We engaged the right company to renovate our kitchen. Kitchenate is professional and clear on their delivery, coverage and costing. Their ideas were presented in 3D presentation with detailed dimensions, colour, and designs. Work schedule was arranged well among the contractors with minimum disruptions. Each team was committed and skilled in their areas of expertise. As in any project, there were challenges and issues faced. However, they were patient and helped to solve these issues. ID Celeste played an essential role in bridging any gaps and facilitated the smooth project work. We are happy with our practical, fully functional, and beautiful kitchen that we had envisioned.

Highly recommend Kitchenate and thank them for their services. I believed that Engaging ID should be fuss and stress-free, that is the case with ID Darren,Yina, and Jiasheng(Main) During the shortlisting period, they are always accommodating and provide fresh ideas. they didn’t reject our initial ideas but always try their best to improve whatever ideas throw at them. We often bounce off ideas and laugh them out during the brainstorming phase. One thing about kichenate , they don’t do safe or easy home concepts just to make the job easy for them. They delivered new and out-of-the-box ideas that are suited for each individual homeowner. Each home is unique and presents the concept of individualism ( just check their past project). Overall I will say chemistry is important between the homeowner and ID, and they nailed it. Due to covid, there was a long period of delay and a lot of issues with HDB , they didn’t mind and always give us the space and time to work HDB. When we got our keys, ID Jia sheng was there as the main ID to help and render his full support to assist us in the planning and execution , I will say we are one of the most or the most flicker minder homeowners who like to changes ideas on a whim. But Jia sheng was very patient with us and always willing to accommodate us. No matter how small or insignificant the problem, he will always be there to tend to the problem, he will consistently check on the house's progress and give feedback to his team to ensure the renovation journey is smooth sailing and fuss-free. He is willing to go the extra mile to come over to our old house just to discuss small or insignificant matters just to let us have peace of mind. I will say chemistry is important between the homeowner and ID, and they nailed it. Overall the house looks exceptionally perfect, it has all things that we wanted. I will post pictures once our house is in a tidy-up clean stage. Once again thank you ID Jia sheng, Yinna, and Darren for all the support.

If you’re looking for your dream house designer, there’s no other place to look for other than Kitchenate. Engaging ID Darren & Yina was one of the best things to happen as they delivered what was promised. From random sketch ups and rendering till the actual renovation done, it was as though the rendering was printed out and enlarged till a full scale model. Whenever we had doubts and questions, they were quick to respond. No bullshitting, no hidden costs, just pure sincerity and professionalism throughout. A big thanks to JiaSheng for completing the renovation of my house. To me the main reason why i will recommend him to other is his responseness to our quries, that is the one of the most impt aspect when i was sourcing for ID. Secondly, he gets the concept of what i wanted my house to be during the initial meeting. Thirdly, despite the delay due to COVID, he still able to push for a quick hand over. I loved the end product by Kitchenate 😊

Before we engaged Kitchenate, we had met up with quite a number of IDs whom we had shortlisted for our kitchen makeover. However, we were very impressed with the workmanship done by Kitchenate in my brother-in-law and nephew’s home. When we first met up with Darren, we were further impressed with the 3D computer visual presented during our discussion as this gave us better ideas of what to expect. Timeline is something that is challenging but he managed it well. Kitchenate may not be the cheapest but we are very happy with the service and the end-result. We had so many compliments on our new kitchen. We would highly recommend leveraging the skills and experience of Kitchenate.

Having moved in for 2 weeks, we are happy that we engaged Kitchenate for the renovation of our resale 3 bedroom condo. The renovation took close to 2 months to complete, despite the Covid situation, the project was completed within our required timeline. We are pleased with the overall quality of product and excellence in service. I would definitely recommend Darren to anyone looking to renovate their home.

Engaging Darren was never a wrong decision for me. Everything was a breeze through my renovation journey. It's very common to find a little flaws somewhere but darren is always quick to realize it before I do and had already informed his workers which made me very impressed with his work professionalism. He's always there to check on everything even when it comes to minor work and that's what every owner looking for, the sense of responsibility and pro activeness. Sometimes he even went beyond and hands on hence his excellent service should be greatly recognized 🙂 I'm extremely satisfied and hope that you can continue impressing your customers!

Service delivery beyond expectations. Good team of workers. Managed by ID Darren who is so responsive, reliable and trusted, he applies consultative approach for best outcome of the work. They worked on schedules and complete my whole kitchen renovation ahead of dateline. Good quality work. Will surely recommend to those house-owners who need stress-free home renovation.

As recommended, we are pleased & glad that we engaged Kitchenate esp. to Darren for his design ideas as well as taking into consideration our requirement's and giving us alternative solutions.
