Alethea has help to fulfil my wish of moving in early by speeding up my reno. Planning & execution done really well by her . Very precise & she makes sure her workers are not rushed into doing their job. She's an easygoing ID & always available to answering our queries and helping us to liase our request . Just wanted to write something for my ID Melvyn. He did up my house sometime back and I love his idea and proposal for the scandi theme and design. I like the functionality without compromising the aesthetics. Recently had some issues with the carpentry hinge and asked me hubby to drop him a msg in the grpchat which he created while renovating my unit last time. He was still as attentive as previously even though my project was completed sometime back. He told me that he will arrange for his carpenter to come up take a look and within few days, he helped me solve the problem! Thumbs up for his service!

Our ID Melvyn was very helpful since the beginning. He was very detailed and tries to balance between functionality and design. His insight is really helpful, letting us know beforehand some of the pros and cons of the placement of fixtures. He is also able to advice on some fengshui issue when needed. Generally the process was quite smooth sailing. However did have some issues with the carpentry and cleaning which was ultimately settled without much fuss. Recommended.

Just have to say Alethea put good focus and patience on our home Reno project, the handy works and craftsmanship exceed all expectations. Although our budget is tight, they did a magnificent job on the outcome and design of the house. Good Job and Keep it up 👍👍👍

I want to thank my ID Melvyn for doing a good job for my renovation. I registered my interest with a portal and got a few calls from different ID firms and Melvyn is one of them. Met up with 5 of them in total and everyone has similar ideas and concepts. For pricing, Melvyn is slightly expensive than the rest to be frank. But what stood out and made him different from the rest is that, he’s very detailed(trust me - he can spend time breaking down the works involved into bite sizes for you to understand) and personally I appreciate that. I can give 1 example that I still remember. I want to overlay vinyl for my bedrooms and living room. No one ever explained to me that the skirtings should be hacked, if not it will be ugly. No one told me that my doors need to be trimmed. No one told me that overlaying might affect the main gate and sometimes can’t be helped but to change it if want it to be nice. Layman like me, wouldn’t know about all these. He made a good point that all these can be a form of ‘hidden’ charges if all these not communicated. The whole project was completed smoothly. A bit hiccups here and there but I feel that it’s normal. Easy to communicate with him and he reply to chats almost instantly, every time!
