I had a good experience working with Jenny. From the start, she was extremely responsive, responsible, and kept closely to the agreed timeline. She kept us updated almost daily on the progress and was always pleasant and easygoing, never once showing impatience even when we made last-minute requests. Jenny always came down whenever needed and was very accommodating throughout the whole process. She delivered what we were looking for, and our HDB flat looks so homey now. We are happy with the outcome and truly appreciate her effort and professionalism. Recommended!

It was one of the best experience I ever had I had bought my dream place but was under tremendous pressure to move in very soon Not only the speed but the quality and reliability was of utmost importance, hearing all those horror experience from others and my own past experiences.. I was really worried. But then I ran into Stevie and Jayson who provided an agile design approach accommodating our complex and changing request but still keeping the thematics sanctity intact Stevie took over the execution I was amazed to see a professional project plan taking every nuances in consideration He ended up becoming a trusted friend ensuring quality assurance, iterative fine tuning , he was very accommodating yet with great work ethics The project finished well it was really a WOW !!.. I recommend Stevie and Jayson to all those who are looking for professional , honest and friendly IDs you can trust .. happy to provide reference or more info

Terrible and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! Before signing agreement they can say yes yes yes to my requirement. After signing then they say this cannot be done, that cannot be done. I always have to be the one chasing for updates. They don’t provide timeline on what they will be doing for the house. 3D design is even terrible. My 3 room HDB flat can takes more than 6 months to handover the keys. Imagine the number of weeks my flat was left empty without any contractor working in it until I have to ask what happen. My friend's Executive Mansionette started later then mine with full renovation gets to collect their fully renovated house in less than 6 months. After handover of the completed house and any follow up maintenance, they will not be able to provide any contractor to come up to fix even though I have informed them before hand on which date I am available many weeks in advance. Totally no update from the ID until I have to post here.

Tiles and carpentry were done well and with attention to detail. They accommodated to us when we inspect during work process and want to change some things. As discussed it was all along the budget and slightly over but it’s still manageable. Thou there’s hiccups but we like the end process which is the most important thing. Will engage them again in the future. Designers are busy also with other projects but they replied us on time and follow up

The ID assigned to us was Li Xiang and right off the bat we were impressed by how prepared she was. Of the IDs we had met with, she was the only one who, from the first meeting, showed us that she had done her prep work by planning out our space down to the estimated dimensions, even though we ourselves did not have the detailed floorplans. Our ID job was not extensive, so we had ID firms which did not respond or flaked out on us but Li Xiang was responsive most of the time. She was easy to work with, amenable to our ideas and also frequently thought of ways we could save on reno costs. She sometimes could take a while to respond when she was busy with other jobs but would always get back to us when she could. To be fair we did not require a lot of design input as we retained most of the fittings in the resale apartment but the workmanship of the fittings we did do were decent and we appreciate the effort that Li Xiang puts in, even during the post-reno period where we had to do some minor touchups

Was looking around for a reliable ID as I won't have time to manage the work. Woodcraft was one of the firm that was recommended by Quanvast and met up with Jayson. Jayson was engaging even though it was only a small job. He listened to what we wanted and gave useful ideas and design. All queries was replied to promptly and when there was hiccups, he solved it instantly. The service was excellent and also the workmanship was good. Package was reasonable and value for money.

Worked with Jenny for my home reno. One thing that attracts me was; Jenny was a fast worker. She responds to me almost immediately when I have any queries. Moreover, she knows and understands my needs. Jenny was always present on site and makes sure that everything was in order and the timeline goes as planned. No doubts about workmanship, i was satisfied. I'm happy with their job and highly recommend them. Thank you Jenny & Woodcraft for being part of my reno journey!

We met a lot of interior designers. Andy Liang was one of those who listened to our ideas and also give us some feedback to make our ideas better. There were some hiccups during the renovation due to covid issues but he managed to rectify those issues and ensure that most of the work is done properly. He also help out if we have any issues after the renovation. Will recommend this company as they ensure they deliver what you ask for. We had a good time working with Andy Liang! He was very friendly and made our dream home come true!

I first enquired Woodcraft Interior Design thru their post in FB for a free onsite evaluation, Andy Liang came and did the necessary measurements based on our needs and our budget for the renovation.. As opposed to 6 other companies' representatives who came to our house, Andy Liang stayed longer and did what he did best for more than an hour minutes. I observed that he was meticulous when he was measuring and asked questions on what we really wanted out of the renovation which other representatives didn't ask. When the quote was ready, we came down to Woodcraft at Yishun and Andy Liang showed us the quote but we didn't sign on the spot and he didn't apply any pressure or hard selling tactics at all. We simply told him upfront that we are also considering the quotes from other companies. After assessing all other quotes, we realized that Woodcraft's quote is truly reasonable compared to other quotes which are either higher or even lower than the budget wecquoted. It didn't take us long to call him and went back to Yishun again to sign up. Woodcraft did all the renovation works as we had wanted outstandingly. Andy Liang the Interior Designer responsible for the design, is a very patient man, a courteous and approachable one that you feel so comfortable to liaise with and one that will always reply to your queries as the work progresses. Even right down to the contractors who came to the work, they are all approachable and friendly people. Yes not to forget that Andy Liang forks out his own expenses to replace damages accidentally caused by his contractors to my existing furnishings to name a few. There were even extras which they gave us for the renovation out of good faith which were not mentioned initially. He constantly checked if the works were carried out timely and according to our requirements. Even the friendly boss of Woodcraft came to install our kitchen cabinets 🙂 what else would you ask for eh. To those seeking a trusted and reliable renovation Interior Design company, you will not be wrong to engage Woodcraft to do the job - price wise and quality wise as well. Get Andy Liang as your Interior Designer. We highly recommend them.They will remain honest and reliable right up till they hand-over the keys back to you. Andy Liang will show you 3D designs/drawings in colour with precise measurements relative to your respective house layout. Yes of course there will be those renovation anxietes, worries that the workers didn't do the works correctly and such. Be assured Andly Liang will be there to tend to your needs. To Woodcraft and Andy Liang we thank you for delivering an outstanding job for our renovation. We thank you for being so patient and so forthcoming in our dealings. Yes we have a few other small projects that we need you to do for us in the near future too. Kudos to Woodcraft and Andy Liang. PS - The boss, Andy Liang and his wife are now our circle of friends.

Overall satisfied with the outcome. Good workmanship. The result turned out nice & fresh look! However there was a small defect which the worker did to fix. After sometimes the defect is visible again. I am abit disappointed. However I would still recommend this company to others for the fast respond and reasonable cost. The manager Jason who is also efficient and responsible.
