We had the privilege of working with Mr Soo Yew Mann from Interiality Pte Ltd for our house renovation. He was our contractor who did an amazing job in the coordination and execution of the house renovation. The journey was a very pleasant one as Mr Soo was very responsive and responsible. Mr Soo constantly provided us updates during the renovation process. He maintained a good balance of providing advice/suggestions, alongside keeping our preferences and opinions in mind. This allowed for a healthy exchange of ideas, where some of his suggestions were adopted, and our preferences were actualized. Although there were occasional slight delays in the renovation process (understandably in view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation), Mr Soo always did his best to keep us updated about the reasons for delays, and did his best to expedite things – even if it meant coming down on site himself to get certain tasks done. We really appreciated his help with coordinating the receiving of our furniture/electronic items, as well as working with the other vendors we used (e.g. for doors, wardrobe pole system). Mr Soo was very obliging and helpful – when faced with the need for changes/rectifications, he always put his best foot forward to act on them. There was this particular request of splitting the switch access of 2 lights in the bathroom that was technically challenging to perform because of wiring constraints – he cleverly thought out of the box to come up with a solution that involved using an RF switch to separate the two lighting points. Mr Soo even went the extra mile to help us with the assembly of our additional furniture items (ikea cabinets, installation of towel racks). He assisted us in the many small requests we had along the way of our renovation journey, making the process an enjoyable and pleasant one. We would certainly recommend his services for others who may be intending to renovate their homes.

Thank to Mr Soo as he did a good job for the renovation. Start from design to finish the job are coordinated well. Even he also help us to manage our delivery and furniture after the renovation work. The contractor that he appointed are good workmanship. Every detail are done according to the design. Nevertheless, the outcome of the renovation was fantastic and the team of ID had far exceeded my expectations.

He is very responsible & patient enough to explain to us the renovation progress in detail and no hidden cost. He shared with us his ideas and solutions to suit our need. He also helped us save costs for us and he is prompt in his reply when we message him. I would strongly recommend Soo from Interiality for being a fast, responsible designer and to anyone considering to do renovation in the near future. Overall, we are happy with Soo services.

Soo is a very hands on and qualified Interior designer who helped us renovate our unit. He is very experienced and gives very good advice on designs. He is also trustworthy and completes his work on time even if it means paying is workers extra and making a smaller profit Even though he has multiple projects on hand, he remains very committed and responsive. The workmanship is of high quality and charges are reasonable. He provides very good after sales service and will follow up promptly on rectification works Highly recommended.

I was looking around to renovate my kitchen and toilet chanced which recommended by one of my friend and Mr Soo responded to my query. He was very experience person give advice to us on the design and fit for my requirement.
