Heard so many reno nightmares so we were wary as well when looking for IDs for our BTO. However, we trusted our guts and decided to go with Jayden after meeting him twice. He made our reno journey so pleasant and fuss-free! Never once did we need to chase him for something, he’s always on the ball on updating us on the latest progress/appointments. We were so clueless and he gave great advice along the way, and best of all kept our reno within our budget but yet the end product surpassed our expectations. Even after the reno is done, he’s always just a text message away if there are any issues/doubts. Thank you for everything, Jayden!

I and my husband would like to express our gratitude to our ID, Eric for his excellent service in designing our unit. My daughters love their room. Was glad that we choosen Prestige design studio for our house reno. This review is long overdue as I’ve been very busy after moving in, work and family. Eric is extremely approachable, patient, reliable, efficient, and always provide good suggestions and advise. He is contactable at any point of time & very responsive as well. Trusted and very responsible to ensure our renovation is delivered up to our expectation. Our renovation timeline was in a rush as we need to move in earlier than expected and we are thankful to Eric for being understanding and flexible. We are satisfied with regards to material quality and craftsmanship as well. Any errors were quickly rectified by Eric when it was bought up to him. After sales service continues to be a pleasure too, as Eric still provides the same great service as ever despite the project being over. Thank you to Eric and your team for the great jobs. My friends and relatives were all praising it. Highly recommended to choose him as your ID! I’ve recommended him to my neighbours and friends.

Highly recommended!! Me and my hubby was very happy with their service and quality. Their competency and quality exceeded our expectations. Engaged them in April, job was completed in May. I have to say they are precise, detailed and fast with great quality! Jayden, the salesman was not pushy and only give practical suggestions. He even accompanied us to search for materials that he does not covered to ensure it fits in my place perfectly. He even recommended a few shops which have good and affordable materials which is totally not expected and require from him. Highly recommend Prestige Design Studio for interior design services. Special shout out to Jayden; always on the ball with updates, very aligned with practical and functional designs and concepts. Additionally, his innovative ideas for inbuilt items and carpentry, material recommendations and overall color coordination for the house in its entirety is very professional and exceeds all expectations.

My wife and I engaged Kenny from Prestige Design Studio in Joo Chiat after meeting with over 20 IDs all over Singapore. We feel it is very important to have good rapport with your ID as they will be taking charge of one of the biggest project, which is our first home. Kenny was very friendly, helpful, quick to respond and has sufficient knowledge of the business he's running. We personally prefer working together with our ID as we too have ideas that we would love to turn into reality. Most of the IDs we met especially from big companies have this very fixed template on how they design homes which wasn't to our liking. Some would be pushing too much of their own ideas and design without working with the ideas we have shared. Thats a no no too for us. With Kenny, he work closely to the ideas that we have shared and we work together in building our dream house. He would input his ideas and opinions as well as advise us on which is good to do and which is not. He would patiently explain to use in details the things that needed to be done to our resale flat without breaking our pockets. From price point of view, Kenny definitely didn't overcharge us. We compared with other companies and Prestige is one of the more reasonable priced. We have expected that it would be slightly higher price to engage an ID but we would prefer it than having to engage different contractors and managing project ourselves. We unfortunately didn't have the means to do it ourselves. We basically left everything to Kenny, checking in once in a while. To be honest, no renovation work goes without any hiccups. We are truly grateful that we didn't meet with any major ones during our renovation process. If any, Kenny would help us and make things easier for us. We have moved into our new home since May 2022. There were only minor things that needed rectifying but all were done swiftly. Kenny was attentive and quick to attend to our needs and our concerns for the house. He would personally come to our place to check the house and do what's needed. We would strongly recommend his service to others. Renovation works can be quite a horror for some home owners but we are glad that we hired Kenny and engage Prestige Design Studio. The experience was definitely a pleasant and an enjoyable one. Kenny was recommended to us by a friend who engaged him for her renovations. Even though the project was small as it’s for my parent’s 2 bedroom BTO, Kenny still gave his excellent service. He listened patiently to our needs and preferences and gave very useful insights and suggestions based on his expertise. We love the simplicity of the design and the outcome, which was very well suited to the small space. He made us feel very welcome and happy. He went beyond his duty by being very empathetic, and checked in with how my mom was doing due to her health. My wife and I were stucked in a reno nightmare by a previous ID with house barely 50% completed. Searching for new ID to complete our reno, we were recommended to Eric at Prestige Design Studio by an architect friend.
