I knew I would engage Steven from Colourbox just 10min after speaking with him on our first meeting. Steven is very experienced and professional and was able to answer all my questions relating to the renovation and provided guidance on topics I didn’t think to consider. We were working with a very tight window between new year and cny and Steven was able to handover the apartment back to me well ahead of schedule. The workmanship and finishes are excellent and I would recommend Steven and Colourbox anytime. Thanks!

I had engaged ID Dennis to renovate our house. It was a very pleasant experience , we had good chemistry and communication and after 2 months of major make over, the outcome of our house is above my expectations. We decided to go ahead with Colourbox Interior as our ID, Steven, was easy to communicate with and was able to give us suitable recommendations for the renovation. Steven was very accommodating and prompt in his replies. We know that it must not have been easy to manage the renovation because of shortage of workers due to the pandemic and are thankful that he managed to find other carpenters and tilers to get the house done promptly. He kept us updated throughout the entire process of the renovation and kept to the weekly schedules that he gave us; this certainly gave us a peace of mind knowing that the renovation was going along smoothly. When we spotted things that we wanted rectified he was very quick to get things settled for us as well. We are glad to have engaged colourbox interior for our renovation and are happy with the way our house turned out!

We looked at over 20 interior designers before we settled on colourbox! He was extremely reponsive on updating us and kept us constantly updated. This made the process so much easier (also because we’ve heard so many stories where undercommunication led to many different problems). We are also very grateful on how accomodating he was. There were many many small changes and Tony volunteered to help with them without any extra cost! And we were not the easiest customers (sorry tony! 😅) When it came to execution, colourbox did an great job. Everything was to our expectations and anything that wasnt were promptly fixed anyway. Thank you tony and colourbox for giving us a home!

Home renovations can be really stressful, especially for us first timers. So we’re very thankful to have Tony assisting us throughout the whole renovation. He’s patient, responsive and most importantly, provides really reasonable pricing. Thank you Tony and Colourbox Interior, we love our home!

Dennis was able to understand the whole design concept and ideas that I have and execute them according to what i have envisioned it to be. He was able to provide great alternatives when some of the ideas did not turn out well via the artist impressions. He was very patient when the requested feature wall took longer than expected due to my request for it to look a certain way. Although I had only engaged Colourbox for contracting work, Dennis went beyond to propose possible ideas and even helped with the necessary paperwork with the relevant agencies. This was my first time having renovations done so Dennis was really helpful in sharing on tips, areas to note and do etc. He also made it real easy for the busy me to meet the various parties to ensure that all design elements are instructed accordingly and correctly. This ensured that the renovation was completed efficiently and according to what I had planned it to be. There was a sense of accountability and hence I did not have to worry much - I was even overseas when they started the renovation as I knew the flat was in good hands. To sum up, it was a great experience and am glad to have engaged Colourbox.

Through the recommendations from Qanvast, I am glad to have engaged Steven as our ID to renovate our 5-room resale HDB. Among all the ID firms, Steven had shown us great sincerity and quoted us the most reasonable pricing and timeline. Although, we had a tight timeline of 1.5 month as we wished to have the house renovated before CNY, he managed to deliver them on time as proposed! The entire process was smooth with constant updates and communication from him without much needs to check in physically, so this gave us a peace of mind during renovation. His long years of experience and excellent advice had also helped us fulfill our renovation ideas within budget and most importantly, the HDB rules and regulations! Based on some research on renovation firms, my wife and I engaged Dennis Ng from Colourbox to renovate our place. Dennis was someone whom we could communicate well with. He has proven to be very efficient and he can be trusted upon to deliver quality work. Despite our house having to undergo HDB's upgrading works prior to the start of the renovation works, Dennis was very understanding. We were impressed by his good project management skills as Dennis managed the overall timeline of the renovation very well. He would update us regularly on the commencement and progress of the various stages of the renovation work. The prices quoted and amendments made were also transparent and communicated to us. Working with Cris was truly a breeze. When the renovation works first started, I was going through a job transition, which meant that I didn’t have the time to overlook the entire process. Fortunately, Cris constantly kept us in the loop with regular updates, so that neither Ben nor I had to worry about the renovation’s progress. In the event of any hiccups, Cris would also propose effective and practical solutions, which is definitely a plus point in my eyes.

Thanks to Qanvast, we get to know Jack and Tony from Colourbox. They transformed us from a couple with zero knowledge about renovation into a couple with keen interest on renovation. It wasn’t an easy decision for us to appoint Colourbox as our ID. Nobody in our social circles worked with Colourbox before. Decision was made after meeting them the third time. What helped us in our decision making are the reviews via social media, the quality of the material that they are proposing to us (from vinyl flooring to hinges), reasonable quotation and most importantly their sincerity to work with us. Discussion with Jack and Tony was easy and engaging. They are very willing to share their knowledge and experience throughout the renovation process with us. Of course, they can’t be a “know all” expert. When in doubts, they will seek clarification and update us thereafter. We need not worry about any hidden cost. They are not calculative over small issues which needs additional work or materials if the job is within their limit. We are a happy customer of Colourbox and will recommend them to our friends.

We got to know Colourbox Interior from Qanvast and were recommended a few IDs. Compared the other IDs, we felt that Colourbox was the most responsive and shown interest in our project. Their pricing is quite competitive too and it fits our renovation budget. Our ID Steven handled the project management well. He was always punctual on each of our meetings and listened to what we needed. Although there were some minor hiccups with the delivery of our bathroom accessories, he helped us to liaise with the vendor and get it done promptly. Overall, we are satisfied with his great service and happy with the results.
