We met Din through referral from our friends, and what made us eventually choose her from the few others we shortlisted was the sense of pride in her work, and how comfortable it was talking to her the first few meets. We told Din the rough overall idea of things we wanted, and she was able to bring that into the solid design that we really love. Her experience was exemplified when she brought up points of considerations about things that we would never have thought of, saving us lots of hassle and headache in the future. Her eye for detail and professionalism truly impressed us, we were able to get through the whole renovation project with barely any supervision. Din constantly updated us on the progress of works, corrected anything that had to be before we even noticed it, and readily made changes for us even after works started. Even though she was busy, she was readily available to guide and advise us regarding purchases (furniture, fixtures etc.) when we reached out to her. She worked well within our budget and did not push any unnecessary things, in fact she advised against doing unnecessary things that were a waste of money. Overall, she made our renovation journey smooth, hands-off and worry free. We'd have no hesitation recommending her to any of our friends, or engaging her again for our next home. I’ve been following Din’s ID work on Instagram for quite some time, and finally decided to engage her for my new home. She was very thoughtful and attentive when I shared my requirements and budget. During our first meeting, I told her that I wanted my home to be wheelchair-accessible for my mom and cosy for my elderly parents. She took everything into consideration, and the end result exceeded my expectations. When my parents visited, they absolutely loved the entire space. I’m truly grateful, and I can confidently say you can entrust your home to Din.

Din is super on the ball and has a strong eye for details. We fully entrusted her with the reno and she delivered, without any need for us micromanaging. Top notch service - highly recommended. Very strong eye for aesthetics and with good solutions. Doesn't try to upsell you for more stuff. Glad we found a trustworthy designer with decent worksmanship. Would definitely engage again down the road if we have another project.

This was my first home renovation, and my experience with Prologue Studio has been fantastic. We engaged Jack two years before our house’s TOP due to conflicting information from our property management. Throughout the process, our design evolved, and Jack was incredibly patient and accommodating to our requests. When the time finally came for renovation, Jack personally visited the site and spent hours conducting thorough defect checks. He ensured there was sufficient manpower to complete the project on time and even went the extra mile to assist with selecting furniture, lighting, and fans. Despite not purchasing everything from his recommended suppliers, he was still willing to oversee the installation in our absence. Jack is competent, knowledgeable, and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage him again for my next home renovation.

Instead of stopping us from selecting colours that may not fit into the design theme, Din always respected our decisions as she prioritises our comfort in living in the house. With Din guiding us through the renovation, the journey has always been smooth, fun and enjoyable! When unforeseen issues happened towards the end of the renovation, Din remained calm and had always focused on implementing solution first. Her experiences, responsibilites and the chemistry with her team has helped us in achieving a beautiful, cosy and functional home that we have never imagined how it will look like. After the completion of renovation, Din has visited to ensured that everything is good. As homeowners, it has always been a joy for us to come back to a home that we really love and feel comfortable with. We’ve also received compliments from our family and friends on the workmanship and design of our home. We met our ID, Ms Din Koh in the Hitch event. Among the few IDs that we had met in the event - she is the best. She knew well what we are looking for and suggested a few practical solution. Her "Can-do" and eagerness attitude impressed upon me. At the back of my mind - 就是她了. So we did not look for other ID and engaged Din as our ID. With that, it saved us a lot of time. We adopt a modern scandinavian design. Din is precise and clear on the design. The design is modern and fit into the scandinavian feel of coziness,white and clean theme. The quality is good. This is what we are looking for. She keeps our budget in view. After getting to know her more - realise she is easy going and has the eagerness to get thing done. 我真的没看错人. On some occasion , if she notices that our wishlist is not practical - she would suggest alternative. This is ideal as she pull us back to what reality is but still meet our requirement. I must say that Din is sound on technical knowledge. She is able to communicate effectively with my husband who is extremely particular on technical aspect. Therefore, thing get moving after their discussion. No time waste. We even went for a 16 days holiday during the renovation. Din handle everything for us. We kept in contact on some important decision otherwise Din oversee everything for us. She kept me update of the progess. So I really have no stress during the holiday on our renovation. Our renovation was completed on schedule in the first week of Oct 2023. She ordered the contractor to clean our new house 3 times during the renovation. This reduce renovation residue tremendously. We thank you her for the effort and we are a happy customer. We will definitely recommend Din to my friends and family. Keep up the good job Din.

Firstly, a big thanks Eze! :) This is my 2nd time engaging Eze for renovation projects and as per his usual professional benchmark, my house is executed in a timely and seamless manner with great communication throughout the entire process. Eze has been in the ID industry for a long time and is able to bring any concept to life. Previously my parents house was beautifully executed in the modern farmhouse vibes and my house, industrial-cafe resort vibes. He is very helpful in providing advices based on his professional knowledge and is not a calculative person at all. Beyond that, he is extremely transparent in his prices and does not overcharge. Eze is willing to go the extra mile to stay put on site till late to ensure the fixtures and fittings are properly installed. I had to move in slightly earlier due to my kittens accommodation issues and Eze will always insist to sweep, mop and clean the house up himself even though I told him he doesn’t have to. Eze does not go missing even after completion of projects, he would still provide assistance regardless. I scratched my laminate flooring 3x after completion due to my poor furniture moving skills and still, he assisted to arrange for a replacement without hesitation. IDs like Eze are few and far in between these days. Eze is a one-stop one man army for concept, execution, project management, after sales service and furniture styling. I highly recommend Eze to anyone seeking a smooth, communicative renovation process and keen to integrate their concepts to create their ideal home!

This is our 2nd HDB resale home purchase and we are very pleased to have worked with Royston. Amongst the ID firms that we have approached, Royston is most comfortable and sincere person to work with and he is the only designer who proactively visited our old HDB flat before everything else, so as to understand the actual condition of the unit. Royston listens to what we want and incorporated our wishes and ideas with his expertise, experiences and functionalities. He is able to advise us on what can be done or cannot be done based on the old HDB flat structure and this minimises design changes thereafter. No one could possibly imagine having a kitchen island in a small 4-room HDB resale flat (without any walls or rooms hacking) and Royston made our wish came true… I couldn’t be happier with the way our new kitchen looks! As with all renovations, there are bound to be hiccups and delays. Royston has assisted to overcome these to his best ability and he even attended to my complaints while he was away on overseas vacation. After which, he attempted to hands-on some rectification fixes in order to meet our timeline. Overall, Royston is a very sincere, creative and accountable ID professional.
