We have engaged Alice Law from Project L Studio as our ID to renovate our living room and bedroom. We are very happy with Alice’s services as she is very professional, patient, responsive, thoughtful and customer oriented. She gives good advice and propose alternative solutions. She is very responsive to our enquires regardless of the time. Alice will always be on site to check that the renovation goes well and completed on time. The quality of the carpentry is good and they will not hesitate to rectify any defects that we have highlighted because she believes that customer service is important. Alice is awesome and this is our third time engaging her for our renovation. We are extremely happy with our renovation as it created extra storage space that is functional and our house look cosy. Alice never fail us and we will not hesitate to recommend her.

We were impressed with Ewen Tan fast response and valuable comments in building up our dream home. She is proactive in engaging us from time to time to see if we have any changes or doubts. After reviewing the designs he proposed. we were very satisfied with it. As we know that HDB flat were getting smaller, she is able to come up with designs to ensure our requirements are met without compromising the asthetics of the house. The materials he suggested were also good. Most of the suggestions were able to overcome the traditional issues like rust and termites infestation. In overall we were very satisfied with the engagements with Project L studio.

Alice help us to renovated our new place in challenging time line constraints before CNY. We need to move in our new place before CNY and she willing to take the challenge to complete the job in time. She is able to deliver the job with tight schedule and provide solution with details which can be overlooked easily. So unexpected hipup along the way but was professional handled and I am very satisfied by the service provide. Great job and highly recommend. Design Yes, design meet our expectations and she was able to provide alternative solutions if some stuff can’t be done. Workmanship Job was done nicely with minor hiccup but was able to come to consensus. Overall workmanship is good. Service She is very attentive to your need and provide the solutions if need. Able to accommodate and very responsive. Value for Money No gimmick and no nonsense. you paid and want you choose, no hidden cost and very straightforward on the fee.

Alice is very detailed in the planning stage. She was well prepared and meticulous, providing much needed suggestions when we were undecided on materials. I am very happy with my kitchen counter top. She also listened to what we want patiently and is able to provide a very good service for us. During the renovation period. She constantly updated the progress of the renovation and we received prompt update. It was very reassuring. The handover was earlier than expected and she also handle our request for rectification promptly.

Worry free during the renovation. Alice is professional, she understands my idea. I was on a tight budget for renovation and wanted to utilize existing things as much as possible. Alice was able to help me with that. Everything went smoothly and on time. When I request some touch ups for things that’s not up to my standard, Alice was able to accommodate it patiently. ID will always be more expensive than if you source vendors yourself, but I still recommend you to engage ID for renovation, if you want worry free. Thank you Alice and Project L team! Design I approved the proposed design right away. Alice understands my liking. Design is beautiful and space efficient Workmanship All constructions were done well. Carpentry was done beautifully, look exactly like the design. Quality work. Service Great customer service. Alice was very very responsive and accommodating. I hope the after service is good too. Value for Money They were not the cheapest, not the most expensive. but I like their portfolio the most and I feel I can trust this ID.

I had search around various ID companies and found this Project L, which is quite newly opened, plus also recommended by other friend. So I decided to tried this out. Had this guy- Logan, who's very experienced based & comes out with lot of creativity ideas. Without much thinking of how it's going to build up and the budgeting. I had putting without worries to let him decide for me. Very satisfied of his services along the process till job done.

My appointed designer is Logan who from Proejct L Studio.. I am very satisfy with his design proposal & services .From the begining choose materails, then details for the renovation (especially Carpentry Works) and last touch up work. every step he is settle with his passion.And Because of this is my first house, so have at first I have lots of concern in my mind, he also will slwoly explain to me and provide few option for me to dissolve. Last, special thank to Logan and his team for the amazing job. Hope he can enggage more job in future, he deserve it .
