We had a very positive experience working with Jernice on our project. Jernice was attentive to our requirements and provided practical design solutions that achieved a good balance between aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations. She understood our needs well and was proactive in proposing alternatives where necessary to solve the constraints. I am very satisfied with my house renovation. The service was excellent from start to finish. Even after completion, whenever I had any comments or feedback, they were quick to address them and ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. We trusted Elsa to do a total overhaul of our aging apartment and we r very happy with our decision. Elsa was in close contact with us throughout the whole journey, updating us in detail on progress and work done. I think she visits the site daily, which is amazing and very hands on, so she knows exactly whats going on. Naturally there were some unforeseen problems that came up, but Elsa was really good at finding solutions. We had some time n budget constraints, I felt Elsa was very understanding and really tailor-fitted the whole Reno to our needs. She also managed to deliver on time, which I’m most grateful for as I know delays are too common in this industry. Worthy to mention also that they were very professional in handling condo management requirements and disgruntled neighbours also! ID firms are a dime a dozen, but I feel L&Co. has a unique advantage, their service and follow up were amazing! The whole experience had felt like we were a team, instead of just an ID and customer relationship. We love our ‘new’ home, and it has been such a positive journey for us. Heartfelt thanks to Elsa and her team for an excellent job done!

Through a close friend’s recommendation, I had the privilege of engaging Elsa and Jazz for my house renovation and it was truly a very positive experience. We very glad to have Fam to be my ID. He really listen to what we needs and return in professional advise which great helpful to us. We got our resale 3rm flat May this year and get to know Fam through a friend's recommendation. During the renovation progress, Fam always promptly and keep us updated. He will explains carefully to us all the detail. Renovation completed in 6 weeks as promised. Overall we very happy with the quality that delivered. Great jobs Fam and teams. We engaged Jazz for our renovation. Her service is superb and shown her professionalism in term of space planing, materials’ selection, furniture recommendations to site management , coordination and scheduling. She is energetic and responsive, we can easily get her response in a very short time even at 12am in the mid-night. She also provided a lot of suggestions, explanation and teaching for tons of My DIY stuffs without any unwillingness as those services are foc. Definitely recommend L&Co and Jazz to other friends who need renovation their sweet home.

"Living and Comfort" ... indeed, Elsa totally delivers true to L & Co company's tag line. I have gone through few home and office renovations before, and Elsa of L & Co company is by far the one whom I have no reservation in recommending to anyone who needs a reliable and open-minded ID who gives quality results. Elsa came highly recommended after friends knew I had unfruitful encounters with IDs from several other companies. I need more than just having some stuff done for a roof over my head - I need a home, a place to see me through till old age... I need to old age proof my home besides a warm, cost and safe place to move in ... fast. At the first site meeting, Elsa understood my requirements straight away and get down to work on the layout, recommendations, designs, materials, etc., in the few days that follow for discussions of a complete overhaul job. During the short renovation process, I threw many challenges and demands towards Elsa, I am impressed that Elsa and her team remain patience, professional and responsive. One outstanding matter is when there was air-con systems shortage in the market, but Elsa managed to secure that particular system I want, delivered and installed on time for the move-in deadline. My best to Elsa and team, wishing you success always!

Elsa, Si xi and team really aim to please and take pride in their product. Given the tight deadline and busy schedules they were able to manifest our concepts into reality. There are many admirable qualities with this design team but the thing that stood out the most was their ability to adapt to our conceptualizations and multiple iterations while keeping within the pre-set project scope and costs. Thanks to thoughtful input from Elsa and Si xi each iteration was value add and we arrived at a final product that exceeded expectations. They were extremely patient and provided timely insights making the process smoother and more efficient. Understanding our budget and detailing where we would get the best value for dollar spend was critical to ensuring we received a home to our standards AND within our budget. From lighting, to marble selection to fixtures, to paint, to decking and onwards, they carefully explained the pros and cons of each material, durability, aesthetics amongst the many considerations. Input/selection: I feel one the strongest assets of her team is the value add in explaining the cost benefit of different materials, fixtures and appliances. There’s a saying that you get what you pay for and with this team I really feel like we were advised properly on how to spend our dollar to maximize the value: from the lighting selection, to kitchen countertop, to paints and everything else in between. The time and effort saved by relying on their experience to me is priceless. Communication: Elsa and Si xi responded to our inquiries promptly and efficiently. Any question or concern was addressed within the day if not sooner. Their frequent updates were greatly appreciated considering our own busy schedules. The team handled all inquiries, contractors, suppliers etc. All we had to do was discuss and choose and they handled the rest. Timing: The team delivered ahead of schedule by 14 days. We received keys to our new home earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. Extras: Not only did they meet our requirements but also exceeded in providing the small touches of personal care. Elsa understands the stresses of renovation and the team took it upon themselves to manage the process throughout the three months. Renovation is a headache and having someone to manage the entire operation is well worth the money. Thanks again to Elsa, Si xi and team for helping craft our amazing home! I’m constantly reminded of the effort and care as I settle into the place.

We found Elsa and Ceci from a friend’s referral. We asked her help to renovate our newly purchased condo. The result turned out to be truly amazing. During the planning and discussion she and her team are fully attentive to listen to understand (we are indeed quite demanding for our home) and during the renovation work she is fully responsible for everything. For any renovation you cannot expect 100% perfect because too many things could happen. However, you can expect Elsa’s expertise and experiences delivered 98% perfection while her commitment and action to your feedback delivered the rest of 2% so finally we got our perfect home. Highly recommended!!! Experienced good & customised services with them especially with my ID Elsa!!! I am thankful that I had entrusted my reno with her professionalism and was super satisfied with the end results!!! I was really 'Wow' by Elsa services as she attends to even those nitty gritty little issues and inspects them carefully!!! She was fast and responsive and would try her very best to accommodate my needs. Elsa from L & Co was recommended by a friend when I was looking for interior designer back in Oct. Elsa and Ceci got in touch immediately after the introduction. They were easy to talk to, attentive and quite considerate throughout the process. The draft quotation was ready for our review and discussion a week after our first meeting. They patiently explained every item on the quotation and assured that we could still decide whether to carry on with some of the areas proposed (in our case master bathroom). 3D drawing was ready shortly after we agreed on the layout and style. They helped liaise with condo management in terms of the renovation details and secured contractors, really made the whole process hassle free. It never took more than 10mins for them to respond on our queries or ideas. The end work was more than satisfying. Kitchen was what we did most work with, the quality of the carpentry and designed are good and well thought after. We have moved in our new apartment more than a week now and couldnt thank the team more. Elsa and team definitely takes care of any request and makes the seemingly troublesome and time consuming renovation journey easy and something you would enjoy. Highly Recommended !!!!

Ceci and Ashton are our IDs and they have been terrific to work with. While our work scope is very targeted, our renovation requirements are many to fit our family lifestyle. Ceci and Ashton have been very patient and provided expert advice on how things can be done - they make ID jargons and elements easy to understand to allow for easy decision making. They are also very friendly and makes communicating with them a breeze. Ceci and Ashton are very engaging and responsive, always reaching out to ensure that their latest drawings still fit our requirements.
