Our experience with KAPA was exceptional. Their expertise in designing condominium homes in Singapore truly impressed us. They used natural colors as requested and created a clean and elegant space for us. We were offered a huge variety of materials during the selection process, allowing us to personalise our space perfectly to our liking. We were really spoilt for choices. As newcomers to the renovation process, we were initially unsure of everything, but KAPA’s PM reassured us and guided us closely every step of the way. We felt more confident with the guidance and are very pleased with the renovated home.

The team did a great work from planning to execution. The end results were what we had in mind. Their work stations were clean everyday with minimal disruptions to our daily activities as we were living in the unit whilst work is on-going. After completion, the handover was good, and the team was great in communicating with us throughout.

Throughout the renovation period, the team demonstrated a remarkable level of responsibility. They successfully assisted us in achieving our goal of creating an additional room for rental income. They also addressed an issue where the previous interior designer had an entire space dedicated to a pet room which took up a significant amount of space in our home. The team efficiently reworked the layout to replace the pet room with a walk in wardrobe. From planning to execution, the entire process was well-managed and thoroughly explained to us, ensuring transparency and eliminating any unexpected surprises or delays. We were really happy with the results as it managed our budget too.
