We were glad to have found Liya Interiors from Qanvast. Enzy and Cayden were a godsend. They were very patient, helpful and responsive to our numerous requests. The whole renovation process went smoothly according to the schedule planned out. Post renovation service was good too. Even after handover, Enzy was very helpful. Long story short, we were very satisfied with Liya - Enzy and Cayden. Really thankful with the referral given by Qanvast.

Cayden and his team did an excellent job on my kitchen renovation. They were quick to amend any issues and easy to communicate with throughout the project. The workmanship was top-notch, and they stayed within budget while accommodating last-minute changes. The result is a beautiful, functional kitchen. I highly recommend Cayden for his professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer-focused approach.

We came across Liya Interior Design Pte Ltd (Liya) when we went through some of the listings of interior design companies that can be found in Qanvast. We were attracted by some of the deisgns that Liya has made for some of its customers. When we arrived at Liya’s office, we were warmly welcomed and greeted by Ms Clara Chua, one of Liya’s staff. We later found out that she was an Interior Designer for Liya. We conveyed to her about our ideas for our new home to be renovated. Without hesitation, she went through with us various design options based on our requirements. She patiently went through with us on the details and the type of materials that will suit to our design and preference as well as to our budget. After several rounds of design changes etc., we finally chose the best design that meet and fits our requirement for our new home. The design and layout were very well thought of by Clara. Despite finalising the design, she still accommodated to our request to make slight changes to the design of the kitchen cabinet without any sign of disgruntlement, anger or frustration towards us. Her behaviour was very professional. Project management for the renovation works was well planned and carried out. It went on according to schedule and we were very pleased with the quality of renovation works that were carried out to our new home. Most importantly, it was carried out within the budget as planned. The project were completed to our satisfaction. From masonry works to electrical works and to carpentry works, everything went well and it was well coordinated by Clara. The people involved in the renovation works were all skillful and very professional in their work as they paid attention to the finer details to ensure that the end result is flawless! Thanks to Clara and Liya for turning our dream home into reality according to our preference and design specifications.

Without having idea of how are we going to renovate our house after engage Liya job and receiving great advise from John we were very happy with the idea. The renovation design are very professional and during the renovation journey was smooth as well.Update status timely without having any hessel. I would have given my experience with this firm a 1-star review but since at the end of the day, the unit is still livable and has been made to look as close to the render as possible, I have to, in good conscience, give them a "passing grade". the overall experience however was pretty much a 1 star. I have to give credit where it is due, and the initial meeting with Zeff Gan was very pleasant. He had done his due research on what we wanted and had prepared a mock-up of what he visualized the final product would be like. He was also very responsive during the discussion stage and the cost for the renovation was reasonable. Given that he was the only ID that could understand our needs and had prepared ahead of our initial meeting, we, unfortunately, engaged this firm, thinking that the responsiveness and quality of work would carry through the whole renovation process. Our renovation began in the last week of November 2023 and was expected to be completed on 20/01/2024. It completed 6 months later. While the hacking was carried out within the first week of commencing works, the subsequent works were carried out at a slow pace, with our neighbors informing us that workers were coming by sporadically. This was consistent with our observations that not much had changed when we visited our unit once every week. Strangely, they had installed the carpentry and had to take them out again because they had not run any water pipes to the two bathrooms. Water puddles had also formed near the carpentry during the installation of the water pipes - it did not seem that the workers were concerned that this would damage the exposed carpentry since the water was still dripping when I arrived at the unit at 7pm and everyone had left. despite repeated requests for an updated work plan, none was given and this negatively affected the installation of our other appliances such as the wifi router, since our ID's electrician failed to arrange the installation of the respective power points. after we had come up with our external work schedule for the ID, we were then provided with an updated work schedule on 19 jan (mind you the renovation was expected to complete on 20 jan), and the new completion date was 3 feb. we got an extremely rude shock when on the day that the reno was expected to be completed on 3 feb (a Saturday), we saw at least 5 workers doing different things at the same time. we were puzzled because all these could have been done throughout the past two weeks, but it wasn't. second, they had workers cutting metal on a Saturday when no noisy work was to be carried out. on a separate occasion, the firm's tiler had cut tiles on a Saturday. we believe those two were not the only occasions where noisy work had been carried out because we have also received complaints from others. my biggest disappointment with this firm is that it seems like they are unwilling to take any pride in their work, or at least certain sub-contractors don't. I have had good experiences with one of their carpenters and carpentry painters, but I cannot say the same for the rest. the ugly wiring for the motorised blinds could have well been avoided - we were repeatedly assured that the wires will be cut to the desired length in our private group chat and also in the group chat with our blinds supplier, but that simply did not happen. the firm thus thought a fix for it would be to add an additional case to conceal the wiring (see photo attached). honestly, no words. there were also gaps between tiles in the kitchen and everything just took forever to fix for whatever reason. to be fair, i recognise that Zeff probably put a lot of thought into his design. however, the execution really needs improvement - i found myself chasing for updates after one to two weeks of silence (and you wonder why pay an ID to manage if he isn't managing the project). this renovation experience is one that i would never want to experience again, and one that i wish everyone never has to go through.

They are so professional and responsible ID company, I still remember when We first time meet each other in last Sep 2023, They give us a lot of useful information and suggestions for our new BTO. After We signed contract with them, I believed We changed so many times house styles but they are never say any single word and keep update new 3D pics show us. When start construction our unit, My Id HuiEn almost everyday come to site and discuss with Contractor before working. Tkz for Liya all the guys done for me.

John and Kelvin were very methodical in their approach to the project. Everything was clearly listed in the contract. However, as with any project, we encountered problems along the way but these were all resolved smoothly. We are so confident in their work that we have asked them to work on another project immediately. Both John and Kelvin will team up again for this second project and we are sure the outcome will be just as good.

We decided to engage Liya interior design for our 5rm BTO after a few comparison for ideas, price and ID communication. Am glad our ID Enzy & Cayden did not disappoint us. The reno journey was smooth from concepts, materials selection and actual execution of work. I was rather busy in my work during these period. And Enzy & Cayden was able to recomend materials and design to promptly. They are able to provide appropriate design and solution. Coordination for reno work and supplier was smoothly executed. Great experience with Enzy & Cayden!

Clara and John were in charged of our renovation. From the first meeting we were impressed as they came prepared showing us brief impressions of what they recommended. We changed the 3D draw-out several times and they keep updating for us until we are satisfied. We were kept updated on the renovation progress. They were easily contactable when we have queries or we need to make some minor changes. We have pleasant experience with their engaged contractors too especially their carpenters and electricians. After-service was great too, Clara and team would came over and rectified for us. On the whole, our renovation journey with them was smooth and pleasant. We were happy with the end result. From start to finish, Cayden and Enzy were a delight to work with. They are very hardworking, responsible, creative and always very helpful. They guided us through our 4 hdb room resale renovation and were always on hand to fix any issue with contractors. Problems will always occur on site, but they were always responsible and very quick to solve any problems. I couldn't recommend them enough, our home renovation always felt safe and secure with them leading the project. Thank you Cayden and Enzy!!!
