I got my keys to my BTO flat early June. Had been liaising with the designer, Ming Gang, 2 months prior to key collection. Ming Gang has been very helpful in the designing stage. He is also very adaptive and accommodative to last min changes. Appreciate. And best, he also helped me liaise with external vendor (aircon, Taobao, electrician,…) so that I can have a peace of mind at work. Now, I am 1 week to moving in and he is still helping to rectify some issues. He is reliable and responsive! Highly recommend! :)

Wanzhen & Ming Gang were both responsible in their work and expeditious with their updates. While we were not in a rush to move in, working with them, it helps to keep our renovation going and not stagnate. They were very very patient and helped remind us what were the next steps and things to do. They were also really open to ideas and adviced on the practical aspects of things, e.g. maintenance of said ideas, or how it could potentially be a hazard, and would advice against some ideas if deemed really inpractical. That said, they would still respect the decision and try their best to make it work. In addition, they are relatively meticulous in their work as well. There were aspects which we had not thought of or considered (e.g. floor height difference between the living, kitchen, toilet, method of mount(?) for the shower screen, height of countertops, considerations for pelmet, etc.), and consulted us on our preferences before proceeding. Knowing that we were budget conscious, they were really mindful of this and would help by commenting on the differences in method/materials/deisgns and cost. Possibly an area of improvement would be on the lighting plan. On completion, we felt that lighting could make a difference to the mood of the space and how it is felt. While we didn't experienced any issues with this, a more thorough and considered plan/approach would have been better. With most renovation projects, people would say don't expect everything to go smoothly as planned. While the same did happened with ours, Wanzhen & Ming Gang were quick to respond and suggest solutions. Overall, compared to experiences recounted by people around us, I would say we had a relatively much much smoother experience. They had even went above and beyond in helping to liaise with a couple of third party suppliers as well, which we were very thankful for. Summarily, it was a pleasant experience working with them.

Shermaine takes a lot of initiative and followed through with what we want. She is very responsive, responsible and definitely reliable. She expedite the entire process of the renovation even though we’re not in a hurry to shift in. The services of partners that Shermaine introduced to was very impressive as well. The works and quality of the renovation was very good as well, both my Husband and I really enjoyed working with Shermaine and her team.

I recently engaged Shermaine to help with renovation of my mother’s new flat at Kim Tian road. She did a wonderful job and made the process a relatively painless one. The flat looks fantastic now and very well put together. The workmanship and finish of renovations is fantastic. Shermaine’s customer service was second to none. She was patient, professional and provided lots of great advice throughout the process. Would highly recommend her to my friends!

Responsible, Reliable, On-time, Responsive, and Reasonable. We engaged LLyn from as Design at the peak of the covid labor crunch. It was daunting but Lyn somehow managed to pull off a tight schedule and handed our home over on-time. As with all renovations, we have issues. Lyn was very patient and responsible in dealing with them; not calculative. For design, Lyn understood what we wanted and gave good practical suggestions. We have renovated 4 homes over the years and Las Design is so far we have had the best experience with Las Design. Lastly, the budget range was managed with no surprises.

This is my 2nd house renovation with Lyn, and the fact that I returned after my 1st one speaks for itself. Lyn is friendly and communicates well with me. She is very experienced and her suggestions helped me a lot in deciding what I wanted for my dream home. During the renovation process, she was readily available to clarify my questions and would do her best to accommodate any requests. When the reno was completed, she still continued to follow up closely to check in on whether everything was satisfactory in terms of functionality etc. Great customer service offered from start to end. Overall, I’m very happy with how my home turned out and have recommended Lyn to my family and friends. Thanks very much for making my dream home a reality!

A Dream Home cannot be completed without a Dream Interior Designer. Now, what is a Dream Interior Designer? It is someone who fulfills these traits: 1. Practical and beautiful interior design 2. Beyond competitive pricing 3. Excellent communicator 4. Responsible and Responsive 5. Flexible and able to adapt to customer's changes quickly 6. A talent who can manage both customer and contractor expectations Lyn, is exactly the above. She has been a phenomenal miracle who has helped my wife and I to bring our dream home to reality. Like many people, we had a hard time to get the ID that we are comfortable with and LAS Design Studio was the 10th ID whom we have engaged before signing a contract. This is where we met Lyn. She came across to us like a friend (and eventually became one) who wants to help you be successful. Even though we have recommended a few friends to Lyn during our renovation, she was able to keep up the timeline to the dot. Although in reality, not every part of the renovation was Sunshine, Unicorns and Rainbows, there were times unexpected outcome occurs. However at each time, Lyn was on it and worked out a solution before we had to ask. In addition, during the course of the renovation we had many design changes and addons/reductions, her penchant for patience and understanding exceeds beyond a typical driver waiting for the traffic to turn green. Finally, the cherry topping had to be how Lyn handled our relative recommended electrician who was definitely a Hellspawn; a worse being to deal with. While she could say that the electrician wasn't her problem, but instead, she took up the mantle and helped us managed it Thanks to Lyn's friends, we were able to purchase their wonderful unit at a good price and thanks to Lyn, our home is now complete. Too Long Didn't Read Version: Lyn is great. Don't waste time looking elsewhere. Sign your contract with Lyn today. Be a reasonable customer, give your ID the freedom of creativity and time, eventually you will be amazed at what they can do for you.

Despite limited renovation funds on our hands, Lyn was still able to do it within our budget, meeting our needs and wants without compromising on standard and quality. This finishing on our carpentry works was what we expected. Most importantly she worked within our budget instead of us having to work within the quotation given by many of the IDs that we met. Sure there were items that we wanted that clearly exceeded our budget but she could suggest cheaper alternative ideas yet not compromising on the design and theme as a whole. For example by building a feature wall in the living room would have exceeded our budget thus she suggested using a partition wall instead which could have similar effects but we dropped the idea eventually and we opted for a hanging TV console instead. There were some areas like plumbing and windows that needed re-work after handover but like many other renovations there are bound to have flaws. What is crucial is that Lyn was quick to respond and all the flaws were resolved quickly. Overall, it was an excellent experience engaging Las Design studio and I would certainly recommend to my friends and relatives.

Had 2 renovations with her during the covid-19 period ; and Lynn can manage time so well even during the covid-19 period ; when the manpower was limited She has a good pool of contacts and trust her expertise especially when getting accessories for the home; where she will advise on the cost saving part . She is open to ideas and advise accordingly whether the Color ; theme is feasible or matches to the design .

Special thanks to Lyn from Las Design Studio for her excellent service during our pre and post renovation. She was always responsive, trustworthy and professional in helping us on the problems we had encountered. There is no 100% perfection in everything but Lyn always assist us through and tries her best to fulfill. We started with a tight budget and tight timeline. But she managed to meet our needs. What I love is her attitude towards feedback, cause we know not every designer or contractor have such openness. Experienced it cause this is not my first renovation for my home. Overall, I am very satisfied with the result of the renovations. Thank you once again for your patience as always!

Engaged Lyn to renovate ny resale 5rm hdb unit. She is very responsible and able to deliver what she promised, some hiccups along the way which is very normal for renovation but she always come down personally and rectify the issues together with the subcon rather than just pass instruction to those subcon. highly recommended for those looking for a responsible and experience ID with passion for design 👍
