Our interior designer, Jerrod helped us a lot in designing our 4-room BTO and coordinating with the carpenters while I was on maternity leaves, but not in Singapore. The renovation works were done slightly ahead of timeline, and the improvements to carpentry works were made with minimal delay, after we provided feedback. During the design stage, they carefully listened to our ideas and then gave honest and practical advice, particularly taking into account our newborn, which the details we had neglected. For example, rounded corners, furniture height, and material choices. They also showed us detailed renderings that helped us visualize the best possible design we could do within our budget. This made the discussion easier, especially for our kitchen and living room. Our communication was smooth and effective, even as it was over the phone. This made things much easier for me while I was busy looking after a newborn. Furthermore, their workmanship exceeded our expectations, and they even helped me inspect the house for defects and fixed some issues in the toilet with FOC. I would like to thank the team for all the effort, and I am happy to recommend them to other people :)

We engaged Tiffany for our new BTO after being super impressed by the amazing work she and her team did for our relative’s BTO back in 2021. From start to finish, the whole experience with Tiffany has been such a breeze. She was not only patient but also full of creative ideas, especially when it came to carpentry and design suggestions. We didn’t go in with a fixed “theme” (just a mash-up of different concepts we liked!), yet Tiffany somehow pieced everything together beautifully and brought our vision to life. We found our ID from Matt & Design on Qanvast and we’re happy about how our home turned out. The designer Jerrod Loh we worked with was professional, reliable and patient. He guided us through the whole process and gave us various ideas and suggestions to making the home to suit our needs. He is transparent and communicate clearly about any issues/changes/costs involved and is responsive to our queries. His service is excellent and extends beyond the completion of the renovation where we could still reach out to him and he will try his best to provide a solution.

We were looking for someone to change our existing window grill and install a new one back in 2022. Shiin was recommended to us by my brother-in-law. And also recently in 2024 we contact her again with regards to our rewiring of electrical wiring of the whole house. Shiin and the contractor came down for onsite viewing and measurement. They completed the work with great skill, even though our house was in poor condition. The workers were capable and made sure to clean up afterward. We are very grateful for their efforts and highly recommend their services.

Jerrod whom we engaged from Matt & Design Studio has been invaluable in his input when we discussed some of the changes we made when the work was still in progress. His follow-up on some of the changes we made during the renovation has been carried promptly. He provided us with all the suppliers of accessories that we needed but did not insist on us taking it up when we wanted other alternatives. He has been patient in carrying out the services despite the demanding schedule we put on him. Overall, he coordinated well with the estate management to ensure that the renovation work was being carried out without any complaint. We have no hesitation in recommending him any renovation work to be done if you are looking for someone who can follow up on all the nitty gritty work which is so important when it comes to the final phase and details of the project to get the work completed in a timely manner. We are satisfied with his services provided although the project was slightly above our budget but we are happy with the end result and timely completion.

I'm glad I'd engaged Tiffany as the ID for my new home. Tiffany is very proactive and meticulous and was well-prepared with drafts for our first meeting, during which she also explained in great detail what to expect at each stage of the renovation process, as well as other information that helped me understand things better, this being the first time I was renovating a house. Throughout the renovation process, I had a pleasant experience communicating and working with Tiffany on getting my needs and requirements met, as she could understand my concerns and suggest effective solutions to the changes I requested. Every step was well-coordinated and looked after, with timely updates given, which was much appreciated. Appreciate the ID, Jerrod Loh for his impeccable service rendered to us. Very responsive and always checking in to ensure that everything is provided for in a timely schedule. He is a man of his word even during post reno where they are some minor fixes to be done, he will proceed to arrange as soon as he can. I would like to thank Matt & Nicholas for renovating my house. Matt is good in his planning, leading and organizing during the renovation process. While Nicholas is pretty patient and listened to our needs and concept. Obviously, as most reno work, there are some hip-cup and coordination problems, however it has being resolve. I strongly recommend Matt’s and his team of IDs especially Nicholas for your renovation works. Keep it up !

This is our first time renovating a home and we needed an ID who could help us through this daunting process. We met up with quite a few interior designers be it through Qanvast or through recommendations from our friends. But none of the ID’s whom we’ve met gave us the sense of security and dependability that Jerrod did. From our very first meeting with Jerrod, we felt like we were in good hands. Ever since he took on the project, he has always placed himself in our shoes. He is quick to respond to all of our concerns and we really appreciate his prompt replies even during the weekends or even when it’s late at night. He keeps us up to date with everything that goes on during the whole renovation period and constantly sends us pictures and updates on how everything is moving along. This kept our on-site visits to a minimum which we truly did appreciate. During the planning and designing phase of the project, we felt really overwhelmed at times due to the plethora of options available. However, Jerrod simplified the whole decision process by narrowing down the selection based on our preferences and design style. This made the whole process a lot easier, and we really appreciate him taking the time to guide us through the whole thing rather than him designing the whole house himself. He was patient and understanding and gave us sound advice about everything from colour coordination, furniture placement and size, to simple things like the viability of a ceiling fan. His experience really shone through during all our discussions and we strongly believe that our place wouldn’t be what it is today without Jerrod’s knowledge and experience. Truth be told, my wife and I did not do much research or homework during the entire design phase. However, once renovations started, we began to have more ideas and requests (some pretty last minute ones 😅) and Jerrod was always very accommodating. Even when we wanted to make amendments to our wardrobe after fabrication, Jerrod was quick to provide us with viable solutions without compromising quality and durability. Unlike most IDs, Jerrod’s contractors are all hired in-house. They are really dependable and their quality of work is top notch! This also means that any problems in the workmanship can also be quickly addressed as they are easily contactable through Jerrod. The whole renovation process was also really efficient because scheduling of the entire process was seamless and fuss free. The whole renovation process took around 2.5 months to complete! Which I must say, for the amount of work done, and the amount of changes we made midway through, is really fast! We are truly happy with how our home turned out. Everything was kept within our budget, and the outcome definitely exceeded our expectations! We are really thankful for Jerrod’s hard work and patience, and we look forward to working with him again on our next home! (Maybe? Who knows our house already so nice might as well stay for life 😬)
