We chose Elique Pte Ltd because of the great vibe with Charleston. He was always responsive, friendly, never pushy, and his quotation was clear and transparent. With just a few pointers, he understood exactly the design we wanted, which gave us so much confidence from the start. After confirming, Joey came on board as our Project Manager, and both he and Charleston took care of our BSC and defects seamlessly. Throughout the renovation, they maintained professionalism, responded quickly to our queries, and fixed issues as soon as possible — often the very next day. They were also very accommodating when we requested to move in earlier and managed to expedite the renovation without compromising quality. Now that everything is completed, we’re actually missing the renovation journey with them. We’re extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend Elique, Charleston, and Joey!

Selected Elique for my flat renovation after reviewing 5 other ID/renovation firms. This is also the 3rd time I'm renovating a home. Bearing in mind that my previous experiences were quite good, it isn't from a low bar that I'm writing this feedback. In fact, Elique's professionalism should be upheld as the industry standard! Working with Elique on my flat renovation was characterised by the following: 1. Transparency - itemized quotation allowing me to see how much and what exactly I'm paying for (e.g down to the size of each part of the carpentry). This also allows costs to be added or taken out transparently when requirements are tweaked along the way. 2. Upfront Clarity - it is clear right from the beginning, the circumstances under which additional extraordinary costs will arise, what are included and what are excluded, for example. 3. Competence - from masonry to carpentry, to billing to advice/consultation, they are all professionally executed. The hand off from one stage to another (of the reno process) seemed seamless. 4. Accountability/ Solutions orientation - when you have the carpenter gently questioning the practicality of your decision and making suggestions, to me, it is a sign of accountability! Rectifications (all minor, thankfully!) are also done without fuss/excuses and in a timely manner, even post final payment! 5. Exemplary communication - with my ID as well as within the Elique team. You don't need to repeat the same issue twice! Deserving a shout-out is Charleston, my ID. He personifies all the qualities stated above, has excellent ideas/recommendations and is generally a fantastic person to work with. I should also mention that Elique was 1 of 3 recommendations that came through Deconstruct, a platform that matches homeowners with vetted renovators. My sincere thanks to the whole team at Elique and l wish them extraordinary success!

Beyond the technical aspects, Charleston made the entire renovation process a meaningful learning journey through his thoughtful explanations, practical advice, design insights, and some feng shui tips. Special thanks also go to Joey, our project manager, who was equally dedicated. He conducted thorough defect checks, personally came down to resolve water leakage issues, and even helped us with post-renovation electrical matters. Joey went above and beyond, from assisting with assembling our shoe cabinet, to keeping us updated with progress photos, to rushing down on our first day to fix a faucet leak and later resolving electrical issues. His dedication and care gave us great peace of mind as new homeowners. We truly couldn’t imagine going through our renovation without Charleston’s and Joey’s help. Engaging them and the Elique team has been one of the best decisions we have made. We were supposed to have our FIRST appointment on 23/8 at 2pm with Jo. No lights and aircon were turned on when we got there. We tried many ways to reach out to her be it call, text and by ranging the doorbell. There was no response. After waiting for about 10 - 15mins we decided to leave the place. It was such a disappointing experience as we had travelled far for our appointment. I don't recommend this company as there is no response from them till today.

From day one, Charleston impressed us with his clear and detailed quotes, and both he and Joey were super responsive throughout. We really rushed them to meet our timeline, but they still delivered on time, within budget, and kept us updated every step of the way. Chance upon Elique's page on IG, and we saw that the style they did for other projects are what we like. Charleston handles our project very closely, and he shares a lot of knowledges and advices that help us with making decision for our house. As we are doing partial renovation for our resale flat, it is not as easy as building the house from scratch. However, Charleston is able to help us incorporate the new design/carpentry into the existing ones seamlessly. No renovation is perfect, but Charleston is very efficient and responsive in getting defects checked and rectified. Joey from Elique is very helpful and professional as well, he helped us a lot on ground when we are at our house doing checks and measurements. The overall renovation experience is pleasant and it is within the planned timeline. All designs are very well thought through, and we love how cozy our house has become after the renovation.

From the first meeting ID Charleston already leave us a good impression of how attentive , responsive and the clear & detailed quotations delivered by him. During the home renovation period, many prompt updates provided through WA. Their design is minimalistic and suits our preference on our 1st home design. They completed my project and rectified the defects promptly. The works were also completed within budget and timeline. We are very satisfied with the quality of their carpentry works.

Right from the start, Ellique has proven to be very, very, I mean VERY responsive to our queries. My wife and I began our renovation journey by making inquiries to a few ID companies; some took a few days to respond, others had made holiday plans and asked that we wait till he/she returned from the planned vacation without redirecting me to a partner/colleague in his/her absence. Another strength worth noting is Elique's transparency in its fees and in managing work with companies who performed other installation services for our unit. The greatest challenge we posed to Elique was to remove/hack every thing the previous owner had installed - basically, it was a complete overhaul of a two-storey unit, and all to be completed in less than 45 days. Fast forward, Charleston has always listened attentively to our requests, budget-wise, idea-wise, every thing without judgment but simply to give his two-cents worth in terms of product durability, colour matching and the finer things so that we needed not regret my choices every step of our renovation journey together. Even when all payments had been made and renovation completed, Charleston assisted me in managing a few minor repairs to a rented unit my family had used during the renovation period, absolutely free. We would also like to place a special mention to a staff working with Charleston - Joey. This guy deserves a pay raise! 😊 We can never work the way he did - he just possesses an admirable work attitude 👍.
