Gilbert is a fast worker who is straight to the point. As first time home owners, a busy work schedule and being very particular, we had a lot of questions which we repeated ask him. He is able to answer time and time again and light up the chat with his jocular antics. When we ask him for ideas and design matches he was also ready to offer tips. Despite hiccups, our project was eventually finished on time and within our tight budget.

During the search for designers to help with the renovation of our home, we chanced upon reno times and decided to engage in their services. The whole experience from start to end was very pleasant, enjoyable and also quick! Suggestions and ideas were bounced back and forth clearly which lead to the satisfaction of the design of our home today. Me and my wife had our flat renovated lead by Gilbert's Team. We had at least 5 IDs for comparison and hands down, Gilbert had out stand everyone of them by a big margin. It was difficult during the pandemic to have people/labour in for works but he assured me otherwise. He would constantly send updates and picture to us and keeping us informed of what are the works going on currently. He even shared his contact of other suppliers such as Air condition, accesories and curtains for us to compare with our selection. Many suggestion provided by him throughout the reno made much sence to have instead of just the looks/design which was nice, it was rather more practical which was our end goal. Our house renovation journey with Reno times and Gilbert as our ID, started out very smoothly as we had alot of time on our side. What was stated in the contract was fulfilled. Once our renovation started, everything was done quickly and as of our plans. Gilbert answered all our questions promptly and every worries were addressed with much patience. As all renovations, there will always be hiccups, but all were rectified quickly. Overall, we are satisfied and happy with our renovation with Reno times and Gilbert as our Interior Designer. Nothing beats coming home to a beautiful well designed home everyday! As 1st time home buyers, our main focus was on timeless modern lux design & while retaining practical functionality. The design consultations with Gilbert was extremely efficient, design is on point & yet practical for home living. Having saw some of his past works, we had full faith and entrusted bulk of the selection designs to him (the expert) to suggest & surprise us. It was one of our best decisions ever as our home turned out beautifully. Too beautiful till we always miss our home and look forward to coming back home during a holiday. We would like to sincerely thank Gilbert for a wonderful job done for our house as it was a smooth sailing process from the start till the end. We started engaging Gilbert during CB, and although we were not able to meet in person, we managed to discuss it over Zoom sessions and text messages. But that did not make the process slower or unpleasant at all. Gilbert knew what we wanted for the house and made a lot of suggestions to make the house look better. He had an eye for details and rarely missed out on anything. He was also fast in responding which made the experience smoother for us first-time home owners.
