As a ID, Jeremiah is good and dedicated. I need to work closely with him so that he can produce the end results He has problem in communication and understanding clients ' requirements. He is able to propose solutions and workarounds. He can handle rectifications and changes. His service and quality of workmanship are good. He is able to rectify problems He needs to improve his communication skill.

Pros: - Very structured and constructive engagement with Ian/ Ian got the deal compared to other ID connected tough qanvast thanks to his serious-calm no nonsense approach to the job.in preparation phase - Exhaustive and clear quote, all work changes addressed came with inteligible quote revision/ some other design houses gave complicated bundled up prices difficult to analyse - Responsive and fast in all requests, regular updates (really appreciated) - All works organized smoothly and completed in aligned schedule - Arranged support to fix issues (wall leveling, door frame, toilet bowl) - Good overall outcome with a special mention for the vinyl supplier and craftmanship of the floor installer (executed to perfection) Cons: - More pro-active and creative advisor role could have been performed for space improvement suggestion instead of strictly following our directions - Painting work has room for improvement - more attention s and finishing quality is Needed to deliver the perfect place Overall, we are well satisfied and happy to have chosen Ian among 4 IDs. ; we Recommend.

My wife and I chose Style Elements on the recommendation of a friend, and we're very pleased with how our renovations turned out. Our ID, Ian Loh, is very reliable and responsive, taking the time to explain issues to us while proactively suggesting workarounds. He had great ideas for how we could maximise the space of our (admittedly) small apartment (980 sq feet). He also didn't try to upsell us on solutions, which we deeply appreciated. There were some hiccups along the way. The completion date of the renovation work was delayed by about a month due to issues finding bathroom vanities that fit our space. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed working with him and highly recommend his services to other homeowners.

Ian was my ID that imagined and created the wonderful space of my home and when I did my housewarming for my family members, my elderly Aunts were so keen to have him onboard to spruce up their 35 year old home. It was a very eventful 4 months of imagining a space that was elderly-friendly, accessible and updated with the times. The logistics of coordinating a renovation with existing furniture was quite painful for us since we had to pack the items into the centre of the each room, to allow for repainting works, changing of doors, and the entire hacking of the kitchen to make way for beautiful new carpentry. Ian, as always, is always so forthcoming and honest with his opinions, and will tell you directly if a design idea can or cannot work, and his very frequent updates and physically going down to site to check is so much appreciated. He is also culturally competent, since the renovation for a home belonging to traditional elderly Malay home owners was respected. And he was able to marry and juxtapose modern fixtures with existing "kerawang" wooden furniture that my elderly Aunts love so much. There were slight hiccups during the renovation, since they had to run hand in hand with the ongoing HDB HIP bathroom renovations as well, and Ian helped me so much by liaising with the HDB contractors when the communications got a little bit too much for me! I definitely recommend Ian Loh as my trusted ID and from the wonderful masterpieces created by him for 2 homes, I hope his work speak for themselves, and my other family members might be inspired to engage him too. We bought a 5 room resale flat at Bukit Batok. Renovation experience with Style Elements was great! Let the pictures do the talking! Jeremiah has the ability to handle all the contractors and he is capable of handling all our details and request to them. Jeremiah is 3 years into this industry but that also means he is attentive to details and more wary about making mistakes. He is also consistently replying messages and liasing with contractors even after office hours. He is also meticulous and always going extra miles to keep us updated of the next upcoming works that need to be carried out. Highly recommend!

Abel has consistentlh monitored & update project status, provide good ideas, assist to adjust and rectify issues timely. He has put effort to meet my demand. Very supportive character and assure quality of work done. I was not able to meet my budget due to my constant change requirement. Abel is able to work with supplier to lower my cost. For improvement, is to ensure all are in order before hacking begins.

It has been a pleasure to work with Jeremiah. My wife and me had different ideas on the design of our place. What's more, we needed to move into the place soonest possible, and we kickstarted the ideation / design process before obtaining our keys. This tedious process involves a fair amount of guess-timating the measurements around the house. Throughout the process, Jeremiah was extremely patient with our changes, which involves estimates of placing furnitures to incorporate the design. The renovation process was also seamless - with his eye for detail - we were able to complete the renovation on time! Would highly recommend Jeremiah from Style Elements Studio to anyone!

Engaged style element studio through recommendation from friend. Met Abel and he was very friendly and engaging. He patiently answering all of our enquiry and pin down all details for us. From the start of the renovation till de end, he follow up and inform us the process of the renovation. He gave his professional advise. Whenever we spotted any defects, he will immediately get the contractor to fix it. Style studio have transformed my older generation unit to a modern and refine home. Definitely will recommend style studio to my friends.

We met Shawn after we brought our floor plan to him for quote on our new house. He met up with us and really went in depth to find out what we wanted. After the design is chosen, he came out with a timeline of events and coordinated our appliances to ensure that the whole renovation process is smooth sailing. He managed the timeline well and it require minimal effort for us as homeowners. I have to say that as homeowners, we have to participate in the whole process as well and Shawn have made it easy for us since the first day to the end. There were prompt updates and we are very satisfied with the service.

Got in touch with Abel after the initial ID ghosted me after first site survey. Attentive service and clear explanations on how the process and timeline will be carried out. Tile selection was carried out promptly within a day or two of contacting them. Abel was in touch with me daily to update the progress and the respective contractors managed to finish within the timeline given and I'm quite pleased with the workmanship.
