looking at and we will definitely recommend their services to our family and friends!
