I went to other IDs and was quoted around 75-100k for the sort of design I am looking for, and was quite shocked at the amount. However, when I got referred to Michael Chua, he gave me a sincere quotation of 65k and explained to me why my full house makeover was going to cost this much. Immediately I knew he was going to meet my expectations after a few meet ups and finally after a month I signed with Chateau Interieur. Work was done in about 2.5 months, pretty fast for so much items. Works done by Michael and his team: Full hacking and replacing of whole house wall and floor tiles. Full house plastering. Alot of carpentry works. Whole house! Changed all windows with special color coat. Full painting. Changed all doors and door frames with the laminates we chose. Glass works from Besglas. Very nice!! Building of walls and so many i can't list them out as I cannot remember. Price is very important but also the quality of materials used. Cheap doesn't mean its good. And Michael have proved to me his team's dedication of providing superior design and using the right materials for my home. Thanks for the advices. I am very happy and will recommend all my friends to choose his company. Good price, Good service, and very good workmanship compared to previous firms I used for my old homes.

The whole renovation process was very well planned and Abel and her workers was able to keep up with the proposed schedule. In terms of design and workmanship we are very pleased especially with the carpentry works which is much better than our previous home. Very detailed and many of my friends said that it was very good. Their pricing is not so low but also not as expensive as the other firms I consulted with. We are very happy we chose Chateau Interieur as our ID firm. Would definitely renovate with them next time! Before starting renovations, we heard that many ID firms after taking deposit will be less responsive and many additional charges will be incurred. However, after meeting dominic a few times, we kind of trusted dominic due to his professionalism and attitude. Every step of the renovation was explained in details although it took up hours, we are glad that dominic took the effort to bring us through our renovations. Charges are very reasonable and transparent, we knew what we were paying for. Their workers are also very friendly and accomodating to our little requests in detailing here and there. We would definitely recommend dominic and chateau interieur to those who wants a perfect new home! Thanks dominic and team for our home!

The reason I engaged Michael was because some of my friends recommended him to me, and also the price and design which was much better and competitive than the rest of the interior design firms. He's very open, easy going and very prompt in his replies. Very capable and able to complete my full makeover in just 2 months. We hired Chateau Interieur to renovate our BTO home! We were very impressed with the high level of professionalism by Murphy and his team. All questions were addressed in a timely manner, the contractor met deadlines on time or earlier, and project stayed within budget. All team members had an extremely strong work ethic. Most importantly, Murphy listened to us and worked diligent to create and incredible home for us. Our renovation was overall a great experience and will use Chateau Interieur again! Even after months of handover, if there's thing that need to fix, Murphy find time to get it done too!

Engaged Lewis to oversee our condo renovations. he is very experienced as he have done Interior designing for quite a few years. Seeing his past projects, many which was condos, we had the confidence in him handling our home nest. The process was seamless and in just around 2.5 months, we are moving in our new home.
