Did my renovation works with Paisley from Musen Interior. My family needed more storage at the new EC and Paisley designed the whole place for us. The EC has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 wc/toilet, 1 utility room and balcony. She is easy going and will get the job done. Thanks Paisley. She will respond promptly to your queries. She will handle our changes/requests/problems promptly. She designed feature wall and console for the living room, a bench for the dining room to complement our dining table, feature wall with 2 bedside tables for master room, platform bed and cabinets for my daughter's room, a hanging storage over our dry kitchen island, platform bed cum storage for my helper in the utility room, cabinets and study tables for 2 other rooms. Besides this, she coordinated installation of balcony ziptrack, automatic ceiling laundry rack, electrical works, lightings, extra bathroom accessories, curtains and blinds. Renovation took about 2 months to complete, it was within our expectation. Her idea of hanging storage above kitchen island and platform bed cum storage in the utility room clinched the deal. Her solutions met our needs and our budget. We chose her out of 9 IDs that we met. The company's carpentry work is good, up to mark. Ernest and Aden were a great source of support and help for my first foray into house renovation. As I am very busy at work and at home, I didn’t have time to research for reno ideas and look around for good resources. I am very thankful for a friend’s recommendation which led me to work with Musen. From the first meeting to the handover, Ernest and Aden have been very patient, friendly and professional. Besides providing much-appreciated advice, they were able to provide me the assurance of that my house was in good hands, and I could focus fully on my other commitments. Although the project has been completed, I am glad to know that should any issue crop up, I am able to rely on them for help. Above all, I truly appreciate their sincerity and willingness to help me create a comfortable place of my own. Thank you!

Our recent house project was commissioned to Charles, the senior ID of Musen Interior. He was the ID for a friend's neighbour and came highly recommended by the landed house owner. They were extremely pleased with his work and atittude and suggested that we review for our massive house renovation that required A&A work. We wanted a team that has experience in building a lift within a landed home and realised that not many IDs have that expertise like Charles do. The whole project took us 10 months and all these while, Charles and his colleague, Paisley, remain astute & approachable with all our concerns. They respected and offered ideas that catered to our ask while maintaining professionalism in their proposals. Most importantly, they do not withhold pros and cons of proposed designs. Along the way, we encountered challenges with structural issues but the team was quick to propose alternatives to overcome them. And throughout the entire renovation period, the team was hands-on supervising the project and providing constant updates on the progress and development. The requirement for the house is towards minimalism with lots of functional storage spaces and they delivered the idea to fruition. We also fell in love with the platform lift that they have recommended and it remained very much the focal and talking point of the new house. All in all, it was a rather fuss-free project for us and a great experience working with Musen Interior for our dream home!

This is not the first time i engage them. They have always been very accommodating to request and last minute changes. Certain times when changes done, they will try to improve or provide optional. Not pushy type and are active in giving their opinions on certain issue. Tend to give some proposal if ideas are not practical. Even for after completion, whenever there's any issue, a call to them will always solve the problem.

The overall design does fit what I dream of having a resort yet comfy home. There's plenty of storage that were planned by the designer which is a plus point as I will need as much storage as possible. Most of the art piece or decoration were selected carefully by the designers to suit what I like Definitely will recommend them.

Super thanks to Musen Interior Design for designing the most perfect home for us! Every detail in the house is carefully curated according to our needs. The kids love their room and every bit in the house. There is even a special corner specially created just to house the kids’ toys and books. Musen Interior is indeed a team of creative personnel and absolutely trustworthy to go to if you have a house to redesign. I will definitely choose them to be my house ID on my next house design!!

Super thanks for Charles and his team in fulfilling the impossible mission for major renovation with hacking all done within the tight available timeframe. It super easy and comfortable chatting with our ID (Charles) knowing what we want and like , resolving our headache with many creative design and ideas provided that is to our liking. It was always difficult and never easy to find an ID that could meet our requirements, especially all the bad press about the reno industry. Even though we knew what we wish for in our dream home, it was definitely important that the experience of the ID able to convert into reality on what they have committed. Of the lot of ID met, Musen Interior stands out among all, and they have put that extra miles and effort into understanding our lifestyle, our likes and dislikes. The proposal presented was more then what we expected and very detailed. Despite all the urgency with tight timeline, the whole renovation progressive was commendable, within just eight weeks. Whenever there was an issue raised, the senior ID will solve it professionally and patiently. A need to highlight, the after sales service was great thus far. He was a very responsible and a patience ID. My friends and relatives whom visited our place during CNY had full of praise for the whole design and workmanship. I am glad to have appointed Musen Interior and was so proud to even open house for my neighbour for viewing. Thank you once again, Musen Interior for making our dream home come true.
