We were looking for an interior designer for our BTO and came across Alice from Project L Studio through a friend’s recommendation. We met with four different IDs for comparison, and Alice clearly stood out among them. A Personal Thank You to Alice (Our CCK & Sims Urban Oasis ID) I wanted to write this not just as feedback for others, but as a personal thank you to Alice for everything she has done for my family and me. We first met almost five years ago when she renovated our Sims Urban Oasis home. Before meeting her, we had gone through nearly ten other IDs who either gave “too good to be true” offers or disappeared after a few sessions. Alice stood out immediately with her attention to detail, honesty, and dedication , even replying to messages at midnight to keep things moving. When our family grew to three kids, we needed a bigger place and bought an Executive Apartment in Choa Chu Kang. Without hesitation, we engaged Alice again. Her quote of about $150k surprised me at first, but the detailed scope showed why. Cheaper IDs often leave things out, use lower-quality contractors, or cut corners. But the thing is , we wouldn’t know as consumers, only to find out a later stage what happened when defects start to appear . During renovation, she flagged issues like rusty pipes, bedroom leaks, and even an uneven floor that could have caused future damage — all of which we fixed. She personally supervises her workers, holds them to high standards, and has a trusted network of reliable contractors who prioritise her projects. Alice often says, “You get what you pay for,” and she’s right. Thanks to her, we now have a beautiful, well-built 1,600 sq ft home with no lingering renovation smell and a warmth we enjoy every day. We’re even happy to open our home for future clients to see her work. That, I think, is the highest compliment we can give any ID.

We had the pleasure of working with Jaden from Project L Studio as our interior designer. He was incredibly responsive and customer focused. His sense of responsibility made everything went smoothly. He is responsible for all renovation details. He went onsite to monitor the progress and keep updating us on it. He will also highlight any defects and ensure it gets done soon. He responded to all our queries regardless of time. At times he advised and recommended good suggestions to match with our color theme. Jaden ensure that everything was taken care of. I recently hired ID/contractor Logan Chin from Project L studio for a renovation of a 3 room HDB flat, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, Logan was professional, reliable, and efficient, making the process smooth and stress-free. One of the standout qualities of Logan is good communication. From the initial consultation through to the final touches, I was kept well-informed at every stage. Any questions I had were addressed promptly and thoroughly, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. Throughout the renovation, Logan provided regular updates, ensuring I was in the loop on progress and any potential issues. These updates were both frequent and detailed, which gave me peace of mind knowing things were moving forward as planned. It's clear that Logan is organized. Designed by Alice We consider and walk around of 10+ ID company and finally choose Projectl Alice as our ID and now we believe we make our right choice! As we bought a resale HDB, there is much more work and things to be considered but Alice always able to give us a most reasonable choice and suggestions which make our home become a ‘brand new’ one. Also she is very responsible for every renovation details, during renovation progress, she always go onsite and monitor the progress, even the worker say: she is the most responsible ID I have seen. Sometimes she even go onsite more than 1 time a day, which makes us feel at ease. Sometimes even I feels like we have a lot of ‘silly’ questions, but Alice always able to response us with a very fast speed, also regardless of weekdays or weekends… In the end, the renovation process finished even before timeline and also in a quite good quality, my husband and I are very greatful and thankful for Alice and her team, who gives us a high quality and warm renovated home, I will also highly recommend Projectl to my friend or who wants to renovate their home in the future!

We were introduced to Jayden from L Project by a friend. During our meeting sessions with Jayden for our design planning, he was very accommodating and never pushed us for anything. We even told him we were having meetings with other IDs and he said go ahead and compare. Eventually we decided to go with Jayden as the prices and the work needed to be done were detailed and all in black and white. This is our 2nd renovation and unlike our first ID from another company, Jayden assisted us all the way from design, to colour choice to practicality. There was no sudden charges that we were not aware of and we were never blind sighted. Jayden was given the task to complete our full house (5I HDB Resale) within 3 months and he delivered as promised. After the renovation there were slight defects and rectification works to which Jayden responded promptly and assisted us all the way to rectify the issue. Eventually from IDs we became friends!
