This is my first house, and I was initially quite worried about the renovation, especially after hearing so many horror stories from renovation forums. Thankfully, a friend who had engaged Aven for not just one, but two of their homes, recommended him to me. And now I completely understand why. Aven has a great sense of beauty and design, and he’s also very practical, which is so important for a homeowner. He doesn’t push for expensive items just to upsell. Instead, he suggests what truly makes sense within the budget and for everyday living. I really appreciate how genuine and thoughtful he is, always balancing aesthetics with functionality. The renovation was completed before the promised date and handed over to me in December 2024. I’ve been living here for close to a year now, and everything is still in great condition! Even after the project was completed and fully paid for, Aven remained easy to reach and responsive whenever some minor touch-ups were needed. His after-sales support truly shows his sense of responsibility and pride in his work. Throughout the renovation, I didn’t have to worry much at all. Aven handled everything smoothly, kept me well-informed, and made sure every detail was well taken care of. He treats each project as if it were his own home — with care, high standards, and a genuine heart. I’m so glad I went with Aven from Length & Breadth. He’s reliable, honest, and has an amazing eye for design. Aven is our superhero! We were experiencing a horrible renovation process that we decided to engage Aven from L&B to help us gain our sanity back. He listened, empathised, showed care, understanding our expectations and provided the timeliness we needed to complete our home. He shared reno advice and suggested ideas to help us make informed decisions. What we appreciated most is his timeliness - his responses, his updates. He was also always present at site before and after each parts of the project. He is prompt in responding to our queries and requests too. The workmanship is spot on, all to the planned designs and discussion. We were amazed that the carpentry work was completed in one day!That is awesome planning and time management. After going through rounds of ID selections, meetings, discussions etc, we finally select Aven to carry out renovations for our existing flat. Aven is very patience, meticulous and very accommodating to our ever changing demands and changes. Initially, we wanted to renovate our entire house as it had been almost a decade since our last renovstion. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change plans and decided to renovate our toilet. After speaking with Aven, he understood our situation and was still happy to help us renovate our toilet. He was very creative and insightful in providing ideas for us to our toilet. After renovating the toilet, we were amazed at how great it looked! You can trust Aven in handling your renovation works well and reliably!

Our renovation is done in the midst of covid period. Have decided to engaged length & breadth as part of the reason is because Is recommended by friends. And our family like the Way the idea was presented to us. Avan was able to meet our picky needs and was able to keep within my tight deadline and work within our budget. A nice person to work with. Basically Aven was easy to work with and very helpful in making sure that we got a home that made us happy. Although the budget was challenging, Aven managed to help us realise our dream home, twice :) Aven would understand us and help us create a design that fits our personality and lifestyle. It helps that we have quite aligned visions when we think our our perfect homes. Would certainly recommend cos he has high standards when dealing with contractors and is also experienced in this area.

My husband & I engaged Length & Breadth for our first home purchase. It was a fuss-free, professional, and enjoyable experience for us. Recently gave our home a makeover with the help of Aven. He was efficient, extremely patient when we had difficulties making up our minds and gave many valuable inputs during the process. He was also conscious of our budget and advised against ideas which were not worth investing in. We are grateful for his expertise and the staff engaged by him (carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting services). We got to know Aven through a colleague and we decided to go with his service because his prices are very reasonable, compared to the many others that we explored. Aven is also very approachable, sincere and responsive. He is also very practical in sharing with us what works and what doesn’t in the house/layout. Enjoyed the entire renovation experience. He was also very opened to our ideas and would try to fit it into our theme as much as possible and to modify it or make suggestions to better the designs.

Bought a HDB BTO flat a few years ago and met up with several ID before I eventually decided on Length & Breathe. The ID that attended to me was Aven. Unlike other IDs that I met, Aven was not the hard sell type who would recommend me to do this and do that so as to earn a higher commission. In fact, Aven was able to give constructive feedback on how to bring down my renovation cost. Design wise, I chose a modern minimalist style and Aven was able to develop everything to perfection. As I had a good experience with Aven, I recommended friends to him thereafter. So far, I have nt heard any negative feedback from my friends who took up his service. Lastly, I have purchased a new flat and it'll be ready in a few years time. Needless to say, I'll will go back to Length & Breathe (Aven) for my renovation needs.

Aven has helped several households of my enlarged family with their renovation needs. He is easy to communicate with, and delivers as he promises. He has made my renovation needs hassle free, which is important for busy people like me - he co-ordinates from painting to carpentry, the works. A patient listener. Got to know Aven from Length & Breadth through a relative. I had compared his quote with 3 other renovation companies and Aven was able to match their quote using same or even better materials. He was patient and detail throughout the renovation phase. As we were rushing to move in before the lunar 7th month, he was able to meet the compressed schedule of 4 months to complete the renovation. Aven was able to provide simple, cost saving and practical ideas for the renovation. We gave the idea of having a dinning bench, he was able to convert the dinning bench to a nice and cozy dinning bench with shoes rack storage on the other side. (See photo).
