My husband and I were introduced to Ivonne when we wanted to do our home renovation. Ivonne has been professional, sincere and genuine from the start, she has been there since day 1 and never failed to check on us. We are unsure of how our renovation will turn out and it is not easy to visualize especially before 3D was given to us , but Ivonne is always very patient with us and always do her best to ensure we understand what we will be getting as well as helping us to visualize the design much better. Definitely there will be small hiccups during 2-3months long journey, but Ivonne handled it very well and professionally, overall experience with Ivonne & the team is awesome. Lastly, the workmanship & after sales service definitely meets my expectation.Even after the hand over, Ivonne is still very prompt and always ready to assists us whenever needed. We consulted with The Alchemist Design back in May 2021 where we met Sophia, and they were the first stop of our hunt for an ID. We had some initial ideas we had in mind but Sophia was very realistic in letting us know what can be done and what can't be done for our 5 room resale flat, and after some time, we decided to sign the contract, with Sophia being our ID that is in charge. Our renovation commenced in September 2021 and prior and throughout our renovation journey, Sophia was very responsive in answering our queries and coordinating with the contractors & suppliers for our home. No matter the time or day, she is always contactable and that is something i really appreciated as it shows her dedication and commitment to getting things done. Besides her project management skills, Sophia is also a secret "handy-man". She has taken the effort to help rectify/fix minor works required herself with her vast knowledge of how things work. All in all, 2 months later, our renovation for our home was finally completed in November 2021. Although there were slight hiccups coming from the suppliers / contractor's end due to the Covid situation, Sophia made sure that everything was done and settled as efficiently as possible and i am glad that i found an ID that went an extra mile in getting things done for us. A plus point is that the price that alchemist design quoted us was very reasonable in comparison with the market as well. Definitely recommend Alchemist Design to all upcoming home owners!

We contacted The Alchemists Design at the last minute but they got back to us on the same day. Our ID, Jasmine, was very helpful and always contactable. She listened to our ideas and provided feedback based on her experience. The timeline we gave for the works to be done was very short but Jasmine managed to plan a schedule which allows us to move in on our intended date despite delays from H**. She also kept us updated always and do site visits to ensure that everything is going smoothly. We love our new home and would definitely recommend Jasmine and The Alchemists Design.

Engaged Alchemist Design for our 5 room resale flat and our ID and main point of contact was Sophia. Throughout the renovation journey, Sophia has gone the extra mile in getting things done to our liking, and has also given us design ideas on certain matters. No matter the time or day, Sophia is very responsive and never once did we have to wait for her response for more than an hour on certain matters, even if it is late at night. What I really appreciate about Sophia is that she is not just an ID that can manage my home renovation, she herself is quite hands on as there are times when she can help fix and rectify small items. Alchemist Design’s pricing is also very very transparent and there are no hidden cost, and everything is very reasonably priced compared to other firms that we have consulted. Very thankful and appreciative of Sophia in allowing us to have a cosy home to live in now that is exactly how we pictured it to be. Definitely recommend all new home owners to hit Alchemist Design up and look for Sophia!

We sold our punggol house in June and we need to handover by end of August. Just like any other home owners, we go for ID hunting to find which one can match our timeline and also our budget. Our timeline was really limited because we will only receive the keys to our new house in July. So that's only a month plus to get everything done. Most of the ID we went says that it is not possible to do it and some overly promise say it can be done just to make us sign up with them. But at the back of our mind, we know it is not possible to reno the entire house in a month given the current pandemic situation. When we finally meet Haryati from The Alchemist Design and told her abt our timeline, she was also quite skeptic and did not want to over promise us. She said she will atleast need 3 months. However, what makes us decided to choose Haryati to be our ID was when she said and give us assurance that the major works can be done within 1 month so that we can shift in our things in the new house first. Thats what we really need, an assurance and a solution! And plus point, the qoutation matches our budget! True enough, the major works like the tilings are done just in time for us to shift in our things. Cut the story short, our house was in a moving in condition by early october! Although Haryati predicted that the house will be ready in september, there are some minor hiccups in between due to covid. But Haryati is very efficient and prompt in attending to the problem even though she was in the midst of her preparing for her wedding in September. Despite us being so "kanchiong" to get our house ready ASAP and pushy, Haryati remained composed and handle everything professionally. She never take the things we say to heart and definitely she knows how we felt. We are truely thankful for that! After the reno done, Haryati did a very thorough checks on the defects. She ensure that we check every single corner of the house, especially the carpentry works. And she did a good job in rectifying the defects on time and also she even did some touch ups on her own!No delays. JUST AMAZING LAH THIS WOMAN! All in all, Haryati is a very dedicated ID anyone would ever ask for. She is not pushy like some other IDs, she try her best to get what you want for your house and she is very prompt in her replies, even at 2am!! she is very efficient! And her Ideas are really brilliant! And definitely, alchemist design have the best qoutes that matches our budget compare to other 10 IDs we met! This i can vouch for! Thank you Haryati from The Alchemist Design for turning this house into a Beautiful Comfort Home for me and my family! We truely appreciate your hardwork!

Karen Koh from The Alchemists Design has been exceptional professional and helpful with our house! We decided to go with her because she has a good listening ear and was able to inform us of any issues that may arise. This sets her apart of the IDs that we have met. She was timely and also proactive in informing us of any hiccups that occurred along the way. Hence we were able to smoothly move into the house without much hassle. I think our house is a work of art thanks to Karen and her supporting team. Would highly recommend her for making our house happened!

We went around looking for an ID for our home and event sat down with some. When we entered Alchemists and met Sophia and Haziq, i knew that this is gonna be the one! Both of them are very professional and very transparent. We learned alot during the whole process which is very challenging but worthwhile. Haziq was our main ID, very easygoing, easy to communicate with! And best of all, he delivered everything ahead of timeline. We can be fussy at time but he is patient enough, sometimes we even call him late at night and on his off days to make changes and he could accomadate to it. The handover process was really smooth and we really love the outcome, looks exactly like the 3D drawings that they provided. A friendship was forged, we are really thankful for all the months of planning and hardwork! Thank you once again!

Prior to collecting our keys, we spoke to a a few IDs and decided to go with Jasmine as we thought she was really easy to speak to. And we're glad to have her as our ID as the entire renovation process was a breeze. Jasmine was very accommodating to many of our requests and would often advise us on various alternatives and solutions to our problems. She was also attentive, patient and quick in responding to us despite her busy schedule, which was something we really appreciated as it gave us a peace of mind that she's on top of our timeline. She was also able to help us build our home according to our vision and budget. 👍

For a first timer, we barely had any clue about renovation. We got Alchemist from a recommendation of a friend and decided to book an appointment to enquire. The first time we meet our main ID Haziq along with Sophia and they went through all the planning for the whole house and by then it was already almost 3 hours sat down of planning. It was as late as 11pm and they came out with quotation which was fairly within our budget. We signed up on the spot knowing that they are very transparent with the prices and not pushy at all. Throughout the whole journey, the process was a smooth sailing, little hiccups were rectify quickly by them. Both Haziq and Sophia will always reply us fast even at late hours after midnight. Despite the pandemic situation, i can say that all the planning went as per timeline drafted. After having some people over to our house, many said its really affordable pricing for such renovation. Highly recommended!

We sourced more than 5 IDs on our own and Karen was recommended to us by our friend. She gave us practical suggestions and was the only ID that tell us the repercussions if we’re to make certain decision. I love it that it made us a lot clearer on what we want on our home and how the choice will impact the spatial usage. Hiccups and errors are bound to happen however Karen was on the ball to rectify and solve them and we truly appreciate her effort and experience in this industry. No fuss! Glad to have engaged The Alchemists Design for our first home. Our ID, Yilin has been very responsive throughout the whole period (even working till 1am) and have constantly tried her best to meet our requirements. Prices quoted to us was very reasonable as well for the quality of material we wanted, as compared to a few others we spoke to. Despite the manpower crunch during this pandemic, they managed to deliver our house on time, which we really appreciate!
