Michael, the designer for my 4 room resale HDB unit was responsive & prompt, upon discussions with him on some ideas I had, he is always ready to incorporate it, give advices and the feasibility of it to guide us layman. Michael has been very responsive and efficient and provided inputs on what was feasible. Despite having a specific budget, he has gone beyond my expectations and even managed to come up with amazing designs with the requirements I have provided him with while keeping within my budget.
