We started our renovation journey in Jan 2023 when we engaged Salman. This our first home and we were clueless on most of things but Salman was resourceful and guided us through from Initial concept to designing and the actual work. The quotation was affordable compared to other companies that we had enquired. He gave us practical advice with regards to both aesthetic design and layout of our flat. Project updates were timely with slight hiccups on timelines however it was all addressed and the whole project was completed smoothly. After post-renovation phase when we required small rectification to electrical/carpentry/paint issues, without any hesitation it was arranged Overall a very good experience collaborating with Salman and we are definitely happy with the outcome.

It has been a breeze to work with Salman during our renovation process. He is highly knowledgeable, creative and accommodates well to our requests. He managed the project in a timely manner and communicated clearly when issues arised, said issues were promptly solved as well. Overall we highly recommend Salman.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable, dishonest, and simply not fit to run a business. I am beyond angry and extremely disappointed with this company. This is hands down the WORST and most stressful renovation experience I’ve ever had. They cheated my time, my money, and my trust with their pathetic workmanship and disgusting customer service. A simple upgrade — something that should take days — has dragged on for almost ONE YEAR. Throughout this entire nightmare, they kept feeding me false promises, false hope, and flat-out lies. They claimed the job was done when it clearly wasn’t, and most of the time they completely ignored my messages and calls. They also kept giving me fake appointments. They would promise to come on a certain day, and I rearranged my own plans — but in the end, they didn’t even bother to show up or give any early notice. What kind of rubbish service is this where the customer has to wait like a fool while they choose to prioritise other clients? Total disrespect. To make everything worse, when they finally showed up after months of chasing, their worker damaged my bed frame — and until today, they have done NOTHING to fix what they broke. Not a single apology. No responsibility. No accountability. Just silence and avoidance. This company clearly does not care about its customers at all. They only care about taking your money. Once they get paid, you are no longer important. Their behaviour is unprofessional, irresponsible, and absolutely disgraceful. I deeply regret ever trusting them with my home. If they cannot even handle a simple upgrade properly, imagine how badly they will destroy a bigger renovation project. They made me feel like a complete fool for trusting them, adjusting my time for them, and waiting for something that was never going to be completed.

He perfectly realized our vision of a cozy, dark-themed home, from the cove lighting and kitchen island to the hidden door for our master bedroom toilet. I am extremely disappointed and angry with the work done and the pathetic customer service from this company. This is by far the worst renovation experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they fail to do a proper job, but their attitude towards customer service is disgraceful. I wasted my hard-earned money on them, and all I got in return was frustration and broken promises. A simple upgrade — something that should have been completed quickly — has dragged on for almost a year. Throughout this time, they repeatedly gave false hope, claiming the job was done when it clearly wasn’t. My messages and calls went unanswered most of the time. To make matters worse, they came and damaged my bed frame, and till now, no one has bothered to come and fix what they broke. What kind of irresponsible, unprofessional company does that? They clearly have zero accountability and no sense of responsibility. I completely regret choosing this company for my renovation. They couldn’t even handle a simple upgrade, so I cannot imagine how badly they would manage a bigger project. My trust in them is completely gone, and I will NEVER engage them again nor recommend them to anyone. They made me feel like a fool for trusting them and wasting my time waiting for something that was never going to be completed properly. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very pleased with home reno services provided by Abu from Exord Reno. As our reno was during the CNY period, he went the extra mile to negotiate with suppliers to get our flat completed in time. Salman was very patient with our entire reno process. He was knowledgeable about the products in the market and actively suggested design ideas. He has a great sense of design and is able to recommend very trendy designs. I have seen that he is also able to accommodate to designs that are more vintage and close to heritage as well. We had a few changes but they were patient with us. Quality of the work was very satisfactory for us. Definitely recommend!
