MSR Design was the first ID company that my wife and I chanced upon online and we totally did not regret it! So grateful that we crosspath with our id MR AIDIL, who catered to our needs and was very forthcoming with all aspects of our renovation process,especially our budget!! Aidil kept us updated promptly on the progress or what he will be doing next. Constant communication and brainstorming with the designs/concept between us builts trust along the way,even with those late night enquiries. We believe in having a trust worthy and reliable ID is important, and we see that with Aidil and the MSR Team. Though our reno timeline is quite challenging, Aidil has been very realistic and honest in managing our expectations and delivered it. He will not shy away from saying "NO" if our ideas does not complement the whole concept.In that we are very grateful!! 🙏 🙏 Syukur Alhamdulillah,the final outcome was nothing short of pure bliss and satisfaction!! Kudos to Mr Aidil & MSR Team for helping us out and indeed making our "DREAM INTO REALITY".

We are grateful to have met our Project Manager, Mr Sharyzan who assisted us on our renovation journey. Mr Sharyzan has been a great help to us right from the start with all the advice given and the ideas contributed. We had no worries about any delay of work as Mr Sharyzan kept us updated on all the upcoming and on-going works. He also made sure things are done with the given timeline. When little things went wrong and we notified him, he immediately rectified the problem. We are rest assured that our home are in good hands. Despite the short time frame, Mr Sharyzan managed to complete our beautiful home. Overall, we are truly satisfied with the outcome of our home and appreciate Mr Sharyzan and the team for their hard work and determination.

MSR has superseded my expectations. Deal was to complete the renovation in 1.5 months. However it was completed within a month! All thanks to Interior Designer Shalehan. Shalehan is very meticulous in his tasks and you can be assured that every detail matters. MSR is also transparent in their pricing and their workmanship is near to perfection. Well recommended!!

MSR was our first and final physical visit to ID for selection after extensive survey prior on other IDs online. Wife and I are extremely satisfied by the service rendered by the team. Our assigned ID Shabirin went beyond what was expected in assisting us in our home renovation. Helping a clueless couple with ideas was a great help in our home renovation process. Not once was there any hardball tactics made by him and the team. any matters that requires attention was attended well by him and follow up done accordingly. Price package given was good. They are very open and upfront with eh cost. Which allows us to have less stress on it. We even won a 55inch smart tv during the showroom luckydraw! Lucky us! MSR is highly recommended for all. And Shabirin is highly recommended for his service and job knowledge. Thank U MSR once again!

Thank you MSR ID for realising our preferred style and design for our humble abode. MSR welcome us professionally with good customer service. Our Pre-renovation period of materials selection was a good one. It gives us ideas and expectation throughout the process of home improvement. The renovation took 8 weeks from the hacking day, and we were given regular updates on the work progress. We understand that renovation journey has many moving parts and variables that are beyond our control however our Project Manager Muhammad Sharyzan managed to lessen the impact of any issues that was bound to happen during the ongoing works. We appreciate his prompt execution in rectifying issues and his responsibilities in handling the project till the end. Our aesthetic arch feature wall is the most eye catching that visually enhance our small living/dining area. The idea to have a curvy movable kitchen island also deserved a compliment. Our tiny kitchen had turn into a dream space!! We truly satisfied! Thank you to MSR and team, from the day you guys responding to us until it successfully ends.
