As with any project, the renovation experience had its fair share of hiccups and obstacles. Despite this, Charles maintained a high commitment to clear and quick communication to update us on the progress. At the end, I must say I am quite pleased with the speed and quality of the workmanship - Charles went the extra mile to ensure that works by suppliers (even those independently appointed) went smoothly and was up to standard. He managed to work some miracles towards the end and reduced so many potential headaches.

We are glad that we had chosen Lai Renovation & Construction to renovate our kitchen. The team supporting us are professional, conscientious and responsive. Especially our best thanks to Charles and Choon Wei in the coordination and problems solving during the works. The team were responsive when there was some issues with the tiles. They assisted and changed the tiles with issues. The electrician supporting the team was very responsible and did a great job in installing the electrical wiring. Whenever we have various request, the team will try their best to explain the situation to us and they will go an extra mile in providing a great service! We are glad that we have chosen Lai Reno!

Did my reno with Lai renovation with Charles as my point of contact. What I have to say is simple. Price is very reasonable compared to IDs. Charles is responsive. Rectifications are done when needed. Charles will give good and practical advice to fulfil what you want to achieve. In the end standard of work is good. What makes me a happy customer is that Charles will go out of his way to make good the issues u find provided the issues is reasonable. :)

Had some unfortunate situation with my previous ID, thankfully Charles was there to help us out along the way to give advice and keep things moving so we could finally see the light at the end of a then very dark tunnel. Lai Renovation did our walls, flooring, tiling, bathroom, and plumbing works. Couldn't be more happy with how things eventually worked out, and are happy to recommend Charles to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor for their home renovations.
