I picked NK after talking to 5 vendors. NK was most responsive from the phone enquiry to my 1st Zoom with John. John spent > 1 hr understanding my needs. His design, pre commission, was exactly on point. NK exceeded my expectations with: -A robovac friendly floor layout -Space maximised with wardrobe functioning as a wall to living room -A carved out space for a luxurious rain shower -An open washbasin outside of toilet - An airy kitchen with adequate storage Besides a thoughtful design, John was able to push the limit by finding a solution when the building code disallowed him to remove an overhead beam which affected the space for a ceiling fan. John found a shorter wingspan to make the plan work. Now I have a ceiling fan in the kitchen! Who says a kitchen needs to be hot?

We are grateful that both Jack and Yiling were able to design a home that we are proud of. They were able to translate what we had in our minds into a design that suited the way that we live. They were also able to think out of the box to help us maximize the space that we had. They were patient with our requests and were professional in the way they handed the project. Would definitely recommend both Jack and Yiling.

We decided to go with Neu Konceptz after meeting up with several IDs. We were very specific about wanting a bright contemporary look for our living room, in particular a blue feature wall concept. Jack understood us and fully embraced our request and gamely partnered us to deliver this, while the other IDs generally tried to dissuade us and steer towards a black/white/grey colour scheme or other “safer” designs. Jack was very thorough in his design work, planning and thought process. He was very patient and spent hours with us discussing how we would use our space, colour combinations, measurements etc. We especially love the open plan kitchen concept with the cooking area facing the dining area so that I can cook and entertain at the same time. Allan, the project manager, was proactive and responded quickly to all our feedback and requests. The overall workmanship was good. There were some minor rectification works to be done, as to be expected, but they were quick in resolving before we moved in. Thanks Jack and Allan!

Strongly Recommended: It is a great experience with Neu Konceptz. John has the capability to discern our taste/preferences for our home design/theme and to further build on it professionally together with Yiling's special attention to details and professional opinions/suggestions. Punctual timetable. Completed project 1 week before agreed handover date. Its been almost a year since handover and house is still in pristine condition. Helpful and prompt replies for ideas and suggestions for furniture and electrical appliances. Credit to Jack and his team for the excellent work!

It was a long overdue review on Neu Konceptz. Jordan was our designer, highly recommended by my buddy who happened to be the business partner with Neu Konceptz. I trusted my buddy which pretty much led us to go with Jordan. This is our 4th house and hopefully will be the permanent nest for long. Reason for not heading back to the previous designers is obvious. So long story short - Jordan is very professional across the entire engagement from concept, design, execution and completion. He took pride in his design not just for the aesthetic touch but practicality is equally important. It was really a hassle free experience for us where we entrusted him in and across the execution. Design: We love the kitchen, living hall and MBR toilet! Particularly on the wardrobe where space is limited, he suggested to make use of the spacious MBR toilet and built in a full height suspended wardrobe considering the size and a well ventilated bathroom. No regrets and we love it! Workmanship especially on the carpentry is top notch... we’re very surprised during the handover day that we hardly pick up any flaws except for very minor ones which we know it cannot be avoidable. One negative aspect is the plumbing work in yard toilet where it was choked/flooded due to workers dumping waste into the drain hole. Anyways not a big issue for us, just get the plumber to clear the debris, 5mins job. Up till now 3 mths++ after handover, we do not have any issue at all. And btw, Jordan is really a punctual dude and never late in all meetings. Definitely a promoter for Neu Konceptz and already recommending friends and colleagues to Jordan. :)

We've officially moved into our new house for a month. I must say this, Jack has created for us a home that is novel, modish and practical. From the rounds of discussion to completion of our home, Jack has shown professionalism, patience and endless creativity. We are grateful to Neu Konceptz, and please do not hesitate to contact them. They are one of the best in this industry!

Jordan and team renovated our home last summer. We are impressed within jordan’s skills to adapt to client ideas and execute the project seamlessly. He is extremely patient and works hard to find a way to make it work from both design and aesthetic experience. We absolutely enjoyed working with him. After discussion with Jordan, we confidence that Neu Konceptz would provide us with new and comfortable home. Thank you Jack from Neu Konceptz for creating a tasteful home for us :) When we gotten our key and saw our new place, we got worried. The kitchen is v small so are the rooms, and we didn't like the wood base tone. Immediately we knew we have to seek help from a professional id. We read through qanvast and various forums before we picked a few to follow up with. Some quoted really low but the design was not to our liking. Some really had great designs but it was not practical for our small place. Jack however, focus on both the design and the functionality. We were overseas during the renovation period, and were glad he actually took pictures to show us the progress. He also took the extra mile to take courses so as to provide the best material for his clients(aka us). We felt we were in good hands. Of cause, there are bound to have some hiccups and flaws here n there, but we were also glad that he took the responsibility and remained in contact to assist us. We were thankful and for that, we would like to applaud for his effort and for being an id we could put our trust with.
