My experience with Ariel was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, their service was abysmal, and I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice before proceeding. First and foremost, the communication with them was atrocious. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone when I had questions or concerns about the project. Phone calls and emails often went unanswered for days, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. When the renovation finally began, things only went downhill from there. The workers were consistently late, and when they did show up, they were unprofessional and careless. They left a mess everywhere they went, and I often found myself cleaning up after them. The quality of the work done by them was subpar at best. The paint job was sloppy, with drips and uneven coverage throughout. The flooring they installed was poorly done, with visible gaps and uneven edges. It was clear that they cut corners at every opportunity, resulting in a final product that was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, they went over budget without warning. I was shocked to receive a final bill that was significantly higher than the initial quote, with no explanation given for the increase. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and I was left feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Overall, my experience with them was a complete disaster. Their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and poor quality of work make them a company to avoid at all costs.

Thank you, Wayne, for accommodating to our needs and wants to create our dream home. We are satisfied with the outcome of our kitchen and especially our toilets as we received a lot of compliments from our family members that it looks like an atlas hotel's toilet 😊. It was like love at first sight. I would recommend everyone to engage them as they deliver what they promised

We wanted to have something practical and able to last us for more than 7 years for our first house. After speaking to various IDs, we decided to engage Ariel Interior for the renovation work. We would like to thank Ariel Interior for the excellent renovation work done for the house and the effort that they put in for the design and smooth communication with us. Overall, the whole process was a positive and good experience for us. Firstly, Wayne for giving us lots of ideas during our very first appointment with Ariel Interior. He is very experienced and able to answer all our queries and concerns as a first-time homeowner and able to advise us on the practicability and feasibility of our initial idea. Secondly, Wayne for being very prompt to our queries and questions. One of our concerns was the timeline due to this covid situation. Wayne followed very closely with the various contractors and tried his best to ensure the renovation works were completed in the stipulated timeline so that we can move in as soon as possible. After staying in the house for about 1.5 months, we realized that the design was well planned eg there were sufficient table top space in the kitchen for us to work around even after placing the daily necessities. There was enough storage space for us to store our things so we can maintain a clean space. Although there are some areas that can be better planned, we are overall satisfied with the quality and workmanship that was done by Ariel Interior.

I really appreciate how Ariel Interior have individual strengths in their expertise that complimented and fitted nicely from the beginning to the end of the renovation process which resulted in delivering me my Dream Home that looks just like how I intended it to be. He really value added more than what’s required of him, and he is always so patient, thoughtful and considerate even when there were times, I changed some decisions with regards to the works, but he still manage to deliver and exceed my expectations. Beyond having professional IDs in ensuring the designing and planning takes place properly, the respective that Ariel Interior engaged to carry out the works like their In-house carpentry, electrical, hacking and painting works have also excellent workmanship, and this is evident from very little need for rectification works even after the renovation was completed Overall, I would highly recommend choosing Ariel Interior and working with Wayne as your preferred Interior Designer!

Wayne is a very detailed designer where he provides real-life 3D drawings for us to visualize our gym room. Based on our gym equipment & fittings requirements, he can provide accurate drawing and suggest the layout that fits our anytime fitness theme. It was very challenging to get the right wood color and we are very pleased with the 3D drawings; our renovation and colors selection went smooth and the furniture we have blend in very well.

Surpassing expectations will be a good start to describe our home renovation journey with Ariel Interior. During the first consultation meeting with our Interior Designer Wayne, we almost immediately know that he was the one we want to work with. Filled with fresh ideas and an excellent portfolio, not only did he put in great effort to understand our idea of a dream home, he also gave constructive advice and threw in more creative ideas. Wayne always responds to our queries promptly and was very flexible to certain changes we made midway into the renovation. What we are most pleased about was the excellent service attitude he gave throughout. Despite having a tight budget, Wayne allowed us to achieve our dream home with their affordable pricing with no compromise to quality and workmanship. Overall, it was pleasant and fun journey!
