From the design ideas to the workmanship, everything came together beautifully and, most importantly, the whole home feels so much bigger and more spacious than we expected. One of my favourite parts is the redesign of the sliding door for the kitchen. It was a clever idea that improved both the look and functionality of the space. The creative walk-in wardrobe concept was another highlight — a really smart use of space that made the bedroom feel much more practical. The carpentry workmanship is also top-notch, especially the beautiful curved detailing around the TV console. The finishing is clean, precise and really gives the home a premium feel. What impressed me most, though, was the professionalism of the entire team. It wasn't just the ID who was hands-on and regularly on site. The carpenters, electricians, painters and all the other workers were equally professional and took pride in their work. You can really see the difference when the whole team is committed to doing things properly. And beyond the work itself, the ID is very approachable and easy to communicate with. Good personality, good ideas, good workmanship and genuinely willing to listen and work things out together. I came to know about GoDesign by my friend who happened to know the company owner Mr Patrick Yap. After calling the firm, I was assigned to their interior designer (ID) Mr Adrian Lim. He is a very detailed ID and yet very patient and attentive to the needs of the home owner, and clearly marks out the scope of works based on the budget of the home owner and not burst the budget. Requests for changes and rectifications are handled patiently too. Service and workmanship quality is very good. My ID's most outstanding quality is his patience and also attention to detail. I am not able to identify an area that my designer could improve on because he is already very good. My designer was able to keep to my budget and timeline.
