I renovated my master bathroom completely (complete hacking to installation) and the project was completed according to schedule! Furthermore, my wife and I absolutely love the outcome! Before the renovation, we chatted with a few interior designers but decided to go with Alloy from Plus Interior simply because he was clear in his explanation, extremely responsive to queries, reasonable with his price and sincere because he laid out all costs before explaining which costs could potentially be avoided. When the renovation work started, my wife and I had to travel. Nevertheless, Alloy updated us on the renovation progress regularly, allowing us to feel at ease throughout this process. We faced some minor challenges during our renovation work like any others, but Alloy would offer excellent solutions to overcome them. As such, I would highly recommend Alloy to any of my friends!

We were introduced to Plus Interior by a good friend of ours to renovate our newly purchased flat. Caeden, our ID, was professional, polite, and responsive in our entire renovation journey. He would always listen to our requirement and issues and offered helpful and, at times, cost-efficient advice. In one instance, I asked if it would be prudent to install toilet ventilation fan. After assessing our environment, he said it would not be necessary. In another instance, he helped us saved cost by re-purposing the original living room lightning as our corridor and kitchen lightning. Despite our situation which required expedited renovation, he managed to deliver as promised. The after sales service was also responsive and professionally rendered. In one instance, there was an issue with the installation of my hood. Due to miscommunication, there was a need to amend carpentry work. While we would have settled for a functional fix, his team went beyond our expectation and fix it such that it is functionally yet still aesthetically pleasing with no sign of any rectification done visible on the hood. Caeden and team managed to create and deliver a home for us despite the timeline. Would recommend engaging them for your own renovation works.

Plus Interior completed our reno about 3 weeks ago and we have not seen any issues with our house so far. the entire reno process was very efficient thanks to our ID - Alloyious. Throughout the reno journey, he provided us with various options and explained all the pros and cons for our consideration. he was also very responsive and quick to rectify issues that we have. we are very lucky to have found a good ID.

The experience with Plus Interior was great with Jin Hao. He will consistently update the progress of the renovation, and provide good suggestions on design with practicality. The design and quality is better than expected, and he even went the extra mile to go down to specific shops to coordinate furniture pieces for your interior. Pricing is reasonable as well. Highly recommend to work with him if you are looking for interior designer.

Engaging Carpenter Plus is one of the best decisions we made, not only they design and built a place we call home but they go beyond expectations! When we are looking ID, we expect someone who is meticulous in details, critical in comment and most important transparent in the quotation ! Alloyious has been constantly updating on the progress of the whole renovation. He is the one who pointed out very minor mistakes made by his contractors and was rectified timely. During the first few meeting with him, he was open and frank with his quotation, the prices indicated was fair, we do not need to worry about any additional cost that might arise during the renovation. With many years in the business, alloyious noticed a shift in renovation design, he openly commented on the colour theme that we choose that wasn't in trend in the current market, we are glad we listen to his advice and follow his theme and gotten many good feedback from my family and friends. With this, I wish carpenter continue strive for Excellence in design! And I sure many customer will be like us! Walking in as a customer and walking out of carpenter plus as friends.

Designer JinHao is very creative, daring to initiate ideas and good at colour matching. When problems arise, he is efficient and able to rectify it immediately. He takes responsibility in his work, we felt thankful that he managed to deliver the work done on time and make efforts to ensure everything goes well. I will definitely recommend him to my friends. Met up with Jin Hao 3 years ago at tradehub. He waited for us patiently till we engaged his service. Made a few changes throughout the period, we at first, thought that he might be inpatient towards our request but he proved us wrong. That's the reason why we engaged him. He's very attentive and responsive towards us. Never once we need to talk to the contractor ourself and those ID nightmares that everyone is talking about didn't happen to us at all. I have engaged Carpenters Plus for a home renovation, despite the tight time constraint as I have to travel back and forth from Hong Kong for my oversea work, Jin hao and Lewis managed to meet my expected time given to them.
