We had previously engaged Jaz for another project and decided to get her again as we felt that she was very responsible and responsive. The team from Interior Concepts who worked with us were easy-going and friendly, sharing many ideas and tips with us for our reno. Throughout the renovation they were flexible in accommodating to our needs and were willing to make changes to the plan where necessary in order to ensure the best outcome for our flat. Throughout the entire renovation process we felt that they were very responsible and responsive, helping to address our various adhoc concerns or thoughts that came up. They have try to fulfil our needs and been very patience with our requirements.They also helped us with some suggestion that within our budgets. I have engaged Interior Concepts to carry out renovation works which include a total replacement of the kitchen cabinets, counter top, installation of wardrobe to the master bedroom and common bedroom and renovation to the two toilets. During the first meet-up, I already have the perception and impression that I am able to work with the team. From the design perspective, layout, colour combination to material selection, it was smooth sailing. My Senior ID Tom and project manager Bryan was very kind and helpful. They will communicate on any concern or limitations that i faced during the design stage and also during the work in progress. Although there were some complication midway, we managed to resolve the issue and they are responsive to any of my queries. The workmanship on the carpentry, tiling works and painting works are great. It is important that the ID understands the home owner's perspective, budget requirements and able to meet that expectation. Overall I'm happy and excited to finally have my own cosy home. Thank you Tom, Bryan and team for the hardwork and effort to meet my expectation and attention to details.

I engaged Jessica because I needed someone who could work efficiently and had a great eye for design. She met these expectations and helped finalize the renovation of my unit with her thoughtful design proposals. Jessica was also proactive in navigating delays with the contractors/suppliers and helped push things along to keep the project moving to the finish line. I much appreciated her support and attention to detail throughout the process.

We highly recommend Manager Tom Seah, who is our ID for our new house! His 24/7 service gave us convenient in contacting him, the carpentry workmanship is top notch and everything blends so well that gave our house modern lux feels. Received so much flattering feedbacks from our family and friends who visited our house. Awesome ID & team! Keep up the good work Tom! With this sincere working attitude, you will go far!

Jordan did an amazing job with my home renovations. As I’m usually quite busy with work, he took initiative and kept me updated on the progress. He has a ton of experience, and provided crucial advice in helping me design my home. The entire renovation process went through seamlessly and I was able to move in on time. Workmanship is excellent. I’m grateful for his support in making my place a home.

From the very start, I was cheated by the first ID after I handover the deposit. Afterward through a good friend I came to know Halden and he took over my place. So everything was starting from scratch again. He’s very patience and listen to what I wanted the design for the house. Even though during the renovation we met some hip-cup but he’s really responsive and quickly settle it for us. The design turn out better than what we wanted and I’m very happy about it. Will recommend my friend to him and there will be no regrets.

We are very happy and pleased to be conceptualising the design for our home with singapore carpenterz, Aiden Goh and Tom. Both have been very helpful guiding us on our renovation journey and ensuring all our questions/doubts has been well clarify! They also provided us with honest, realistic suggestions and always very prompt with updates of the reno progress.
