Very professional service by the entire team. From design, hacking to built, they are responsive, responsible and they cleaned the house midway and before handover. They also keep us updated on reno progress throughout the entire journey. I received a list of materials and colors used after handover, which is great for future reference. 100% recommended!

Excellent customer experience from Jeff, and dream team - every member of the team contributed to the success of the renovation of our new home. My husband and I are grateful that we have found a renovator that has such a strong ownership, making sure that every details are covered excellently. I feel that they have truly owned the full renovation, doing it like they would if it is their own place. Very strong kudos to the Jeff and the team for giving us an impeccable experience as a customer and partner in this process. Jeff and Ashley gave us terrific design, consultation and service. Did Engaged them for our shop major reno and they did came up with few plans. After going thru all the fine details and of coz costing. Amazingly, they were able to work towards our budget. Ashley came up with few designs and going all the way from selecting the best color combo and furniture. Spent alot of time in the premises to ensure works are in great progress. Jeff is very knowledgable...any problem we had he fixed it immediately... we mis-measured certain treatment rooms and the remedies were no problem at all.... and one day when we were packing so badly they helped us load up and gave us free storage. We can't say enough great things about the great service...took their business cards and gave to friends and family to hopefully promote their business. I hope Jeff and Ashley really understand what an asset he is to the business!!! Thanks for the professional experience!! And View the final work from the team! Well done!!

CreateMake understood what we wanted and the practical aspects of our requirements. They were very detailed and remembered even little areas that needed attention. They cleaned and tidied up as much as they could after the renovation. We could trust them to handle the whole renovation without being there in person.
