Was very impressed by Kelvin's design ideas. He was able to create something which is seldom seened in other homes, and also not compromising on the usability and functionality of our appliances which we wanted to incorporate. Kelvin is also very professional when we were raising our concerns, as he was able to provide suitable solutions to tackle the problems which we raised. Money well spent and worth every penny if it.

I get to know Kelvin from my friend. During the first meetup, he understands what I need and how I want the house to be like. He would draw out the design of the house and patiently go through the details with me. Even patiently accompany me to shop for my tiles and toilet stuffs like toilet bowls, sink etc… throughout the renovation, he will make sure all work goes accordingly to plan and even advise along the way on what Furntiure should I get in order to have the theme I want. Couple of times I even see him asking the contractors to re-do my cupboards flooring as it did not meet his standard. Timeline and quality really meet what I wanted and within my budget. I’m really happy that I engage Kelvin to be my ID. All in all, the house was well done and I’m very happy with the end result!

Kelvin, me and my wife would like to express our thanks to u so much for making our home till so nice. We have been looking for quite a few quotation from a few companies. In the end, we choose Ninety-one interior as i have seen the workmanship and end results of my friend house and I'm very satisfied. As this is our first house and we do not know alot of stuff but lucky Kelvin is knowledgeable and good in giving advice. Anything u nt sure you can ask him and he will definitely give you the advice or suggestions. He was also patience with our request despite multiple of changes and make sure things get done in the shortest period possible. Even things that his worker could not get it done, he will get it done by himself personally. He will not hide about his pricing, and he will explain to u the pros and cons ie. the materials you choose he will tell u how much and the quality etc... so we could gauge, estimate and work closely within our budget. I would highly recommend for anyone that want to do renovations to engage his service as he will make sure he meet or even exceed ur expectation. Thank u for making our home a beautiful one. Kelvin is good in giving advice and he has an eye for things to make ur house a beautiful one. He was patient with our request and make sure things get done in the shortest period possible. I would honestly recommend for fellow buyers of bto or resale flat to engage his service as he will make sure he meet or even exceed ur expectation. Honestly, when me n hubby approach him we have no idea what theme should we do for the house n the toilets but with his advice we managed to pull through with the planning and the whole renovations. It is very impt to have a reliable ID who is able to let you have a peace of mind when it comes to renovation. Kelvin is definitely the one whom one can rely on. Professional, creative and very detailed with his work. He guided us on the designs, color choices and also offered us his innovative ideas on how to optimise our space. Most importantly, the workmanship is impeccable. Highly recommended!

Feeling excited and of cause having to work with a Budget, we were quite sceptical with quotations from a few IDs we met.. Packages and stuffs always seemed to cover the minimal and everything involved extra cash.. After meeting and comparing previous works done by a few ID firms, we took the plunge and decided to engage 91.. Kelvin was very helpful and relatively different from the rest of the IDs we met. Instead of the usual "yes we can do this, yes we can do that" , he was rather daring and countered offered with suggestions to Colour combinations, mixture of materials and recommendations to little details which we won't have taken note of. As he painstakingly designs as he does not want any project he accepts to be a repeat of what he did, drafting and preparing the 3D took slightly longer as he would start afresh, making sure u get a design which will not be the same as others.. Of course like all renovations, there are bound to be problems and miscommunications however kelvin diligently solves it to his best effort and is always responsive to our queries.. Being very open about his pricing, we could gauge, estimate and work closely within our Budget to construct and cater to the things which we wanted and needed without the fear of having to worry about a huge final bill. Lastly we are very happy with the end result and workmanship and highly recommend 91 if you are considering someone who is honest, attentive and detailed..
