We engaged Gran Builder to renovate my HDB resale flat to renovate the whole house. In order to have a more spacious living, Jonathan suggested to removed a wall to make space bigger for the living. We like an open concept kitchen. Gran Builders had a few permutations and suggestions and we finally took down the wall between dining and kitchen to make an open concept kitchen which Jonathan designed and build the kitchen. He also design and build all carpentry in the house which include all bedrooms wardrobe and kitchen cabinets and display cabinets. The windows and grilles was dated and old, he updated with new designs so we had all the windows changed and installed invisible window grilles including blinds. All doors were changed to the latest design which complimented our Scandinavian style. Installed new toilet “slide and open” doors. Instead of hacking the entire house floor, Jonathan suggested a more cost effective method of overlaying the entire house with vinyls which we did and love it. The real heavy wet and dirty work was in the kitchen where to hacked and retiled them with ceramic. As the house was 30 years okd, we dod not want to take chances and decided to reqire the whole house, installed all new lightings and fan. Changed the aircon with 2 compressors (system 2 and system 3). All in all, we are very happy with the results and very comfortable living in the house as all our requirements are met. Would highly recommend Gran Builders for your renovation work.

Lynette was very attentive to our requirements and is able to provide alternative solutions to my husband and I when we are unable to agree with each other. She ensured that all our jobs were done on time, with timely updates on each component of the renovation. Completed my warehouse job within 2 weeks of management approval. Completed partition for office, electrical, Aircon, painting of walls, epoxy flooring and even helped to put up my signboard. He arranged his workers to come during the weekends to achieve a quick turn around time. Was able to assist with some non contract items like cleaning ceiling pipes that were too dirty and even ensuring that the ceiling lights and fans didn't cause shadow effects.

Every single thing in the house entirely was removed, walls hacking, tiles, toilets, whole house flooring hacked, the kitchen, windows, toilets, etc.. and rebuilt all over again, was a big job.
