White Interior Place TEAM has done a great job in my new bto flat. I have approached many IDs and they are the only one can meet my budget due to minor carpentry work for my flat. They are happy to take my job without any hesitation. With my small budget they accommodate many changes of my requests. They are professional, suggested many things that I should look into. Fast to respond, keep my home clean, neat and tidy after the jobs. The scheduled installation for the cabinets arrived within a week instead of scheduled 2 weeks. Along the way if they are any updates/issues, they were solved quickly and fast Wendy, Simon, Marcus always be there when I needed help. The Carpenter has done a professional job on my cabinet, TV console and features wall and I loved my chest drawer look like 元宝。 White Interior Place was recommended by Qvantas. I will ask White Interior if I need to do future minor work for my flat again. Bravo to the Team.

This experience of decorating the house made me feel a lot of comfort. From the beginning to the final completion, we learned a lot about design, construction, material selection and other aspects in this process. At the same time, we also deeply experienced the comfort and pleasure of home. This experience not only gave me a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment, but also filled me with a future and vision. For friends who are about to renovate, I want to say that decorating the house safely is both challenging and fun. In this process, you need to be fully prepared, including design planning, material selection, construction and other aspects. Renovation journey with Wendy was smooth, breezy and sunny. Communication with Wendy was smooth and she is very prompt to answer my 100 questions on the renovations, ensuring budget is kept in controlled, to regular reassurance that our promised project timeline remains on track. It was a breeze to discuss with her our ideas and how quickly she conceptualise it, and never imposing her ideas on us (she really listen). Wendy was dedicated and attentive to little details of the design, furnishing, down to asking the tiler to do a patch work at 10pm just to ensure levelled tiles. Throughout the journey, it was sunny and a joyous experience working with Wendy, so much so that I learnt alot of maintenence tricks, capentary saving tips and DIY ideas from her and her contractors. we probably have 2 hiccup due to miscomm but it was resolved very smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I truly enjoy my experience with Wendy!! Thank you so much!

I engaged Wendy to do renovation for my first house. It was a 5-room 1356 sqft HDB apartment. I had discussed with several other ID/Renovation experts while making a decision on whom I should engage. I remember the first time I met Wendy, all she did was allowed me to talk and tell her what were my preferences, likes etc. She very diligently took down notes / made drawings, etc. In fact, there was a certain modification I wanted to do which the other experts I was in discussions with kept telling me wasn't feasible. However, Wendy had no issues with it and she made everything happen in record time. She was always responsive and was literally just a phone call away and would come down to my place to answer my queries regardless of when or what time it was and I really appreciated that. Hence, when I moved to my current home in 2022 at Austville, I had no second thoughts, I went ahead to contact Wendy. I was in discussions with her from August 2021 while waiting for keys to my new home and she started planning out the carpentry and everything though we had only been there once with the seller's permission to take some measurements. She would come to our interim home in the evenings/nights with catalogues and leave them with us to decide on laminates, etc. as that's the only time we could accommodate. We got our keys and were only ready for works on 4 January 2024 and because of some misuse on the seller's part, we had to do extra changes to things that weren't initially in the plan. Some included changing out a single tile, changing out kitchen and bathroom vanity tops without breaking the tempered glass while doing the replacements etc. Despite my additional asks etc, Wendy had actually completed almost everything including hacking, flooring changes, carpentry for the living and bedrooms including a very intricate mirror design- all by end 28-29 January 2022 which was right before the Chinese New Year weekend which is commendable amidst the prime of Covid when every other person I knew was complaining of extreme renovation delays and conflicts with the renovation experts. THis included big firms like Livspace. Wendy's after sales service is also fantastic. I had some seepage from the toilet bowl replaced and she got the plumbers to come and assess within a day or two and do the necessary changes at no additional cost. Even after 1-2 years she is still just a call away and is always so helpful. Her charges are always reasonable as well and the quality of work is fantastic and long lasting. I've recommended her to several friends and family members as well.

Wendy is a very trustworthy and patient ID. She really followed my budget and did not try to push for things that were unnecessary. She always gives her honest opinion and is always timely with her calls and appointments. Even after the reno was completed, Wendy is always 1 phone call away. I highly recommend her service and expertise.
